The version of the theme and booking plugin you’re running on https://flaneurboutiquehotel.gr/ is 7 years old (3.2.2), this will not be compatible with newer PHP versions like 8.
The newest version of the theme and booking plugin are compatible with PHP 8 (version 4.2.5). I see you have 4.2.5 on your staging website, but it still has a fatal error.
Do you have all the required plugins installed? At the top of your WordPress dashboard there will be a notice prompting you to install and activate required plugins. Make sure all are installed and activated.
If you’re still having problems, try deactivating all plugins which did not come packaged with theme, to see if there is a conflict.

To fix “page not found” for accommodation pages just go to “Settings > Permalinks” and re-save.
For “Undefined variable $guestclass_ids” during import, you can ignore this, it will not cause any problems.

I use your theme for over a year already, I`m fully satisfied, however today I noticed that customers are able to choose a date for 2026 only. In the past, it used to be +1 year, e.g. 2025-2026. How to get back that option? I use the latest version and already tried to re-update, but no luck.

Glad to hear you’re happy with the theme.
The calendar selection has always been capped at max 1 year in the future. I think before you didn’t notice, for example if you checked the calendar in August 2025, it would show dates up to July 2026. Now since it’s January it only shows 2026 dates, but as the year progresses it will show 2027 dates. Hopefully that makes sense? I can’t imagine you’d want to accept guest bookings more than 1 year in the future, but if you do it’s easily to enable selection further in the future for example 2, 3 years. Please open a support ticket if you need help modifying the code to do this.

Hi Stuff, I’d like some information. The booking plugin allows you to create multiple rates with possible rate variations. I want to set two rates: - Non-refundable (more advantageous with a discount) available up to a certain period; - Flex (more expensive with cancellation allowed 15/30/60 days before check-in). In the 15/30/60 days before check-in, I want the non-refundable rate to no longer be visible or available for purchase. Is this possible?

Sorry, maybe I wasn’t clear. I can only configure one rate with its variation. I need to do this: – Rate 1 always visible and available for each accommodation, without rate variations and more expensive. - Rate 2 with a rate variation available for a certain period of time (e.g., for those booking 15 days in advance of check-in) and cheaper. The problem is with rate 2. When the period “Early” the variation expires, its base price is displayed. If it’s equal to rate 1, it makes no sense; if it’s lower, everyone will choose it. I want rate 2, which remains visible because it’s associated with the accommodation (discounted or not), to be blocked from purchase so that visitors to the site understand that it’s too late to get the best price. I hope I’ve been clearer. Regarding support, which in my case has expired, if my request is applicable, I’ll consider renewing it.
There isn’t an option to hide specific rates based on rules.
My suggestion would be just create one rate with multiple variations.
So if they select to book further in advance it shows the cheaper price.
If they select to book last minute it shows the more expensive price.
So it is “hiding” the price which is not available to them.
Then for the booking / refund rules just write them in the terms and conditions such as “If you book less than 15 days in advance you cannot cancel, etc.”

Your license key is only accessible in your downloads page on Themeforest so really is no way to “steal” it. But if you’ve shared this with someone else they have it forever, there is no way to change it, or deactivate it.

but when I select in my form saturday—> sunday I still have the pricing week only and I can select it.
