As you can see, this issue only occurs in Traveler versions earlier than 3.2.6. The issue has already been patched in Traveler version 3.2.6.

The default Modal Checkout allows only 1 item per checkout.

You guys added the “Register Now” button on the “Become Local Expert” page yourself, but it isn’t linked to anything — so what’s the point of having it there? We should be able to link it to the “Sign Up” pop-up.

Thx for your help but I want to show in home page all countries icons. When I open just as example Italy- inside this country I will find all my tours for this country. Inside if I want I can divide by city. I want to show my tours. That’s all What the reason to show the city if a lot of clients don’t know where this city. The rental doesn’t show us available when the “Number of rental available for booking” is set to 1. I have to increase it to show as available. Is there a way to disable this or any way to add more numbers for all my rentals in bulk?

To ensure availability, rental listings will only appear on the site when there is more than 1 unit available to book for the current date.
Also, please remember that when updating rental details, you will need to edit each item individually as the bulk edit feature is not exist.

Hello, could you add an option that allows users to book their trip by paying in installments? For example, if a trip costs $100, the customer could choose to pay it in 5 installments. Once all installments are paid, they would then be able to take the trip and receive their valid ticket.

I know you guys are coders, not marketing people, but I wanted to share a few suggestions that might help you (and your customers) in the future. I have made a lot of customizations to help my site be more marketable and helping others with your theme customizations.
Picture this: It’s late at night, and Joe is looking to book a tour while his wife is shopping online. Joe lands on a site where a “Book Now” button pops up instantly — he clicks and books in seconds. His wife finds something for the kitchen, hits “Buy Now,” and it’s done.
I actually learned this from a top CEO in the tour industry: 99% of online shoppers are impulse buyers. If you don’t capture that instant decision, you risk losing a lot of sales.
When I checked my analytics, I saw lots of traffic but few bookings. After reviewing your theme on my site (reimaginetours.com), I noticed the Book Now button led to the tour page instead of a booking page or popup. Once I customized it to open a direct booking popup, my sales skyrocketed.
Also, your tour listings don’t currently have a Book Now button — visitors have to click into the tour first. Major OTAs (like Viator and GetYourGuide) always display clear call-to-action buttons such as Book Now, Check Availability, or Reserve Now on both the listing and booking pages.
I’m sure you’ll mention your customization services, but I just wanted to share this insight to genuinely help your business grow. Sometimes small UX tweaks make a huge difference in conversions.
I have also , even fixed your partner problems, and created my own partner who can sell my tours activities etc and get a commission, they log in book which tours i give them for their customers and more bookings

I have already purchased the Traveler Theme in the past, and now I want to buy it again for a new website project. The new website will be a booking platform (Hotels, Activities, Tours…) and will also include a small boutique/shop for selling products.
I have a few questions about the payment system:
1- When a customer makes a booking, does the partner (hotel, tour provider, etc.) receive the payment directly from the customer, or does the payment go to me (the website admin) first, and then I transfer the money to the partner manually (for example, by bank transfer)?
2- My platform will only target partners in my country . We have a local payment gateway called Payzone, and I would like to integrate it into the website. I know that Payzone can be connected to WooCommerce for the boutique section, but what about the booking section (Hotels, Activities, Tours)? How can I integrate the same gateway there?
3- Does the Traveler Theme fully support the WCFM Marketplace Plugin (vendors dashboard, commissions, etc.)?

1. Regarding bookings, all reservation payments are made directly to the admin’s account (via the Traveler’s system). After deducting the commission, the admin transfer manually the remaining amount to the partner’s account, such as bank transfer (not via the Traveler’s system)
2. Traveler currently does not support the PayZone payment gateway. However, you may consider using the WooCommerce checkout as an alternative. While the WooCommerce checkout offers fewer features compared to Traveler’s default modal checkout, it allows integration with any payment gateway supported by the WooCommerce system: https://travelerwp.com/different-between-modal-checkout-and-woocommerce-checkout/

Hello, I have a pre-sale question: I’ve been asked to create an apartment booking website using your template, specifically the demo modrent.travelerwp.com. Initially, they only want an apartment catalog, meaning they want to keep the homepage search bar, the layout of the apartment details page, and the availability calendar. However, they want to remove all payment and user registration elements. They simply want to add a contact form at the bottom of each apartment details page, after which the admin will contact the client and process the booking. 2- Can I rename the main categories like Tours and Activities to be for example (Trips), and duplicate them for example, to create (Courses), and also remove sections like Hotels and Rentals completely?

I was purchased this item 5 years ago and I could not use properly because your item has a lot of issues. And I realized that currenty the domain redirecting to something (it has vulnerability). And I tried to update the theme via cpanel but when I upload the zip file which I downloaded now but cpanel says “Sanesecurity.Foxhole.Zip_fn98.UNOFFICIAL FOUND” and I can not upload it. I can not create ticket because suport expired but it’s very stupid to pay all time for something problematic theme. HELP URGENTLY

This is normal if accessed with a good internet connection, such as Wi-Fi. When accessed via a cellular network from a mobile device, opening the calendar takes up to 40 seconds, and even then, it still loads.
