Hello i bougth your theme some time ago, i want to re-do my site and it has a lot of issues installing it, also with WPBAKERY plugin and the import of demo content. It should’t be something wrong is a new hosting and a new wordpress. I don’t have my support anymore because it expired but it shouldn’t be any issue with a fresh new installation. Please check if you are using the latest version of the theme and its plugins listed in change log. Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.2.
Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

1) This is a one-time purchase and you can use the theme indefinitely.
2) Once you install the theme and the plugins you will have an option to import the demo content and get the exact replica of the demo website. There are options to customize the colors, fonts, and images to your needs.
3) You can use the theme on one domain. If you want to use it on another domain, you have to deregister the previous one first.
4) Make sure that you have hosting where the recommended resources can be set.

The theme is designed to be used with WPBakery. And in order to get all the layouts that you see there, you will have to use WPBakery. We have added our own custom elements to work with WPBakery. If you decide to use other page builders you will not have those custom elements.

I used this theme 5 years ago. I come back to it lately and find that it has not improved, it has been static. Looking at the hundreds of comments I can see that they do not take into account the more than 2000 customers to offer improvements and new solutions that the topic requires. Their (Select-Themes) regular response is: “Unfortunately, there is no option…. Implementing it would require additional customization, but it is not within our scope of support.”
While the support team is very friendly and does what they can, they fall short in offering solutions.
I wish that many of the customer’s assurances or needs could be taken into account.

’m getting a message that WebBakery Page Builder is not active, and I need to purchase it separately. This is preventing me from editing the pages. Has anyone else faced this issue? Is this an error that needs to be fixed, or do I really have to buy it separately?

The plugins that you got after the purchase (like WPBakery page builder and Slider Revolution) are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
To enable WPBakery for all post types, please navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager, set “Post Types” to “Custom”, check all of the listed post types and save changes.

Possible to deregister this theme for me? I used it a couple years ago with a previous project that was abandoned and domain expired and i’d like to try it again on a different domain.

It displays this message “The items in this list are deprecated and are no longer compatible with newer versions of WPBakery Page Builder”.

I have tested the theme with the previous versions of WPBakery (using the shared versions) having reinstalled wordpress, configured the system requirements and it still doesn’t work. It is possible that there is a bug in all the pages of the theme. WbBakery does not work with any of them.
