The theme activation fails.

Hello, i try to update the theme, but don’t work, it give me a error “C’è stato un errore durante l’aggiornamento di DFD Ronneby: Il pacchetto non può essere installato. Il pacchetto non contiene alcun file.”

I have purchased a new version of Ronneby theme as my old version would update due to errors. I have tried to update various ways and kept getting the same error. I ended up completing deleting the old version of the theme along with associated plugins. The new version of theme has now uploaded and activated, along with WP Bakery. However the plugin Ronneby Core still won’t install correctly. I get the following error message when clicking the Install trigger when theme is activated.

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Ronneby Core is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

However, it seems that the code is said to be used by another website.

How do I stop that one?

I have tried to send a support ticket but when it says signup with purchase code and I put in the purchase code in the input, the page just reloads and the field is empty again. I’ve hit a brick wall here.

I am trying to update my Ronneby theme to 3.5.69 but for the first time, I cannot seem to be able to do it. If I launch the update on wordpress, I receive a message that the update failed: the package could not be installed. If I upload the theme to my server, it seems like the theme itself has uploaded but the core theme does not instal or update (receiving message that the folder is empty).

Coul you please help me out on this as I have to launch an important woocommerce product but there seems to be some sort of conflict in my current theme version and woocommerce that if I launch a new product, the product page crashes.
