It won’t allow me to. It says: “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.” I am not buying a new license for $41.13. I will move to a new theme. Buyers beware though!!

Backend, Elementor Editor stopped working on homepage. Can’t use it, even in safe mode (which never activates). It just sits with the dark screen and Elementor logo with Loading sign. I cannot edit the homepage at all. Has been working fine for a year and now it doesn’t. Everything else on the site works fine with Elementor. Everything is up to date. Elementor support says Soledad is causing an issue. Any input?

I purchased this theme and originally activated the license on one of my website solskitchen.com. That website is no longer in use, so I attempted to transfer the license key to a new domain. However, the system is asking me to contact support to complete the transfer.

When I try to open a support ticket, I am required to pay for extended support—even though I only need help moving the existing license from one website to another. This feels unreasonable because I am not asking for technical support or new features; I simply want to use the license I already purchased on a different domain.

Please allow the license transfer without requiring extended support payment, or provide a straightforward way to deactivate it from the old domain and activate it on the new one.

Hi. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the software on the same machine for an update. When attempting to re-authorize the application, I received the error message: “Already authorized on another machine!”

Could you please reset or deactivate my license on your server? This will allow me to successfully activate the updated application on my current computer.

I wanted to try something new with a new website but the activation code doesn’t work at all , because it’s already linked to the old website that has been automatically deleted a while ago . Is the license issued for one domain or several?

A single regular license can only be used for one domain at a time. You are allowed to transfer the license to another website later, but it must still comply with the rule of one license per active website at any given moment.
