Hi, I’m a freelance developer. I’m managing a website with wordpress theme DFD Native. This website was not created by me and I’m updating the theme through the Envato plugin and a token. From last update of the theme (1.7.0) I’m not able to update WPBakery plugin (still in version 8.0.0). The theme tells me to update WPBakery but clicking the update link I receive this message: “Automatically updates for the plugin are available to the clients with a valid support period – you can renew it here. To update manually, visit our customer center to download the latest version.”. I haven’t access to the envato account of the buyer of the theme. How can I udate WPBakery? Thanks

Same here, after updating custom header is not working. Any changes made to it do not affect front end.

We had to roll back to previous version. Access wont help in this scenario.
Please describe what exactly is not working. If possible, provide a screenshot of the block that is not working.
When you use custom header(header builder) and update to a new version it reverts to default and any chcanges made to it are not reflected on the front end. Simply doesnt work
I checked the Header builder and indeed observed problems. Thank you for letting me know, I have forwarded this request to the programmers. Please do not update the theme to the latest version yet. Keep an eye out for updates. As soon as everything is fixed, a theme update will be released immediately.

Regarding the Header builder, we are working on solving the problem, but it turned out to be more difficult than expected. The problem will be solved in the near future.
Hi, i am afraid there is still same problem with header builder after plugin version 6,95. We still cant upgrade to newest version. It resets current settings and nothhing can be changed/saved.
Please make a full backup of your website and send us access to the admin panel of your website here. We will check everything and help you resolve this issue. The problem with Header Builder was solved in theme version 1.7.1.

We have noticed a bug when updating the DFD Native theme. When it is updated, the header menu is lost because it was created using the theme’s Header Builder option. We were not able to reactivate it — although it appears in the WordPress admin, it does not show up on the site. For that reason, we cannot update the theme to the latest version.

Hi, I was trying to update theme and plugins to latest version, but I’m having an issue with WP Bakery. Installed version is 8.5, Available version is 8.5.0, and required version is 8.5.0. It won’t let me activate the plugin because it says I need to update, but it won’t let me update to another version. I had to restore a previous version. Can you resolve this confusion between 8.5 and 8.5.0?

Since I’v updated my client’s site to version 1.6.99 my header builder config was gone and I can not longer enable it, when I hit save it’s disabled again. What can i do about that?

I purchased Native in 2017. It is not active on any of my websites, and the WordPress where it was active has been deleted. I have the same situation with Ronneby. I can’t use any of these purchased themes. Could you please help me? Thank you.

Hello, I recently started working with a client who is using your theme on their website. Unfortunately, the previous developer who provided support for the client has passed away, meaning the client no longer has access to re-download the theme installation file. Is there any way you could provide me with a new installation file for the theme so that I can update it? Unfortunately, when I try to do this through the CMS panel, a critical error appears on the WordPress platform.
I’m unable to create a support ticket because I don’t have access to the license code—it’s already installed on the client’s website via the Envato Market token.

Hi, I have Native Theme ver. 1.5.3 installed on a Multisite Wordpress Network, 18 websites, Wordpress ver. 6.6.2, PHP ver. 7.4.33. Everything works fine. But, if I try to update the theme via FTP (as indicated on https://nativewptheme.net/support/first-steps/native-theme-update) to the latest Native ver. 1.6.98, the result is a white screen. Then, if I come back to the Native Theme ver. 1.5.3, everything works fine again. Can you please help me? Best regards.
