Update is out, but the theme is not being updated on my end. Any clues?

Hi, Colabrio Team, On pages with a gallery of pictures, e.g. https://lucalexis.ch/le-velomobile/photos-sur-les-routes/ , when I click one picture to get it bigger on the black background, to navigate them back and forth, the “close” cross on the upper left corner is not working. I upgraded your theme to version 3.6.2, thinking the older version was possibly the issue, but this is still there, on 2 different browser, workstation and smartphone. Is it something only on my site, or more general? Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers.

I recently purchased your template, for my e-commerce website. I am generally satisfied with it; however, I am facing an issue on the shop page.

I sell a large number of products, and it is currently difficult for my customers to quickly find what they are looking for by browsing manually.

Would it be possible to implement a solution to add a search bar directly at the top of the shop page, in the banner area? This would allow visitors to type their queries directly to find the corresponding products, thus significantly improving the user experience.

Can you tell me if this is possible with the current template? Could you provide me with a solution (e.g., a code snippet, an update, or recommend a compatible plugin) to implement this feature?

Wanting to purchase your theme, however first I’d like to know what extra plugins, assets I’ll need to purchase if I want to use this theme?

I will use Elementor. Will I need to purchase Elementor pro, Woocommerce, etc…? Will I need to purchase other premium plugins, assets? Will I get the same outcome as your theme if I don’t purchase Elementor pro?

What kind of plugins will come with this theme?

I’m having an issue with Elementor on my website. I’ve set a background color for a section (under Style → Background), but it doesn’t switch when dark mode is enabled. When I toggle dark mode, the text color changes correctly, but the background stays in the light mode color.

I’ve tried several methods (overlay, background image, custom color), but none of them seem to respond to the dark mode toggle. I’ve also noticed that some other features appear to be limited or inactive in Elementor, as if certain options were restricted.

Could you please tell me the proper way to make a section background compatible with dark mode, or confirm if this is an Elementor limitation?

When i upload the demo, the styling is without boarders and some of the contents images are missing. It looks like this in the Elementor https://ohio.clbthemes.com/demo27/homedemo27-elementor/ . All the pictures are not showing, and all the contents are mixed up.

I’m experiencing an issue with the portfolio pagination — I’m unable to access or display content on page 2 of the portfolio.

I’ve read that other users have reported the same problem, so it seems this might be a recurring issue. My template is fully updated to the latest version.

As an alternative, I tried using the lazy load and “load more” options to display additional projects, but they result in an infinite loading loop and no new projects appear.

My license has expired. Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Is there a known problem with mobile hamburger menu’s not opening? For a client website everything was working fine and I just noticed that the mobile menu doesn’t want to open. The button is there but after clicking it, nothing happens.

When updating on your latest theme version, the color scheme does not work as it should – whatever I do, it remains dark. Further the fonts of the main menu is changed.

I had to make a rollback immediately.

I am disappointed, that the font which you present on preview is in fact a premium one and not available in the theme. https://ohio.clbthemes.com/about-ver6/ What other font would you recommend?

Since the latest theme update, or maybe one of the updated before, I’ve noticed an issue with the mobile hamburger menu.

When I click on the hamburger menu, the hamburger menu expends like it should. But when I close the hamburger menu, there is another hamburger shown right behind the first menu. How to fix this? I’m on theme version 3.60.
