We’ve been following your journey since the days of the Scalia theme, and it’s clear that TheGem has earned its place as one of the best themes of all time on ThemeForest. Your creativity and attention to detail have always set you apart, and we remain huge fans of your work.

However, there is one issue that we’ve noticed, which has been raised by our clients as well, and I’d like to bring it to your attention. While it is frequently emphasized—both on your theme documentation and in various responses to comments—that TheGem is compatible with both WPBakery and Elementor, the reality is that all the new demos are available exclusively for Elementor.

We’ve made a conscious decision not to use a builder like Elementor, which tends to crash on updates and adds excessive JS, which ultimately impacts site performance. This is why we actively seek out theme developers like yourselves who continue to evolve and improve WPBakery, delivering exceptional designs. While we’ve seen a significant amount of improvement in this regard over the last year, there seems to have been a halt in recent updates.

For instance, none of the new demos appear to be available for WPBakery when using the TheGem Demo Import v.5.11.0 (for WPBakery). The demos available exclusively for Elementor include: Yoga Studio, Smart AI Services, AI Solutions, Tech Consulting & Solutions (Dark & Light), Seafood Restaurant, AI Startup, Digital Agency Onepager, Steakhouse (Light & Dark), Gym & Fitness (Light), Car Rental 02, Health & Wellness Coach, Jewelry Shop, and Modern Restaurant. Unfortunately, we are left searching for these demos, which are not available, and customers are unaware of this at the time of purchase—something that doesn’t seem ethically right.

So, I have a straightforward question that I believe others may also be wondering:

When can we expect WPBakery demos for ALL the new theme demos?

Hi there – one tech question: when using a FAQ section (with WBBakery) . At first all answers are closed. When you click to read an answer, the activated (opened) answer cannot be closed again. It would be great to close these sections after reading. How can I fix this?

Did we something wrong? Cause as we checked, we found out, that several demos are not available in (our) installation.

We installed the Branding Agency demo and encountered an issue with the mobile menu. The container remains empty when the site is scrolled. The mobile menu content only appears when the website is viewed without scrolling.

For the jobboard prebuilt site doesn’t come with UI for employers to add their own jobs and pay for it using woocommerce? Or is it all manually done by the site admin? I was trying to update the theme but I get the message:

You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key.

Can you please check if my license is used somewhere else? Because this was supposed to be connected to my website but I might think that it’s been used by the agency in another website.

I have also tried the tool to check my activation: https://license-manager.codex-themes.com/ but when I fill the spaces with the username and the license code it says: Wrong purchase code or username
