There are two ways you can mark a property as sold:

1. Using Property Label Text — You can add a custom label such as “Sold” by setting the Property Label Text and Label Background Color options, as shown here: https://snipit.app/7zXUq1. These options are available under the Misc tab within the property’s meta box.

2. Using a Custom Taxonomy — Alternatively, you can create a taxonomy (for example, “Sold”) and assign it to properties that have been sold. This allows you to categorize and display sold properties more effectively across your site.

Regarding currency, RealHomes allows you to set your preferred currency symbol (₹ – Indian Rupee) from the theme options. Additionally, if you want to offer multiple currencies, you can use the free RealHomes Currency Switcher plugin, which works with the Open Exchange Rates API.

You can also monetize this by enabling either:

Per Listing Payment – charge a fee for each property submission.

Membership Packages – allow owners to subscribe to a package with limits (e.g., number of listings, featured listings, and package duration).

Yes, all demos you see on our preview sites (Ultra, Modern, Fusion, Hotel, Agency, etc.) are included in the RealHomes theme package. You can import any one demo at a time using the One-Click Demo Import feature available under Dashboard → RealHomes → Demo Import.

Please note that only one demo can be active at a time. If you import Ultra, your site will follow that design/layout. To switch to another demo (e.g., Fusion or Hotel), you would need to reset/clean your site content and then import the other demo. This ensures no conflict between multiple demo contents.

Even if you stick with one demo, you still have access to all the theme features, modules, and Elementor widgets. This means you can build custom pages or mix and match sections as per your requirements.

Yes, RealHomes includes a Membership feature out of the box. It allows you to set up different membership packages for agents or users who want to submit properties. The theme also provides dedicated Membership page layouts that you can import via the demo importer and use as a starting point. As for other information pages, such as About Us, Our Special Services, or Landing Pages, RealHomes does not come with dedicated pre-built layouts for those. However, you can easily create such pages using:

• The built-in Elementor templates and blocks included with RealHomes.
• The pre-built demo pages as inspiration — you can duplicate and customize them to match your needs.
• Elementor (or your preferred page builder) to design your own responsive layouts with drag-and-drop, without coding skills.

Membership feature: Supported, with ready-to-use page layouts.

Other static/landing pages: You can build them using Elementor and available theme templates.

This way, even without advanced technical skills, you can create professional-looking, responsive pages to support your business.

Please use the Dynamic Location feature, which displays a limited number of locations and fetches additional locations as the user scrolls through the drop-down. If your project requires displaying main locations separately from sub-locations, you can also break them into multiple drop-downs (for example, one for main locations and another for sub-locations). Please be aware that the Dynamic Location feature does not function when splitting parent and child locations into separate fields.

These forms are designed to send inquiries directly to the respective agent or agency, without the need for additional plugins.

If you require a single form with a dropdown listing all agencies and sending submissions based on the selected option, this would necessitate the use of a third-party form plugin, such as Contact Form 7 or WPForms.

Currently, the theme does not include a built-in “mark as sold” option with an automatic banner and related properties, as you have described. However, it is possible to create a new property status labeled “Sold” and assign this status to the relevant properties.

Subsequently, you may create a page utilizing the “Properties” page template and configure the Properties Filter settings to showcase sold properties on that page.

You can use the RealHomes Currency Switcher plugin to allow users to switch property prices between different currencies. In this setup, you’ll enter prices in dollars, and visitors can select their preferred currency to view the converted prices.

Please note that there is no option to enter the price in dollars and have it automatically displayed in Lira (or any other currency) without using the switcher. If you’re looking for a more customized solution, we recommend contacting our support team to discuss possible options.

Thanks for the reply. We already have that setting checked. I think maybe the issue is that the map will not zoom in any further, which confuses the marker system. Is there a way to make the map zoom in more?

Apologies for the delayed response. If all the properties share the same address or are in the same building, zooming in won’t improve visibility. The hover feature only highlights a specific property so the user can identify it on the marker.
