Question: I am looking for a solution where i can have coursework in a category ( Bundle them together) then provide one certifiate if someone completes the bundled coursework… Is this possible ?

However, certificates are issued individually for each course upon completion. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to generate a single certificate for the entire bundle at this time.

Is there a way to prevent screen recording of the course’s multimedia content? How do you manage content security?
I’ve reviewed the preview of the MasterStudy theme and the ProPlus plugin, and both allow recording of course content.

If you’re simply looking to change your domain and migrate to a new one, you can deactivate the theme license on your current domain by following the instructions here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/installation-and-activation/license-key-deactivation. After that, you should be able to activate it on your new domain.
However, if you intend to use the theme for a completely new project, you’ll need to purchase a new license, as each license is tied to one live project per Envato’s policy.

1.) In my Quiz Section, the ’<’ and ’>’ symbol doesn’t show when a student retakes the quiz but only shows at FIRST attempt only. Please how do i resolve this issue as my students are stranded.
2.) Also, how do i get the actual number of questions that the student answered correctly not just the percentage score. i.e 8/10, 57/60 etc.

When a student creates a new account, the certificate generated for them is displaying the student account ID rather than their full name. Could you please advise how to configure the system so the certificate shows the student’s full name instead of the ID?

Thank you for reaching out about the certificate issue. By default, our system does not display the student account ID on certificates or in any public fields — only the full name or username can be shown.
If the ID is appearing, please try disabling all third-party plugins and clearing both server and browser cache. If the username is displayed instead of the full name, make sure the students entered their first and last name during registration or updated it in their profile settings.

Hi, When setting up courses and levels, I can successfully create and assign levels like Starter, Beginner, or Intermediate to courses without any issues. However, when selecting “Pre-Intermediate” level to assign it to a course, it refuses to save and displays the message: “The Level is not a valid option.”

I’m currently using the MasterStudy theme for my eLearning platform, and I’ve noticed some serious issues with the quiz module.
Specifically, the quiz interface seems broken — the layout looks misaligned, parts of the quiz overlap, and the submission/score section doesn’t render properly (as seen in the attached screenshot). It also doesn’t display results neatly, and in some cases, students report the quiz freezing or not saving progress.
I’ve checked my setup (updated theme, latest LMS plugin, cleared cache, tried multiple browsers), but the issue persists. Could you please help me identify what might be wrong or provide a patch/update to fix this?

⚠️ Be careful before upgrading! I purchased the Regular License ($59) for MasterStudy LMS through ThemeForest, which clearly included future updates and 6 months of support.
Around July, the developers offered a 3-month free trial of the Pro version. After the trial ended, they blocked access to the plugin unless users subscribe to a $99/year plan, even for those who already purchased the regular version.
I don’t need the Pro features — I only want to use the version I originally paid for. This approach feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, forcing customers into subscriptions they never agreed to.
I’m sharing this so the community is aware and can make an informed decision before buying.

Hi team! I’m here because I need your help… I bought this theme a while back and used it as a test for a project I was working on that ultimately didn’t work out. Time passed, and since it wasn’t used, we terminated both the service with the hosting provider and the domain (which no longer belongs to us). The URL is www.mentoringespiritual.cl so you can verify that the site effectively no longer exists. I currently need to use the theme for a new project, but when I reinstall the theme, it asks me to deactivate it from the other website (which I no longer have access to and which no longer exists).
