This error is related to WooCommerce and it is most likely due to the insufficient server resources. The WooCommerce is available in WordPress.org repository and you can also access it from Plugins section in your WordPress dashboard or download it here.

hi, recently i updated php version to 8.4, and cause wordpress error due to optimizewp/framework/modules/widgets/sticky-sidebar/sticky-sidebar.php on line 20 any solution to fix

The alignment is usually inherited from the alignment set for row or column. When I update the Mikado Core plugin from version 1.4 to 1.6, my website starts displaying a bunch of short codes [mkdf_section_subtitle] and the site’s content breaks. What do I need to do to fix that?

I figured it out. We had to activate the theme license before the Mikado Core plugin would work properly. After activating, all works like it should.

When using the wpBakery module for “portfolio list” included with your theme, when clicking the “load more” button, a duplicate portfolio item is generated in the new items that are then displayed.

For instance, the module will display items 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 and when ‘Load More” is clicked it will then add 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 – 11, etc.

I am getting around this by showing all items at once, but wondering if you have seen this behavior.

Once again, we kindly need to ask you to purchase your own theme license so you can access future theme updates and receive support.

I saw your latest comment from 8 months ago saying the theme will be updated. Is this still in the works? Or has the the theme been abandoned?

The theme is supported and will continue to be updated. At the moment, we don’t have an ETA for the release of the next update.

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.2.

Hello there. I am very interested in this theme though, when viewing the demo, I notice that the theme appears to have a weird scrolling feel. Like not smooth, almost like a slower scroll (when scrolling down). Is that a feature and can that be turned off if I purchase the theme?

I just bought this theme and I am having problem importing the demo. It’s stuck at 20%. I have all the plugins deactivated with the exception of Mikado plugins. I also opened support with ticket number 248701. So far no reply from your team. Please advise!

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Your ticket should now be updated with response. Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

1. Is WP Bakery Page Builder completely free?

2. Is Visual Composer used with WP Bakery Page Builder? Or am I remembering wrong? I think you were giving Visual Composer free with the purchased WordPress theme?

2. Demo content is built using WPBakery page builder which is included as a bundled plugin with the theme.

I bought this theme, and it hasn’t been updated for a long time. I’m having several issues with WooCommerce due to outdated templates. I’ve been reading the documentation, and it seems absurd to me that the solution is to downgrade the WooCommerce plugin, which apart from being quite insecure, leaves much to be desired as a solution. Therefore, I will have to start updating the templates on my own.

Our Optimize theme is WooCommerce compatible. Pricing Tables ( http://optimize.mikado-themes.com/pricing-tables/ ) is the Visual Composer element, not initially connected with WooCommerce , but you can link the button at the bottom of each table to some product page if you’d like.
