I’m experiencing a bug with Slider Revolution 6.7.35 on my site : the slider displays perfectly in the Elementor editor, but shows as a large white block on the frontend (e.g., homepage in incognito mode). It’s a known initialization conflict with Elementor 3.32.5. Could you update the plugin to 6.7.38+? This fixes the frontend rendering issue. I’ve cleared all caches, but it persists. Hello, I have just repurchased the Ronneby theme as the most recent update crashed my site. I deleted the old version and reinstalled the most recent one but the problem persists.

I manage a website with your theme on it and the layout was recently messed up for some reason so I updated wordpress and every plugin and theme, sadly, it completely broke the website. Whenever I enable the theme, the website won’t load at all. I managed to get this error with debug mode on PHP 8.3 Dfd_VC_Addons.php

but I get no debug error on older versions of PHP but site still won’t load.

I’m stuck right now.

Hi there. I bought an updated version of Ronneby after a PHP update caused a fatal error on my site. I activated the new version, but later had to restore my site to the backup I took before installing the new DFD Ronneby. But when I went to reinstall it, it wouldn’t accept my Purchase Code. I emailed envato, but didn’t receive a reply soon enough, so I’ve now bought a second license, just to get my site back up and running. Is it possible to get a refund on the 1st license, as I’m not using it? I also need advice on my site, as the navigation and fonts are not working with the upgraded version of Ronneby. Thanks!

Hi, how can I disable the thumbnail product slide show on the products list view of woocommerce ?

Hello, I just extended my support and have four questions:

1. For some reason the Woocommerce shopping cart is not appearing on my desktop menu. It is showing on mobile, but not desktop. I have looked at custom CSS and can’t seem to find what the issue is. https://www.chelseaaynaart.com/shop/

3. How do we edit the styling of the Woocommerce messages like once you’ve clicked “Add to Cart”, there is a message that pops up with grey and white striped lines and I want to be able to edit that.

4. The thumbnail product image on the Cart page is not centered and on mobile is cutting into the “Product” heading. How can I remove the margins from the thumbnail?

The theme demo I’d like to use says that it uses Visual Composer as the builder. I downloaded the Visual Composer plugin, and when I try to edit the demo page, Visual Composer front-end tool just displays it as a bunch of code that you can edit, as opposed to individual elements. I can send you a video of what I’m talking about?
