Can you confirm? If yes, I guess we juste have to insert the complete URL in the menu, not only the anchor right?

It is not a bug, it appears that the wrong menu is added there somehow and it can be simply fixed by following the instructions here and yes you are right about the second part of your query.

Hello Avada Theme

I have multiple webpages using the Instagram Element, however the element is not updating pictures anymore. I have no clue why, no logs, no cache folder i can empty (sorry the instagram reset cache button doesnt work. just keeps spinning for ages). I can connect Instagram with my account but thats it. Pictures are same as 3 months ago.

I dont see the point buying support if you guys have issues implementing instagram properly.

Its anoying.

Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account here -> Licenses – My Avada  You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?

Bought a license in 2014, tried once, never published a website with the theme, now that I want to use it, it says my license has been used, but doesn’t say where. It’s been more than 10 years, your dashboard is quite poor and slow and if I can’t use the theme with the lifetime license I purchased, what’s the point of having the theme in the first place?

Ok, I am a web designer, and I selected .webp as the image format for my modern images and converted my library of images, mainly .jpg and .pngs under the status page. But for some reason, they were converted to .avif. So they have a file extension that says they are .avif, but the file type says they are .webp, and the original image says it was .webp? I am the only one who has access to this site, it’s under construction for a client, and I am 100% positive, without a doubt, that I converted the library to .webp. My other five client websites that I convert are correct and read as .webp. Is this a bug??

New bug! When using an image carousel with a slider layout and WEBP images, the images are displayed as low-res or blurry when viewed on the frontend.

BUG: recently Avada form errors with “Pattern attribute value [a-z0-9._%]@[a-z0-9.]+\.[a-z]{2,4}$ is not a valid regular expression: ...”.

I’ve tried a ton of things to fix it. Seems to happen when typing in ”@” in email field. How to fix?

The regex pattern seems invalid. It doesn’t have a start anchor, there are two dots and it only allows TLD of 2 – 4 characters. I would suggest running it thought a regex generator or any AI models to get a more accurate version. The local part portion only matches a single character before the @
That invalid structure is what causes the attribute error and break as soon as someone types the @ symbol

After purchasing, on how many websites I can use this theme? all are my own websites but different domain name.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hello! I have a question about using background images. I upload my own images with the default dimensions used by the template, and when I upload them, they appear blurry.

I have tried different formats, and they continue to upload blurry. Is there a setting on the site that I need to change?

I have a problem with polylang. When i want to change to my second language, the editor is not working. Only on my default language it working fine. In the live editor it’ working, but the save button doesn’t work :-(.

When i deactivated the polylang plugin i can see the pages of my second language but not the way we want :-)

Hello, I purchased your theme and installed it on my website without making any major modifications. The website works normally for a couple of days (sometimes a week), and then suddenly it turns into a completely white page without showing any error message.

The website only works again if I log into the WordPress dashboard and open the “Preview Site” box that shows three options:

View Site

Edit Site

Enable Coming Soon

Once I click View Site, the website starts working normally again and stays fine for a few days before the issue happens again.

There are no visible errors, and nothing clear appears in the logs. The site simply stops working until I click “View Site.” Please help me understand the cause of this issue and whether it is related to the theme or a specific configuration.

Why do your all your new themes not have a scroll bar on the right hand side? I am trying to update my theme to the new Avada Digital Agency but now that I did it, it lost the scroll bar. How do I make the scroll bar re-appear?

Thanks very much Ammar. It was indeed a 3rd party plugin that was adjusting the aspect ratio of my monitor, and causing the scroll bar to fall just out of the visible screen. All sorted now. Thanks again.

Hello. I am using the email verification module of Zorem Company in my WooCommerce store. I am using your WooPayment element in the checkout page and I have no problem. But when I use the Registry element to register, the email verification does not work and the registration is done without confirmation. Please update the WooLogin and WooRegistration elements in the upcoming updates to include these items. There are no settings for the login, registration, and forgotten password pages for the store.
