Hello im out of support.
I did a clean install with the newest version of your theme but the icons doesn’t load it. I do everything properly. Import demo will work but they icons missing like arows and icons for bathroom etc. can you help me

I installed the Homeid theme with the demo (Demo 09 – Elementor). The theme looks good but some icons are not showing. They appear as empty boxes.
I checked the browser console (F12) and found these errors: - Failed to load resource 404: v4-shims.min.css - Failed to load resource 404: all.min.css
What I already tried: - Reinstalled the theme and demo multiple times - Cleared Elementor cache (Clear Files & Data) - Enabled Font Awesome 4 Support in Elementor Settings - Changed URLs from http to https - Checked the files in DirectAdmin File Manager – the files ARE on the server in /wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/font-awesome/css - Increased WP memory limit to 256M - Increased max_input_vars to 3000
The font files exist on the server but WordPress is loading them with a broken path: /wp-content/plugins/.min.css (plugin name is missing in the path).
I am using: - WordPress 6.9.4 - PHP 8.3 - Elementor
Can you please help me fix this? The icons worked fine in the demo preview but not after installation.

I am interested in the HOMEID theme and would like to confirm if the following customizations are possible:
1- Can the theme be adjusted to display only property owners and interested users, removing agents and agencies? Additionally, can users choose their role (Property Owner or Interested User) during registration?
2- Is it possible for property owners to view the profiles of interested users? Does the theme support user verification badges, or is there a way to implement this feature?
3- If the theme does not natively support these functionalities, do you recommend any plugins to achieve them?

While I love the work that went into this theme, having the author’s demos actually match the importable demos on wordpress would lead to faster installation and less questions. I wanted to install demo 04 on wordpress and it doesn’t match your home demo 4 on themeforest at all. This is fine for me, but my client isn’t as tech savy, and this will cause you a lot of grief from other clients who are at the same level.

Site was working fine and suddenly all the content on the home page dissapears. Ive done some things and essentiel real estate plugin is the problem i think. When i deactivate it, the content on the home page appears but the section where i showed my projects is showing only the source code probably because the essentiel real estate plugin is deactivated. When the plugin is activated it is only effecting home page, other pages are working fine. And in the backend editor all content is showing.

The contact widget on the side of the single property page is not working! It does not ask me for contact information and only asks to send a message, which keeps failing since it does not have my contact information! This has drained money from leads that are coming onto my site!
