Hello. Do you have IOS and Android App with this Theme ?

We do have an Android app, which is currently under testing. It was temporarily downgraded due to some technical issues, but it will be available again soon.

At the moment, we don’t have an iOS app available.

Hello, I tried every other way to reach support but nothing worked, so I am leaving a comment. Only one banner works for me, the banner image would not load in the others, not even the default one. The header colors won’t change, I also cannot edit the locations, if I make a new location I don’t get to add an image, I get a 304 error, if I try editing an old one, same thing, Only images on listingprowp.com are able to be connected to locations. if I make a new one and try editing it same thing. I’m not in America so I need to localize the theme, I spent the entire weekend using all the features, so I know these issues are legit. please help.

Is there a way to remove the ‘sidebar search location’ from banner style 2? if not how do I change the cup to something different

Please add below CSS code under theme options> general> custom CSS.

Please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Theme Options > Search. Here, you can manage the “What” field. If you enable it, the field will be hidden on the frontend. If you disable it, the field will be visible on the frontend.

Please note that you can export your listings from the WordPress Dashboard > Listings section. There’s an “Export” button located at the top left, next to the “Add New” button — simply click on it to export your listings.

I can’t imagine how you have more than 32K in sales and don’t implement the ‘iCal Two-Way Synchronization’ for booking, or at least for appointments. I hope you redraw your pipeline to include the basic requirements and solution for real-world businesses. Loved your item, but it’s not ready yet.

Each product comes with its own set of features, and while we understand your concern about the iCal Two-Way Synchronization, our clients have been quite satisfied with the custom booking system we currently offer. We’ve also included video consultation features in some of our other products, but this particular theme uses a well-established booking system tailored for directory needs.

That said, we truly value your suggestion and will discuss the possibility of adding iCal synchronization in a future update.

One question before purchasing: I’d like to make my site’s home page a map with several establishments similar to your banner Style 8 (Map). Clicking on the symbols them opens a small window where I can include an image and some text, and a direct link to an external page (no internal pages of the establishments are necessary). Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can customize its code to change or set your own link for the pop-up. By default, it redirects to the listings that are displayed and associated with that specific pin.

Please note that it’s important to first understand how the map pins work. When you add a listing with a proper address, it appears on the search results page. This page can display multiple listings, and each listing is represented by a pin on the map showing its location.

When you click on a pin, it corresponds to a specific listing, and the popup that appears displays information related to that listing — including its direct link.

Therefore, there’s no option to manually change the URL of these pins since they are automatically linked to the listings shown on the search results page.

If you want to customize this behavior based on your specific concept, you’ll need to modify the relevant code files.

Please note that our theme is already structured by default. On the demo sites, however, we have not installed schema plugins because we don’t need our demos to be indexed in search engines. That’s why you are not seeing structured data in the demo example you shared.

If you want to use structured data on your live site, we do provide a ListingPro Schema option that you can enable and configure as needed. This will allow you to have proper structured data for your listings.

Hi Team, once again thank you for giving such a wonderful theme , really appreciate that. Finally after nearly 2 years our portal – www.visit2australia.com.au is set to go live tomorrow , a comprehensive travel portal. Our main worry is images keep on going missing from time to time ! NO SSL issue as such , for the record site is hosted with AWS t2 micro and Lite Speed Plugin is in use. Is there any chance you can help Us to solve this ?

Regarding the missing images issue – this is fully related to cache. Since you’re using the LiteSpeed plugin, the cache sometimes causes images not to load properly. We recommend clearing and re-managing your cache settings to ensure the images display consistently.

How do I hide the banner at the top of the search results pages?

Yes, this can be done in two ways. You can either hide the banner using a simple CSS code, or you can go to Theme Options > Listings > Listing Archive View and select a style that does not include the banner. Additionally, if you would like to remove the header banner across all pages, you can do so from Theme Options > General by disabling the page title.

If you prefer not to go for custom work, you can still change the text showing with each review (e.g., “Was this review …?”) by using Loco Translate. Simply go to Loco Translate > Theme > ListingPro and replace it with your desired text. (This could be trick that may help you)

I’ve purchased this theme. It’s not being used on any domain currently. I’m trying to activate on a new site but when I input purchase code the activate button is greyed out. Is this because it’s the same domain as I previously used the theme on? or another reason. Regards Nick Garnett

Nothing to worry . This usually happens due to a mixed content issue — for example, the activation button may appear grey after entering the code.

Please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > search for “Mixed Content” plugin, install and activate it. Once done, you shouldn’t face this issue again.
