I am facing a strange issue in my theme, it seems like your WP Bakery Plugin is some other kind as we dont have option for setting of middle position of content in a row. Can you please guide on this? I have 2 columns (50%-50%) in a row, at one side I have a image and at another side, I have text. Want to vertical center the text block, please suggest for this.

We just got hacked via the Pitch theme due to the core vulnerabilities present. No it’s not the plug ins. >>>” Improper Control of Filename for Include/Require Statement in PHP Program (‘PHP Remote File Inclusion’)”<<<<< The hack is unfixable with code or files removal. Need to rebuild the entire site from scratch.
It is utterly irresponsible and unethical of the devs not have bothered taking time to update the theme for the last 2 and half years! – while still actively selling this product to this day.

Can you help. Just bought Pitch. It says “All portfolio types, column layouts, and hovers can be combined” – but how do you do this? I cannot see how to create a Portfolio with the number of columns I want and the Hover style.

Does anyone on this thread know why the logged in styling for my blog list doesn’t display the same when logged out. My blog list is set to Masonry and when I’m logged in as an administrator displays properly. But when I log out it removes the masonry styling and reverts to standard. Is this a known issue? Anyone else having this issue?

This could be due to the cache plugins (if you are using them). When cache plugin is activated, cashed .css and .js files display instead of updated ones, and it looks like the changes you’ve made aren’t applying.

One more thing which could cause blog page to have “Standard” layout is if you set it as the default blog page in Settings > Reading. Page set as “Posts page” like shown in screenshot will always use “Standard” blog layout.

Does anyone on this thread know how/why List styles have no intents and how to adjust that? It’s not in the documentation. They’re all left justified and second lines are also left justified. Anyone have thoughts or ideas?

weird. This text box just accepted the code I inserted into it. I was trying to say that you cannot nest an unordered list in an ordered list using shortcodes. You can indent two ordered lists but the second level still has numbers and not bullets. When you try to hand code it you can but the bullets don’t indent properly if at all. Any thought from the community on how to do this? I’d like to use the stying that came with Pitch for these lists.

My support has run out but I have a question for the community. Does anyone know if wpbakery can work the same way for posts as it does for pages? My copy of wpbakery is totally different from pages vs. posts and not all the shortcodes are included in the drop down in the wysiwyg editor. Any help would be appreciated. I may need to renew my support but was hoping someone might know how to fix this off hand.

The WPBakery can be enabled for posts as well. To do so, navigate to WP Bakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post Types, select Custom from the dropdown and mark all the checkboxes available there. You can read more about that in this article.

Hey thanks. I’ve done this already and for some reason WP Bakery Page builder just doesn’t work the same for blog posts as it does for pages. It is wildly inconsistent. At the same time when I make a change to the page and click update to save a page or post it switches back to the Gutenberg editor. The template is beautiful but doesn’t work properly for some reason. I am wasting so much time switching back and forth between the wp page builder and Gutenberg editor just to create a blog post. Is the WP Bakery Page builder not meant for blog posts? If not, then I can’t get shortcodes to work.
Sorry one last thing. I don’t mind using the Gutenberg editor but when I do shortcakes are not available
Please disregard my previous posts. I figured out what was wrong. Having said that it WP Bakery will not update. Do I need to purchase support with a-bakery to update it?

Hello – we use Pitch for our company website. After problems with our previous host and loss of our site we switched to a new host and are reinstalling our site again.
However, because the old site was inaccessible I was unable to deauthorize our licence/purchase code and now I cannot install our licence # on the new site.
Is there a way we can have our code reset or do we have to purchase another licence? Or do we have to renew support just to have this answered or get a licence deauthorized? Please advise as need to get this up and running and my email to your support remains unanswered – thanks!

If I purchase a new license or renew the support for my current one, would you rebuild this theme using Elementor, updated for the latest PHP and WordPress versions? I’m trying to rebuild my website from scratch, but WPBakery is not working properly and there are many errors during the import process. I had to import the theme five times, which resulted in multiple copies of certain files.

We usually recommend installing the theme and importing the demo on a clean WordPress installation. Have you perhaps tried importing both WPBakery and Elementor demo on the same installation?

We couldn’t reproduce this on our installation.
The current versions of the theme and Select Core plugin are compatible with the latest version of WordPress. This could be due to the PHP version. We recommend using the theme with PHP 8.0 since it hasn’t been tested yet with other PHP versions.

How do I change the mobile hamburger menu colour? I want to change it to white so it is visible on mobile. It is currently displayed as black. I cannot seem to find this in your documentation. I got this message today, Can you email me the latest version so i can fix this.

As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated. We do update all the template files when we release new versions of the theme.
For now, you can:
- Ignore the outdated message – note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. In case you already updated the WooCommerce plugin, go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning.
- If there is some kind of a glitch, you will need to downgrade WooCommerce to a version that is compatible with our theme. You can check the exact WooCommerce version on the theme page.
Also we noticed that you have outdated versions of the theme and plugins. Try to update them to the latest version as shown in our change log

When will there be an barrier-free version? This is/will be mandatory in Europe. E.g. you have to be able to navigate through websites with your keyboard only etc.
