Please help I see I’m not the only one who can’t see the RealHomes CRM Dashboard. We’ve tested with a child theme and a classic theme, with the old CRM plugin active, deactivated, and deleted (with a cache clearer). Please help us all who are having this problem after the update.

The error you’re seeing occurs because your hosting server does not have the short_open_tag setting enabled. You can contact your hosting provider and request them to enable this setting to resolve the issue.
Alternatively, you can manually replace the file to fix the problem. Please download this file (class-realhomes-crm-helper.php): https://dropover.cloud/83d604 and upload it to your website’s directory at: wp-content → plugins → realhomes-crm → includes.

Good afternoon, I have been using realhomes for 3 years and want to change the old design to the new Fusion. I have 3,000 properties on the website and custom fields, 3 languages via WPML. What is the best way to do this? Install a new demo website and transfer the properties there, or install the new design on the old website and work directly on it.

I noticed that the video player isn’t respecting the aspect ratio of vertical videos.
Problem: Videos in portrait format (9:16) are being rendered inside a fixed landscape (16:9) container. This causes a ‘pillarbox’ effect (black bars on the sides) and drastically reduces the actual size of the video, harming the mobile viewing experience. (See attached screenshot).
Suggested Solution: Ideally, the player should automatically detect the video’s aspect ratio and adjust the container’s height to fill the space correctly. If auto-detection isn’t feasible, a manual option in the backend to force the aspect ratio to ‘9:16’ would solve it.

Hi Team, happy with the Theme, it is working out well so far. I am looking to sync the website to my software system I use for property management. There is a function on my software where i can imput “applicant” details with their property preferences (no. of bedrooms, no. of bathrooms, location, amenities etc.) is there a function on this theme where an aplicant can imput their own details and i can sync them to my software? the software is called Acquaint. In short, what i want to do is use my software to run market properties to registered applicants on my website

I have a problem after the user logs in (not admin). The user can log in, but when they leave the control panel login profile, my properties (small popup hover disappears, like they are not logged in)...
When I turn off caching in htppacess, this profile pop-up remains. But if I do this, I will burn the server. No caching…

The hard caching won’t work with any theme or plugin of WordPress because there are multiple features that need dynamic data availability.

Not able to update… I am stuck on 4.3.8 version and I don’t see the update button anymore… I am also not able to download the theme (ends on 99.99% and never finishes), so that I can do it manually. All other themes that I have can be downloaded from Themeforest, except this one
Why can’t I update the theme?
I have managed to download and I have followed the steps on:

If you’re using the Modern design, you can manage the homepage slider through the Edit Page screen located in Homepage Settings → Slider Area. My site is ready and running already. Also my slider. Now i want to add a picture to slider but i can not figure out from where. I will remove one picture from there and put one instead. I am using modern design. Can not find the slider edit option.
This slide option use to be in the Easy Real Estate menü. It was one below from the bottom. There was an option there “slides”

Hi, i have a question about membership and listings. What i want is for an owner to registry on the website, select and pay for a plan membership, for instance a Basic Plan for 99€ and he can list 1 property on the website.
Now the question, when a guest find that said property, book it and proceed to pay, where the money go? To the owner membership or to the website?
Obviously if someone pay for a membership and list a property, the money from bookings of that said property have to go to the owner itself and not to the website(that have already received the fees from membership plan)...it is possible?
Because the website will have properties that i manage and the guests pays me when booking, and will have properties from other owner memberships and the guests have to pay them.
I’m speaking about different bank accounts.

By default, all booking payments in RealHomes are handled through WooCommerce, so payments go to the website’s main account (the one connected to WooCommerce).
Suppose you would prefer the payments to go directly to the property owners. In that case, you can explore third-party WooCommerce Addons that support this functionality, for example, plugins that allow split or vendor payments.
Please note that when a booking is made, both the property owner and the website administrator receive the booking details by email. The owner can then contact the guest directly to arrange payment if needed.

Hi, when we upload images to a property’s gallery from the dashboard, is there a plugin that can automatically resize and compress the files so we don’t have to do it manually? For recurring subscriptions, can I use WooCommerce? Stripe does not support African debit cards, and not everyone has credit cards.

For property listing memberships, the issue is that Stripe is not accepted in some countries, so users cannot use their local debit cards to make purchases, and not everyone has a visa or Mastercard. However, WooCommerce offers more flexibility by allowing the use of PayStack or Flutterwave.

Hi, thanks for this fantastic theme, i already buyed it. I wanted to know if there’s an option to force the guests to register or login on the website before booking a property?
Becuase if a guest is not registered, it will book a property and only afterwards i will receive an email with details, but i prefer all the guest to be registered.
So, if a guest will click onto the book property/request Property, i want the login/register popup to display, if the guest isn’t already logged.

1) Currently, there isn’t a built-in option to make user registration mandatory for property bookings. However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider adding this feature in a future update if there’s sufficient demand.
2) You can, however, restrict property submissions to registered users only. To do this, please navigate to Dashboard → RealHomes → Customize Settings → Dashboard → Submit Property as shown here: https://snipit.app/lTasY9
When this option is enabled, only logged-in users will see the “Submit Property” button. If the option is set to “Show to All Users,” then clicking the button will trigger a Login/Register dialog.
Kindly ensure that the “Guest Property Submission” option is disabled if you want to enforce submissions by registered users only.

Thanks, that solved it. As for the login, i think it’s important, because if a user is registered and book, i will have all the info in the database. If a guest isn’t, then i will have only a mail, but in the database i will have nothing, i will be forced to add this guest manually.
For me it’s a problem of listing, i want to list all registered user also for marketing purpose, flyers with promotion or discount coupon, ecc…
