Hi I had purchase the website DotLife twice. Unfortunately I moved the website from one hosting to the other, and the fonts are not loading. I do not want to renew the support only for this small thing. How can you help?

Hello. I changed my domain name. How do I update that so it matches my license.

I have two support tickets in and have no response to either one for more than 48 hours and the other for 24 hours. If I don’t get a response in the next few hours I will be demanding a refund!

Horrible theme. More bugs than with any theme I’ve ever had.

Currently building a brand new site from scratch because this one keept breaking my site and giving me headaches.

WPForms have tons of bugs for this theme specifically. Elementor needs to run on old version because this theme is not compatible with the newer versions, tons of other bugs.

Nice Theme, both of my licence Support is out, but running in 2 big issues with Life Coach 2: 1) Header & footer is missing on general pages like blogposts.. 2) If we are moving to child the nice transparent header and a lot of styles are moving into default mode or how it looks..

Would love to stay in normal theme but with working heading & footer. Because otherwise the theme is useless.

Hi, I purchased the DOT LIfe theme some years back. I attempted to install it for my customer at the time, but was unsuccessful in doing so for several reasons. The customer was not engaged and nor was he actually ready to move forward. But now I have all of the necessary content. He’s ready to move forward. Since then he has done some restructuring and changed his domain name. It used to be Grantwinstead.com But now it’s Coachgrantwinstead.com. The site is in desperate need.

I read somewhere it's only one theme per domain. However in being that we never actually used the theme on GrantWinstead.com , Is it possbilbe to use it on CoachGrantwinstead.com instead.  Or will i have to purchase another license?  I'm hoping that you will allow me to do so without paying for another license, in being that I never actually used it.
