Please note that your “reset purchase code” within WordPress is broken and cannot remove the Purchase code.
As you can see I have requested a reset recently to make a test on this option and this time around it did not, again, remove the license “Purchase code”
In order for me to make test I would need to have explanation, despite the support being expired, this is not a support question but a reset of Item Purchase Code. Which is not considered a support issue but a technical glitch.
Could you please verify why I cannot reset this on my own and that there is broken links to your helpdesk: Error: your purchase code is already in use on another website, contact our helpdesk to reissue the license.
Even on the link included within this theme the helpdesk URL returns the following: Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Note: I know you are working very hard to fix links and bring us a very good product but the remove Purchase Code is very important since I do test on my own Virtual Host / Localhost “Domain” to be able to complete a project. The license is not used multiple times, only one on my final home server. The vice-dhrk theme will be permanent on the “current domain” but there seem to have a problem when I removed it from the “previous domain” site.

I have deleted my database since I was only looking at the full site and functionality and now I need to build on it… Now it’s saying that my license is not valid and need to purchase another?
I did press the reset my license link and waited but nothing. Still the same message “Error: your purchase code is already in use on another website, contact our helpdesk to reissue the license. Request a license reset and reissue”
I did and still waiting for the email that was never received. It’s a staging installation in a subfolder and not a true site. I have just reset my home server maybe that is why?
What is the next step?

Hello Dohmtee, your support appears expired since 2023 and the licene was moved multiple times.
From a localhost yes, I cancelled my hosting provider now migrating to a self hosted platform on my own server. support yes is expired, but not my purchase. Each time I try to remove or reset the template, nothing happens.

Guys, Please fix your links in pdf provided when buying the theme. Support link is “NOT FOUND,” but I guess that support is in the documentation now. In the documentation for the theme, images are not linked properly, or they don’t exist ( 5.07 Radio channels as an example). Second, can you please explain to me how to change the button label in the Modern slider on the front page, where it says “MORE INFO”? Thank you
Sorry for the issue, we know it happened… Our server recently updated and the theme used in our kb was not compatible with php 8. In a day we had to make a new theme and migrate 10 lb websites to the new system. In the migration some images gotta corrupted:( sorry for that.

with latest elementor (3.32.5) i get this error:

Quick question: when I insert a button on my homepage that links to another page, instead of loading that page via ajax like all other pages, it fully loads the entire site again, resulting in the music stopping with playing – how do i fix this?
Generally speaking, the problem can be caused by incorrect URL, so you want to make sure the URL on the button is the same as your website domain, otherwise ajax won’t recognize it.

Greetings, thank you for the AWESOME theme! Question: I have enabled woocommerce, but the music player stops every time I visit a WooCommerce page on my site. Is there a way to include the WooCommerce pages in the AJAX load so that the music player continues playing? I read that the original VICE theme has an option for this, but VICE Dark doesn’t ?
Hi junglelaz, thanks for your message. WooCommerce pages require to be loaded without ajax, because they require external javascript libraries and specific security checks, so this forces the music to stop.
For an optimal integration, if you sell music, we recommend using Albums as music archive, and linking the album purchase link to the WooCommerce “add to cart”. You can copy the Add to Cart link from the woocommerce page.
In this way, users navigate in the music area without interruptions and music only stop when adding an item to the basket.

And everytime I have installed the theme to a domain I have reached out for a license reset which your team granted. Which is the same thing I am doing now. REQUESTING A LICENESE RESET so I can install it on my active domain.
I really thing there needs to be another way to do this versus reaching out to you for NON-SERVICE.

So you are basically telling me even though I am getting rid of the domain you records show the template is being used for, I can not use the theme without purchasing another license? Not doing that. If you refuse to grant license reset, you want to consider changing the verbiage letting customers know this.

One license is to create one website. not one website a a time. I’ll clarify more. When you go to the movies, one ticket is to watch one movie. Not to go back a few years later, and watch another movie with the same ticket.
A license is a ticket to make one website. Not unlimited websites once you’ve done using the first. OR you use the first forever, and have unlimited updates for that website.
This is how it works, hope the comparison makes it more clear. We don’t make the rules we just send the software to Envato… they make the license terms.

I would like to remove it because i deleted the old site 5 years ago. But it takes you forever to remove the license when I request through your contact form on your site. I have a new site i would like to use my license on. Not another site which would require a new license . This will be a new site. I emailed you yesterday. Please help to reset it.

I recently migrated my website and restored its backup. However, after the restoration, the Vice Elementor Widget Activation displayed the following error:

Hi, you can set an mp4 background video for the whole site (not for each page different). But on an Elementor page, you can set a different mp4 background for each section.

Hi, the homepage is built using Elementor, so you can basically create your own page ad your own taste. The menu has 2 different layout (minimal and standard). Our theme of course has a demo focused on music, but I’ve seen customers using it for very different purposes like cyber security companies, software, hardware shops and video games. The only limitation could be ajax loading, regarding third party plugins, but this feature only makes sense to keep the music playing.
So, in your case, you may want to turn off Ajax navigation, and this will increase compatibility with any third party plugins you may want to use.
We do have another similar theme (similar design) based on music, but I think Vice is more unique.
