I have updated the theme and I am unable to edit Live the woocommerce products like before. Have you disabled that feature for prodcuts?

Please check the updated settings block at Theme Options > Advanced > Live Builder. Maybe products as a post type are deactivated there.

But I have a question before buying it. If I buy the regular license, can I use this script to sell my own digital files?

The carousel is not working correctly with Custom Post Types (CPTs). For example, it doesn’t show posts from the “Tickera” plugin.

Hi Guys, your fork/update/addon of WPBakery is so good (especially the live editing). Is there any way of getting it to work outside of Impreza theme? I mean, can we get it working for other themes that use WPBakery? I’ve tried using your UpSolution Core on other themes but it doesnt ‘enhance’ WPBakery, it doesnt seem to do anything on other themes. Let me know if possible

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Live Builder is a theme feature and won’t work without it.

Hi. I encounter two errors in the most recent version (8.40.1) and activated licence: Changing fonts is not working at the moment. Neither own uploaded fonts nor other google-fonts. And core won’t update after theme update to 8.40.1.

Unfortunately, I can’t replicate the issue you described. Please try removing the Upsolution Core plugin and reinstalling it via Impreza > Addons. Let us know if the issue replicates with the latest version.

I am experiencing a critical issue on my website built with the Impreza theme. After the latest updates, WordPress notified me of a fatal error related to the UpSolution Core plugin.

When the plugin is active, the site immediately triggers this fatal error. If I deactivate the plugin, the site works but loses all functionality tied to Impreza.
Could you please clarify:
- Is there a compatible version of UpSolution Core for Impreza 8.39.2 running on PHP 8.4.12?
- Do you recommend temporarily downgrading PHP until a fix or update is available?
- Is there a patch or workaround for this undefined constant issue?

You’re currently using an outdated version of the Upsolution Core plugin. Please remove it and re-install the latest one (8.39.3) via Impreza > Addons. Please let me know if it resolves the issue.

After the recent update, my portfolio gallery created with WPBakery (Impreza theme) is showing images stacked vertically (one below the other). Previously, it displayed as a grid layout (similar to the attached example screenshot).
Current setup:
Layout: Metro 2
Aspect Ratio: 1:1 square
Image Size: 1024×1024
But no matter which Metro option I select, the images are not showing side by side in grid style. Could you please advise how to restore the gallery to look like before

Please ensure all needed styles are loading correctly. If you use “Optimize JS and CSS size” at Theme Options > Advanced, press the “Auto Optimize” button.
