Hello, I purchased the XStore theme from ThemeForest at 2021-06-16 i used it on a website then i unistalled the wordpress and reinstalled WordPress and re-uploaded the theme, but when I try to activate it again, it says: “Sorry, but such a code has already been registered.” i want to login to 8theme.com to manage domains and reset or unlink my purchase code so I can activate it again. but i cannot login and i cannot register because it is saying “Sorry, but such a code has already been registered”

Hello, Sorry, I used the wrong account to send you the message “when searching by SKU using your search form, the search results page isn’t showing the correct results filtered by language (Example: &lang=en). It is showing up all the product in different languages that have this SKU. Can you check that please ?”.
I am just want to be sure that the error is in our website not in the theme on itself before extending the support licence. I’ve had a look at the search.php file included in your theme and it doesn’t contain a wpml language argument inside it so can you please just confirm to me that it is working effectively on your side before proceeding on doing anything else ?

In the past I’ve bought “Elementor-compatible” themes where only a few parts were editable. Could you provide temporary wp-admin access to a demo or staging site so I can check that headers, footers, product and archive templates are all editable in Elementor and that there isn’t heavy hard-coding?
