Size Filter is not showing in collection page, only color filter showing. Even size available in product, but sizes displaying into product detail page.

Hello, hope you’re having a nice day. I’m updating the theme from 4.5 to 6.0. We have pre-order enabled where a pre-order button shows inlace of the add to cart button on 4.5 theme. Will it need setting up from scratch again when the theme is published, or will those settings be enabled on 6.0 when we go live? When I view a pre-order product in the new theme in draft the add to cart button is showing, not the pre-order button. Many thanks

I need to activate my Avone purchase code on a new store, but it says the code is still linked to my old domain. The old store was permanently closed back in 2020.

We’re using Avone v5.4.2 and have been trying to resolve a bug for the past 10 days without success.
On the product page, the main gallery slider loads and works, but clicking the thumbnail images (small image cards below the main image) does not change the main image. Nothing happens on click.
We haven’t made any changes to theme.js or done any major updates—only minor custom fields integrations. This appears to be a theme/script issue rather than a customization issue.
Could you please advise how to fix this in v5.4.2 (or confirm if there’s a patch/update available)?

Theme update is not possible if you current version is 4.x or below. You need to install latest version theme and setup again like new fresh theme.

Hi, I’m currently using Avone-v5-4-3. Is there a way to display both “Variant Image” and “Color Swatch” simultaneously on product listings? I noticed that the “Swatch Type” setting only allows selecting one option, but I have a mix of products—some use Color Swatches, others rely on Variant Images—and I’d like both to be visible, not just one or the other.
There isn’t an option to configure separate settings for color variant options in the product list. However, you may reach out to our support team at https://support.adornthemes.com/ and they may be able to provide a solution.
Is demo content included? I need to make exact clones of your demos, for showcasing my Shopify app.

Demo contents are not included in package. You can get same design structure with placeholder details. We have used copyrights images in demo store so we can not provide it with theme files.
