are you aware of….Pearl Caroiussel Gallery …is not working. I dont know why, I made no changes. Find the mistake by looking onto the webpage
using Pearl 3.4.11. Wordpress 6.9.1
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Could you please clarify exactly what is not working with the Pearl Carousel Gallery? We have checked the functionality on our end and are not observing any issues.
I recommend trying to temporarily disable your cache plugin and clearing both your server and browser cache to see if that resolves it. If the problem persists, please check your browser’s Console Panel for any JavaScript errors and let us know what you find.
Best regards,
Thanks, cache cleared, no cache plugin. Cannot send a support ticket. Maybe you can have a look here: https://nano.binari.de/services/fewo_albatros
I have looked at the link you provided, but unfortunately, without WordPress administrator access, we cannot investigate the root cause of the issue thoroughly from the backend. If you have any other third-party plugins or customizations currently active on your site, I strongly recommend temporarily disabling them to see if that resolves the problem.
Best regards,
problem was caused by the plugin “Replace Google Fonts with Bunny Fonts” thanks so far
Glad to hear that you were able to identify the root cause of the conflict! T
If you encounter any other issues or need further assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
Hi, thanks for keeping this fantastic theme alive. We love your latest SPA demo too and are thinking about purchasing a second license (so this is a pre-purchase question: Going through the pages, we noticed some WPBakery rows have an added style class that says “mbc”, for example on the 2nd row of the about us page. Where should we be able to find which other custom classes there are and/or how to change the properties? Thanks in advance,
Hello there!
Thank you so much for your kind words and your continued support. We are thrilled that you love the theme and the new SPA demo!
Regarding your question about the custom classes, could you please clarify exactly what you want to achieve or modify with these classes? Knowing your specific goal will help us guide you better on where to find them or how to adjust the properties effectively.
Best regards,
thanks for your reply. We would love to know where to find what this specific class entails. In this case, it looks like the mbc class is prompting the primary color. Is there a class for the secondary or third color?
and if there are not, how do we change the mbc class?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a definitive list of all such classes because WPBakery Page Builder allows for custom classes to be added to almost every row individually, making the potential list vast and variable depending on the specific page setup. As an alternative solution, we recommend changing the colors by applying your own custom CSS targeting the specific elements you wish to modify, which gives you precise control over the styling.
Best regards,
I understand what we could do, but that was not the question. We had hoped to learn in which folder, file(s), and lines we can find something about this class.
I understand your request, but the list of files and code locations involving these classes is simply too extensive to share with. If you could describe exactly what specific modification you want to achieve, I will be able to guide you to the correct file or provide the relevant code snippet directly.
Best regards,
Thanks for your efforts. In the SPA demo, on the About us page, the second WPBakery row has the mbc style class that (overwrites normal WPBakery settings and) triggers showing the primary color set in theme settings over the background of the entire row. How to change it to the secondary color set in theme settings?
In your case, the simplest way to do it is to simply remove the “mbc” class from that second WPBakery row. You can do this directly in the WPBakery backend as shown on the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/zyICp-Q5fNrw
Let me know if that works or if you need any further tweaks!
Best regards,
Hello there,
Thank you for your report and for using our theme.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the CVE article you referenced pertains to a very old version of the theme (3.4.8), whereas our latest updates have already addressed security improvements over time. We strongly encourage all our users to update the theme to the absolute latest version available to ensure full protection against such vulnerabilities.
Best regards,
Yes, this was a very old version, just wanted to make sure it was actually patched but happy to hear that it’s been resolved.
Thank you so much for your vigilance and for double-checking. We really appreciate it!
If you ever notice anything else or have any questions, feel free to reach out anytime. We’re always here to help.
Best regards,
Hello, The following plugin is crashing the whole site: WPBakery Page Builder version 8.6.1
PearlVersión: 3.4.11 WordPress version: 6.9
Regards.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us out!
We have tested mentioned versions of the theme, WP Bakery and WP configurations on our end and are not observing any issues with WPBakery Page Builder. I recommend that you try temporarily disabling other third-party plugins and removing any customizations to check if there is a conflict causing the crash on your specific site.
Please let us know if the problem persists after taking these steps.
Best regards,
Why the imported theme is not the same as the demo site? There are some elements are missing also. I purchased this theme for my customer, but they are not happy because it looks not the same as the demo site.
Please check! https://construction-theme.traffboost.net/ vs. https://pearl.stylemixthemes.com/construction/Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
I have reviewed your site and noticed that some manual changes have already been applied to the theme. To help us investigate exactly what is missing from the original import, could you please provide screenshots highlighting the specific elements that did not import correctly? Also, please note that due to copyright licensing policies, all images from the demo site are automatically replaced with placeholders during the import process, which is standard behavior.

CRITICAL BUG: Mobile Slider Not Displaying – Immediate Fix Required - The main homepage slider is completely missing on mobile devices.
I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps to rule out local issues:
Purged all caches (Server, Plugin, and Browser).
Tested on multiple physical devices (iOS and Android).
Verified settings: The slider is correctly enabled and works perfectly on Desktop.
The slider simply does not render on mobile. As this is a responsive theme, this failure is unacceptable for a production website.
Please investigate this immediately. I require a hotfix or the specific CSS/JS patch to resolve this today, as it is blocking my site launch.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
I have reviewed your case and I can see that our support agent immediately forwarded your report to the dev team as soon as your request was received. Unfortunately, at this moment, we cannot provide a specific ETA for the official fix release due to the high workload in our dev department. I also noticed that our agent had previously suggested a quick alternative workaround for you. However, upon checking your website just now, I see that you have already applied a fix yourself, and the slider is currently displaying correctly.
If you have any further questions or need assistance in the meantime, please let us know!
Best regards,
Hi there, i’m having difficulties removing the category and author details that are displaying on our blog posts. They never used to be visible where they are now and they are now affecting the UI. I believe this issue has been present since a Pearl theme update. Would someone be able to assist me please with this issue? I have screenshots that I can send but it doesn’t allow me here. Thank you.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out.

Hello, when might an update come out? WP Bakery has a critical vulnerability that is patched in the latest version.
Hello there!

Hello! There is a vulnerability in the included version of WPBakery. When will the next theme update occur?
Thank you for bringing up the vulnerability in the included WPBakery version — we take this seriously! If the latest version isn’t included in the theme yet, it’s because we haven’t completed compatibility testing. The new version will be released as soon as our QA team finishes the verification process. We’ll notify you in the changelog once it’s available.
Best regards,
You released a new version of the theme but didn’t include the latest version of WPBakery. There is still a vulnerability in the included version of WPBakery. When will you address the vulnerability?
Sorry for the wait and thanks for bringing this up, we really appreciate you staying on top of security.
The update with the latest WPBakery version is already planned and scheduled for release this week.
If you can’t wait and need it right away, please reach out to our team directly through the contact form here: https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes

Hi
We are experiencing several critical PHP errors on our website using the Pearl theme. Below is a detailed description of the issues, their probable causes, and suggested actions:
1) Error: Call to undefined function mfn_is_hosted()
Message example: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mfn_is_hosted() in …/wp-content/plugins/becustom/templates/advanced.php:26
Cause:
The BeTheme core functions (mfn_is_hosted(), mfn_is_registered(), etc.) are missing or not loaded.
Theme may not be fully licensed or original.
Plugin (BeCustom) calls these functions before the theme is fully loaded.
Impact:
Fatal error prevents plugin/admin panel from functioning.
Suggested actions:
Ensure all core theme files are present and intact.
Verify theme licensing or replace with original files.
Optionally, wrap function calls in function_exists() as a temporary measure.
2) Error: Cannot redeclare mfn_is_registered()
Message example: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mfn_is_registered() ... previously declared in …/betheme-child/functions.php:29) in …/betheme/functions/theme-functions.php on line 3863
Cause:
The function is declared both in the parent theme and child theme/plugin.
Suggested actions:
Wrap the function declaration in if (! function_exists(‘mfn_is_registered’)) { ... }.
Ensure child theme functions are loaded after the parent theme.
3) Error: array_merge(): Argument #1 must be of type array, WP_Error given
Message example: Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: array_merge(): Argument #1 must be of type array, WP_Error given in …/partials/vc_parts/price_list/style_1.php:45
Cause:
get_terms() returned a WP_Error instead of an array due to:
Incorrect or missing taxonomy.
Invalid include/slug parameters.
Filters from other plugins or theme conflicts.
Suggested actions:
Validate get_terms() result using is_wp_error().
Ensure correct taxonomy arguments:
‘taxonomy’ => ‘service_category’, ‘include’ => array(...), ‘hide_empty’ => false
Cast variables to array or check with is_array() before array_merge().
4) Minor issues
Typo: $linl[‘target’] should be $link[‘target’].
Some helper functions (pearl_get_VC_post_img_safe, pearl_minimize_word) may not be loaded before use.
5) Recommended actions
Check PHP error logs for get_terms issues (e.g., unknown taxonomy).
Update partials/vc_parts/price_list/style_1.php to handle WP_Error and ensure proper taxonomy arguments.
Confirm all theme core files are complete and compatible.
Prevent function redeclarations with function_exists().
Verify WPBakery / VC version compatibility with the theme.
Correct typos and safely handle vc_build_link() outputs.
Please advise on the best approach to resolve these issues or provide a patched version of the affected files.
Hello there!
Thank you for providing a detailed description of the PHP errors you’re facing with the Pearl theme. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and I appreciate your thorough analysis.
The first error, related to the BeCustom plugin, which seems to call functions specific to BeTheme.
The second error originates from BeTheme itself, likely due to conflicts between parent and child theme functions.
Please note that Pearl’s bundled plugins are designed specifically for the Pearl theme and may not work seamlessly with BeTheme or others. To resolve these issues, I suggest switching your active theme to Pearl, disabling all third-party plugins like BeCustom, and ensuring you’re using the latest versions of the Pearl theme and its plugins. After making these changes, clear your site’s cache and test again.
Thank you for your patience, and we’re here to help!
Best regards,
Hi, do your theme already compatible with the WPML multilingual plugin?
Hey guys nice to reconnect again :) posted something via a ticket…hopefully it won’t take long to get a fix :)
It relates to the header builder…
Hello there!
Great to reconnect with you! Thank you for renewing your support subscription and for submitting the new ticket about the Header Builder. Our support team typically responds within 2 business days, so you should hear back from them soon.
If you have any additional details or questions in the meantime, feel free to let us know. We’re here to get this fixed for you quickly!
Best regards,
Good morning — I know the support service has expired, but I’ve encountered an issue that could also affect others. My hosting provider is preventing me from uploading your updated theme because it detects a security vulnerability in End-of-Life (EOL) versions of the open-source front-end framework Bootstrap. It warns that this could allow attacks such as Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), data theft and session hijacking.
I don’t know how to work around the problem. Thank you.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, especially as it may impact other users as well. I’ve forwarded your case to our development team for thorough investigation.
We’re committed to addressing the concern regarding the End-of-Life Bootstrap version and the associated security vulnerabilities. Our team will work on preparing a fix, and we’ll include it in an update as soon as it’s ready.
Thank you for your patience and for helping us improve our theme. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of the fix.
Best regards,
Greeting. Only now I notice there was no Header Builder for Mobile even though it is not documented in the Documentation. https://prnt.sc/mP0tBDX-V7hR
I cannot build a menu on mobile.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any confusion caused by the lack of specific documentation regarding the Mobile Header Builder.
Due to the limitations of mobile devices, such as smaller screen sizes, the Header Builder restricts the placement of elements to a single row, similar to the tablet version. This ensures a clean and functional layout for mobile users. The appearance and available options may also vary depending on the selected demo layout style, as each is optimized differently.
Please let us know how we can assist further.
Best regards,
Thank you for your kind reply.
1) How to change the colour and size for the burger menu icon in mobile. https://prnt.sc/s3TwCoLq78_J
2. How to change the colour of the background menu in mobile.
3. How to change the colour and size of the font, including hover colour in the mobile menu. https://prnt.sc/1YWY9rBIeUJB
4. How to add a button with a link at the middle or right of the mobile header, including size, colour, shape, and hover: https://prnt.sc/GtiS-mKJ8YeF
Once again, thank you in advance.
Thank you for your kind words and for reaching out with your questions. I’m happy to assist you with customizing the mobile header and menu for your site.
1 The color of the burger menu icon is tied to the Main Color setting in Theme Options > Colors. If you prefer not to change the main color but want to adjust the burger menu icon color specifically for mobile, you can add custom CSS in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
2 You can modify the mobile menu background color via Theme Options > Header > Header Options under the Header Mobile Background Color setting. Simply select your desired color from the color picker and save the changes.
3The font color for the mobile menu can be adjusted in Theme Options > Header > Main Header. To change the font size or hover color, you’ll need to use custom CSS in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
4 Unfortunately, adding a button with a custom link, size, color, shape, and hover effect in the middle or right of the mobile header isn’t possible with the default theme settings. This would require custom development to modify the header. We recommend reaching out to a Digital Agency for a tailored solution, as they can provide custom coding to meet your needs. Please note that their services may involve additional costs.
Please let us know how we can assist further.
Best regards,
Thank you. Yes, I know it needs additional CSS. What I really mean is, I am in need of the CSS for mobile to paste at additional CSS.
Kindly please create CSS for questions 1, 2, and 3.
Thank you in advance.
Can you please provide the link to your site? I will assist you.

Dear Sir, please assist me with the above matter, which I have been waiting for 5 days. Many thanks for considering my request.
Thank you for your kind words and for confirming that the previous solution worked well! I’m so sorry for the delayed response—we’ve been quite busy, and I appreciate your patience.
Regarding your request to customize the header button on your site, you’re correct that the desktop and mobile versions share the same button. Below, I’ve provided the CSS code to help you change the text color, border color, and hover effects for the button as shown in your screenshots . You can add this code to your WordPress dashboard under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
a.btn.btn_primary.btn_outline { color: white !important; border-color: white !important; }
a.btn.btn_primary.btn_outline:hover { background-color: blue !important;
}
a.btn.btn_primary.btn_outline:hover span.btn__text { color: white !important; }
@media(max-width:732px) { a.btn.btn_primary.btn_outline { color: white !important; border-color: white !important; }
a.btn.btn_primary.btn_outline:hover { background-color: blue !important;
}
a.btn.btn_primary.btn_outline:hover span.btn__text { color: white !important; } }
Best regards,
Thak you very much for your kind help.

The only Pearl Testimonial style that is working is style 1. None of the others work. They say “Element not found in”.
This has apparently still not been fixed, I just updated to theme version 3.4.9. When will we be able to use other testimonial styles again?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately, this task has not yet been taken up for development, and at this time, we cannot provide a specific timeline for its resolution due to limited resources. As a temporary solution, we recommend continuing to use Style 1 until we are able to address the other styles.
Thank you for your patience!
