Hello, I do web design. I agreed to use your theme at https://the7.io/elementor-corporate/ for a client, and I’ve installed it. Even though I haven’t installed any additional plugins, the website is much slower than the one in your demo. My hosting company is fine, but this is the first time I’ve seen such slowness, and I’m still experiencing this issue despite purchasing a good hosting package. Do you use any Cache or similar optimizations in the demo? Why is this slow?

Hello, I’m using your theme and I would like to create two versions of my website using the same template: – An Arabic version (RTL) – An English version (LTR) What is the easiest and most recommended way to achieve this with your theme? Should I:
Use a multilingual plugin (like WPML / Polylang) on the same WordPress installation?
Or create two separate WordPress installations (e.g. ar.domain.com for Arabic and en.domain.com for English) using the same theme?
I want to make sure that RTL and LTR are both fully supported and that I follow best practices for performance and updates. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
Hello! You can use both approaches: WPML or two WP installations with subdomains (both of them can be registered with the same Item Purchase Code). Having two WPs will require duplicating posts, media and settings manually. But it’s a free solution. Regarding RTL, though The7 is not officially RTL compatible, many people are using it for their RTL sites.
Maybe its the beer. Maybe its my decades of experience but after finally getting the logo to show up its immediately out of alignment and the only option I have is to adjust padding and margins? WTF…. maybe im missing something but its 2025 and this just seems like a shit theme to me right our of the gate. Even the documentation actually sucks. Am I missing something or has Envato fell off in terms of the shit they allow to be resold on this platform?

This has to be the worst theme I have ever seen. I just downloaded it and looked it over and it is awful. It has a complex system that is not the normal flow for Wordpress themes. Man, I sure wish I could get a refund for this terrible theme.

Your instructions are terrible. Waiting to send a customer support to simply find out how to change a logo is pointless. Seems like you created this to cause confusion. Hell, I can’t ven find where to change the freaking “The Seven” logo at this point and your instructions are not accurate….there is no White List tool in my options as well….nothing is accurate.

The theme description clearly indicates which demo uses which page builder. In your case, you’re trying to edit the native FSE demo (built with WordPress’s native Block Editor) using Elementor. This naturally doesn’t work.

To be clear it does not state on https://themeforest.net/item/the7-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5556590 which demo uses which page builder. It just states it’s designed to work with elementor in synergy.

These are the license terms (which you have acknowledged and accepted on the purchase). Unfortunately, we will not be able to unlock your code.

Every time I upload a pre-made page so I can access the functionality, I get the Go Pricing and Woo Commerce plugins that I DO NOT need or want. Its such a waste of time. Can you please disable this??

No demo, I imported a singe page – https://the7.io/main/shortcodes/lists-shortcode/ for the pre-built functionality. This is my 6th theme install for clients and its done this on any page I import. These pages have nothing to do with e-comm but yet I still get Woo Comm plugin.

Your native FSE editor is extremely poor, and not every demo has an Elementor or WPBakery version available. As someone who has purchased your theme three times, I strongly recommend you fix this nonsense as soon as possible. Until then, your theme deserves only 1 star.

Therefore we’re wondering if the negative rating might be a coincidence?
Out of the 6 so-called licensed sites, 4 domain names have already expired, yet you still claim that I’m using all 6. Your technical support is not only insufficient but also unreasonably bureaucratic.

Even if the original website went offline. Our system detected that you used your purchase code on multiple unique domain names (excluding most common dev and staging addresses). Such usage violates the terms of Envato Standard Licenses and, by extension, our copyright. Therefore your purchase code was automatically locked.
I used 2 licenses on 3 websites (one of them moved from .com to .net after the .com domain expired). The other sites were only used for demo installation and testing purposes.
Just two days ago, I purchased a new, separate license for a new client project. Even though there are cheaper sources offering your themes elsewhere, I always choose to buy directly from here on a per-project basis.
At this point, I’ve lost count — I have around 80–100 licenses on this platform. Your accusations are inconsistent and completely uninvestigated.
On top of that, after I pointed out how poor your technical support is, you responded by locking my licenses, which is an abuse of power.

Hi, have you noticed that after the latest update, WPBakery Page Builder displays a warning about this: “You have an outdated version of the WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It needs to be reviewed and saved.”
In most cases, this warning doesn’t disappear even after updating the Design Options, unless you disable them, which will change certain values, such as the bottom margin between elements.
Hello! Try to deactivate all other plugins, save WPBakery Page Builder Design Options, activate the plugins again. Usually, it’s a matter of memory limit.
