Hello, I have deleted all of the headers but one.

I have settings turned on to display that one header on desktop and mobile across all pages.

The site is still pulling an old header that I’ve deleted.

I’ve cleared website and browser cache. The site continues to pull a deleted header – when I delete the menu, the menu it called is gone but the old header shows (minus the menu).

Approximately three years ago, we purchased and started using your Biz Onum theme on our website. Despite taking all standard and recommended security precautions, our website was unfortunately hacked. The affected website is: avsamedya.com.

Throughout this period, we:

Kept all plugins and WordPress core up to date

Used reputable security plugins

Followed best practices for server and website security

Despite these measures, the incident occurred, which has led us to believe that there may be a security vulnerability related to the theme.

We are now planning to rebuild our website from scratch. We truly appreciate the design and overall look of the Biz Onum theme and would like to use it again. However, we are seriously concerned about experiencing the same security issue in the future.

Therefore, we kindly ask for your support regarding:

Whether there are any known security vulnerabilities in the current version of the theme

Whether similar security issues have been reported by other users in the past

Any specific recommendations or precautions we should take to ensure a secure reinstallation of the theme

Your guidance and clarification are very important to us before proceeding further.

I built this site a few years ago and the Onum Circle Process element in the Services section has stopped rendering on the live page.

It displays correctly inside Elementor editor, but the circle does not appear on the published page.

I’m using onum theme on my website, yet 1 month ago i have infected by mailware. the mailware is generating fake pages in the website which destroying the website traffic and the website rank in google. I have tried everything from (changing admin password – change the hosting – deleted unnecessary plugins). Hi Team, i am trying to remove the background image from the individual blog posts. I am try to do it under customize and remove image from single post. The image gets removed but is replaced by the color. I would like to remove the image and color and just have my blog pages begin with the blog thumbnail.

I’m getting an error message from WooCommerce The theme (Onum) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions for fixing:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available, contact the theme creator and ask about compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce. If you copied content over a template file to apply a change, copy the new version of the template and apply the changes again.

the Onum theme search engine looks bad.

My name is Mr. Rizza, and I have been a client using the Onum kit for a few weeks. I am currently trying to customize the “Pricing” section within Home 9, which includes a toggle allowing users to switch between monthly and annual payment options.

Unfortunately, it seems that I can only modify the title and the text above the pricing tables, but I am unable to edit anything within the three pricing boxes, including the prices and package details.

Could you please assist me with this? Additionally, would it be possible to apply the same monthly/annual toggle functionality to the pricing sections of the other home layouts as well?

Hi, in page editing, there is a metabox for page settings, but in single post editing and single product post editing, there is no metabox for editing!!! I want to edit the custom header and footer or background image in a single post.!!! Or, in the single post header, instead of the default image, the featured image of the post should be used.

Im not being able to customize the theme when going to the home page and hit customize. The only thing that appears me is: “Your are customizing vacation dream” and a widgets dropdown.
