Hi there?

I have a doubt about the last version of the Festy Theme. According to the Change log of the theme, the last version is Version 1.17 from 06.05.2025 but looking at my wordpress installation it says I am running the Version 1.21 as you can see in this screenshot https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/57888827?key=41e9b06c7290b975ad0ec617dac3d453

Could you explain me this disagree?

Please follow the steps: - Ensure curl extension is installed and enabled. - Ensure allow_url_fopen = On in php.ini. - Increase PHP limits max_execution_time = 300 memory_limit = 256M or higher.

Hello, I previously purchased your template and really like it. However I want to use a Gallery plugin with it’s own lightbox function and to remove the lightbox functionality that is inbuild into your template but nothing I do removes it. I am using WPML to translate the site but I cannot find how to add the language switcher to the mobile menu. I was able to add it to desktop, but couldn’t find a way to have it on mobile menu. Could you please help me out with that?

I just purchased this theme using another account and have successfully set up the wordpress theme and then imported the demo data successfully. The issue i am having is the fact that i wanted to import this demo here: https://festy.ancorathemes.com/music-festival/ but i cant see how to do so in your documentation and on the installed website, i can only see the default skin.

How do i import or switch to the music festival demo on the main website and use as i cant find any information about this on the documentation

I am getting an alert that an “Update Available There is a new version of Festy available. View version 1.12.0 details or update now.” But even on here for the theme, it says 1.11.0 is most current

Events will be imported as event posts. Then you may output them on the site pages in existing events sections. In order to import the events from Eventbrite, third-party paid plugins are required: https://theeventscalendar.com/products/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/products/event-aggregator/ I should say that we cannot guarantee full theme compatibility with the third-party plugins since we have not tested them with the template. However, you may try using the plugins with the theme. Additional stylesheets may be needed for full theme compliance. Our Customization studio can create them for you. Sure. Our theme supports RTL text direction and contains RTL style (compatibility, without rtl-demo content). One needs to choose the required language under Dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language and proceed with the demo data installation.
