Help. I bought a Sahifa license for one domain in 2016. Bought one for new domain this month. I need to deactivate one and activate another, but I can’t log in to Tie Labs. I keep getting an error message when I try to log in:

I’m using the latest version. However, it is incompatible with PHP 8.0. The site crashes after upgrading.

I know you’ve abandoned support and updates for this theme, but leaving such a basic and critical bug unfixed — despite my report over two months ago — is simply unprofessional.

It’s clear that your strategy is to push users toward buying new themes, but I assure you it won’t work with me. Instead, I feel confident in warning others against purchasing any of your themes, given the lack of professionalism and respect you’ve shown to existing customers.

BREAKING CHANGES IN WORDPRESS 6.8.2

Wordpress just released 6.8.2 and Sahifa is breaking when updating the required core plugins. Do you have a timeline on when a fixed version will be provided?

Hi everyone, just a quick note that might help others using this theme.

I’ve noticed that some icons (especially social icons like Facebook, Instagram, etc.) may not appear correctly on the frontend, even though they are visible in the backend or menu editor.

This usually happens because the theme still uses the old Font Awesome class structure (fa fa-facebook), which is no longer fully compatible with Font Awesome 5 and newer.

As of FA5+, icon classes are split into families:

fas for solid icons

fab for brand icons

far for regular icons

So for example, fa fa-facebook should be updated to fab fa-facebook.

If you run into this issue, updating the class names accordingly usually resolves it. It might also be helpful for the developer to consider updating the theme’s markup to reflect the new Font Awesome standards.
