Hi there, after downloading the files it doesnt seem to include the documentation. Instead it points to a url that doesnt exist anymore. Can you advise how best to access this?

Thanks for acknowledging the issue Brian. However as i have mentioned in my initial message, your support ticketing system is not working. Everytime i try to start a ticket it says. “An error prevented the entry for this form submission being saved. Please contact support.” So it leaves me with nowehere to go really.

I have been experiencing issues with this theme and would like to try and get them sorted, however accessing support is proving difficult. Is there an alternative to your ticket system? As that doesnt seem to work at the moment

Hi, I can’t figure out how to disable the coming soon page? I disabled it on the theme options, but it still shows when I try to load my page?

After disabling the “Coming Soon” page in the theme options, please ensure you clear both your browser cache and any server-side cache (if applicable). Cached data can often cause previously loaded pages to display instead of reflecting the latest changes.

Basic stuff like changing the logo & theme options are non-functioning, even when downgrading to Wordpress 6.5 (Actual when your last theme update was).

Unable to access certain elements (quote, descriptions and titles) for portfolio pages. Images are only appearing in full gallery of portfolio – not in the location between the header, post information and the body content.

Your support link in the comment and the email I received does not work in Safari or Chrome, and I receive the same error is given when I click on your “Support Ticket System”.

I receive the following information in Safari:

“Connection timed out Error code 522”

What happened?

The initial connection between Cloudflare’s network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

I have upload the latest version of the theme. It makes troubles with the wordpress, I have serveral notifications about the woocomerce is outadet and needs to be updated to the latest version. Hi Brian, I’m not sure I understand. I just want to know if different-sized images in the gallery can be displayed 1 at a time, in a manner that doesn’t require someone to zoom-in/out and scroll to see the whole image. The images don’t need to be displayed full-width and if an image is not full width, a black background would be shown on either side of the image.

hello, I have a question. The theme is really cool but I have problems displaying my pages. sometimes the whole page is not displayed correctly and half goes under the footer. sometimes this is fixed by reducing the size of the window, sometimes this does nothing.
