I am happy that I purchased the Jannah. I installed the theme but there is no verify now button in the theme dashboard to activate it. How do I activate the license?

I’m trying to sign in using “Sign in with Envato”, but after logging into Envato I get this error:

oops! something went wrong error: invalid_redirect_uri error_description: redirect_uri did not match any of the client’s registered redirect_uris iss: https://api.envato.com

It seems the redirect_uri your site sends to Envato doesn’t match the registered ones on your Envato app. Could you please check and fix the OAuth redirect settings on your side?

Can you make ADVERTISEMENTS – banners – display separately in each category on the pages, and of course everywhere, as they are now?

Also, banners can automatically include the name “ADVERTISEMENT” in very small letters (in the given language) at the very top or bottom of the banner.

Hi there, we have updated our Jannah theme to the latest version, and there is a notification in the admin area reminding us to update Jannah Extensions (1.1.2 -> 1.1.5) and Jannah Speed Optimisation (1.2.9 -> 1.2.11).

However, whenever we tried to update them, the message “The plugin is at the latest version” was displayed, but the version remained the same as the current one.

Thanks! I couldn’t open a support ticket as my support period has expired. In the meantime, the update notification does appear in the dashboard. However, whenever I tried to update the plugin (despite an indication that there is a new version), it stated that the plugins are at the latest version.

Do I need to have an active support license to have them updated?

1. The footer at the very bottom, which contained: CONTACT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRIVACY POLICY, etc., has disappeared.

2. The (X/Twitter) option has also disappeared on the right.

3. Hasn’t been working for a long time: Posts list: Posts order: Most Viewed for 7 days – attachment. Could they also do it for 2 or 4 weeks?

I can send attachments for clarity, but I don’t know where to add them.

There’s an issue with the frontend login form in the latest theme version 7.6.2.

First off, the ProfilePress plugin, which is a required plugin, creates a series of pages for login, registration, password reset, profile, and other options.

The use of each page is configured in the general settings of Profile Press pages, which can be found at the following link:

domain.tld/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ppress-config&section=general

If you have configured the login page in the general settings of ProfilePress pages (which is normal, for example, “domain.tld/log-in,” which is usually the “login” page within WordPress pages), when you try to access your user account from the frontend form by clicking on the login option in the main menu or the top bar menu and fill out the login form with your username and password, you will not be logged in when you click “login.” Instead, you will be redirected to the login page configured in ProfilePress, “domain.tld/log-in,” and you will have to re-enter your username and password to finally access your account.

If you unconfigure the login page in the ProfilePress page settings and try logging in again from the frontend, you’ll be able to access it again without this duplication. However, this causes the links displayed at the bottom of the Register and Password forms to redirect to the login form to instead send you to the official WordPress login form (wp-login.php).

This bug affects all users of the template; we can’t test this in your demo if the same thing happens (Is there a test user in your demo?).

Additionally, there’s no CSS for the dark skin for all ProfilePress forms.

Since the plugin is fully integrated into the template, these are bugs or user experience errors.

And reviewing other issues, I’ve found errors or missing CSS styles in several places: the WooCommerce checkout dropdowns in dark-skin mode (it’s very small and the options are hard to read because the text is black), the Strong Password warning in the password reset options on the BuddyPress settings page (an empty box appears before resetting the password).

I’m currently activating user registration, BuddyPress, BBpress, and the store, and I’ve encountered several things that shouldn’t be happening. These issues have been present since the theme was made available on ThemeForest.

ProfilePress Is not required by Jannah and we never tested the theme with it so we can’t confirm if it is compatible with our theme or not.

You’re right that it’s not a required plugin. I thought it was because it appears in the “Test and recommend plugins” option of the theme’s “Install plugins” section, in the link:

wp-admin/admin.php?page=tie-install-plugins

ProfilePress also violates many aspects of the GDPR.

I’ve deactivated the plugin and see that the login form works with the WooCommerce email system. And to comply with the GDPR for my country (Spain), I’ve added some snippets to the forms.

You should check the WooCommerce Checkout CSS styles, though; they’re not correct. I’ve also had to correct things in BBpress using Custom CSS.

Dear Team,

Update 7.6.1 causes error 500 calling ajax on news blocks load more. Debug file shows that the problem is on ”/framework/classes/class-tielabs-ajax.php on line 52”.

I had to revert to the the previous version of that file to make things work – maybe I’m breaking something else by doing that (not sure as of now).

Looks like the blocks layouts (news blocks) are designed to be used in a custom archive template. I can barely get the block I want but can’t replicate the ajax tab filtering, ajax load more functionality, etc. Will keep trying but if you can shed some light I will appreciate.
