Issue with LearnPress Frontend Editor Add-on (and others) – Invalid Purchase Code (Paid License)
Hello ThimPress Support Team,
We are experiencing an activation issue with the LearnPress Frontend Editor Add-on. Although our account shows the license as “Paid on ThimPress”, the system displays the following error message during activation:
Error: The purchase code activate for the add-on invalid.
Could you please check why the purchase code is being rejected and help us activate the add-ons? It seems the license validation might not be syncing correctly with your server.

I added the “advenced custom fields” plugin to add additional fields regarding the personal data of users enrolled in courses such as the tax code field, date and place of birth. I’d like to add these fields in the certificate customization but the “learnpress certificate” add-on does not allow it. How can I add them? I need to create automatic certificates that also include this data and not just name and surname

I would like to know why I have to request a customization when the elements I requested are essential for a training certificate to comply with current regulations and therefore have documentary validity. I know that each country has its own national regulations, but the plugin should be more flexible to adapt to the regulations in force in the country where the plugin is used. Otherwise the document is just a toy and cannot be used by companies that provide professional training courses. It would be enough to add a shortcode for the personal data of the student registered on the wordpress site. I await your feedback Kind Regards

Hi, I use gradebook to keep track of completed courses. When a user completes the courses, gradebook initially records the pass correctly. But if we check a day or two later the course is reported as to be started. Is there some setting that resets or is it a problem to be solved? Kind regards Mariano

The woocommerce integration for payments, the knowledgebase is different. The steps shown in knowledgebase is not same in the actual admin area of learnpress.

The design of All courses page is in WIDGETS not in the all courses page.
I found it and made the changes. This was designed in thim_builder and added as widgets, i dont know what you answered for it
My second question is, i want to use only email id and not username while students signup. Here is the screenshot

Regarding your questions:
1. Editing the Courses Page Text and Design The content you’re referring to (as shown in the screenshots) is controlled by a widget, not directly via WPBakery. Please go to: Appearance → Widgets → Below Main There, you will find the Thim Layout Builder widget where the design and text of the Courses page are configured. You can edit it from there.
2. Using Email as Username If your goal is only to change the text label from “Username or Email…” to “username” you can use the Loco Translate plugin to change the wording in the theme.
3. WooCommerce Integration with LearnPress You’re correct that the current LearnPress admin interface might look different from what’s shown in older documentation. We’re in the process of updating our knowledge base to reflect the latest interface.
To integrate WooCommerce with LearnPress:
Go to Dashboard → Course Builder → Plugins, and install WooCommerce Add-on for LearnPress
Then go to LearnPress → Settings → Payments, and enable WooCommerce Payment

When importing demo, you can go to Course Builder => import demo => select import with elementor => import. If you have already imported with Bakery, if you import again with elementor, the entire current interface when importing with WpBakery will be lost. Hello, I want to know if it’s possible to give choice for student who paid per month with 1 year subscription. Student choose a pricing table per month for 1 year and can choose 3 courses per month only in all courses. But every month, student can unlock 3 others courses etc until the end of your subscription Thanks

Folks, I have a live site I can’t bring down to activate this theme empty. How can I develop in a staging site first? License doesn’t let me activate it in my dev staging subdomain as it was already activated before

Sorry, each license can only be activated on 1 site. If you want to cancel the license on the old site, we will delete the license on the old site for you, so you can activate the license on the new site.
