Hello, I tested the demo page and downloaded the free version. This section (the features) is not loading for me in add car page: Select Your Listing Features
Also, there is a link in the documentation: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-car-dealer-classifieds-and-listing/single-listing/listing-page-details/features-list#features-added However, this is not found in the backend of the demo version https://motors-plugin.stylemixthemes.com/add-car/ , nor in the installed free version.Thank you for your help.
Hello there!
Please accept my sincere apologies for the confusion caused by the outdated documentation. I would like to clarify that we have moved these specific settings to the Listing Manager section, which is why you could not find them in the previous location. You can find the correct instructions on how to manage features in our updated guide here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-car-dealer-classifieds-and-listing/listing-management/listing-manager/features .
Additionally, I have already contacted our managers and requested them to update the old articles immediately to avoid any further confusion for our users.
Best regards,
Thank you for your kind help, this solved everything. Could there be a suggestion to display it on this page: edit-tags.php?taxonomy=stm_additional_features&post_type=listings&orderby=description&order=asc
One more question: when adding or editing a listing, the Add Description section – stm-form-5-notes clearfix – also updates the Seller’s notes block – <textarea name=”stm_seller_notes” id=”stm_seller_notes”></textarea> – which I don’t think is very logical, is this intentional? Because it’s okay that it appears in the post content, but in my understanding Sellers’ notes are static content.
Thanks.
The last paragraph is irrelevant, my custom code caused an error – sorry about that!
I am glad to hear that the previous solution helped you.
Regarding your suggestion about the edit-tags.php page for additional features, I must admit that I did not fully understand exactly what specific element or information you would like to display there. Could you please describe your request in more detail and, if possible, provide screenshots illustrating your idea so I can pass it on to the team correctly?
As for your second question regarding the description and Seller’s notes, we are happy to hear that you managed to identify the cause in your custom code and resolve the issue yourself.
Best regards,
I bought this “Car Dealer, Rental & Listing WordPress theme”theme two weeks ago, but the ‘STM Motors Extends’ plugin has been causing issues since the day I installed it.
When the plugin is active, the website’s CSS layout gets distorted. When I deactivate it, the layout looks fine, but the header, footer, and theme settings stop working. Why is this happening?
Hello there!
I am sorry to hear about the layout issues you are facing. To be honest, it is difficult to determine the exact cause of the error without personally checking the website configurations. As a first step, please ensure that you are using the absolute latest versions of both the Motors theme and all its bundled plugins. Next, I recommend temporarily disabling any third-party plugins and removing any customizations you might have added to see if that resolves the conflict. If these steps do not help, please contact our support team by clicking the ‘Support’ button below. In your request, make sure to include a detailed description of the problem, screenshots, and your WordPress admin access credentials so our team can investigate your case thoroughly.
Best regards,
Hello Stylemix, My Motors theme was previously activated on xcardbidz.com. I migrated the website to a new domain: kingscarchina.com.
Now I’m getting this error: “The current license is not allowed to be used in this website.”
My support has expired and I only need a license reset. Please let me know how I can securely share my purchase code.
Thanks.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
You can deactivate the license from the previous domain yourself by following the instructions provided in our documentation here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/installation-and-activation/license-key-deactivation .
Please pay close attention to the fact that according to Envato’s licensing policy, a single license can be used for only one final end product or live domain at a time. Since your license is currently already connected to an active website. If you intend to run both websites simultaneously, you will need to purchase a separate license for the second site.
Best regards,
My support license ended 2 weeks ago but can you tell how to translate on mobile view, when I open filter area button is “SHOW XXX CARS”... I translated SHOW to VISUALIZZA but I don’t know where to find CARS translations for this word. I mean button at the end of filters options

Thank you for reaching us out!
You can translate it via yuor page builder, for example, if you are using Elementor, the setting is available here https://prnt.sc/ZFuNOsG950Hp
Please let me know if you have additional questions!
Best regards,
hello, it is possible to combine on the same template: car sell listings, dealers and rental listings?
And if the answer is yes, do you have some demo or live project where i can see it? Regards
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
I should inform you that unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple demo layouts on a single website installation. This is because these specific layouts operate on completely different underlying systems and logic designed for distinct business models. However, as a viable workaround, you can achieve this by creating sub-sites for each specific business type and then setting up cross-linking between them in your navigation menu to create a unified experience for your visitors.
Please let me know if you have additional questions!
Best regards!
HI,
Quick question : did you test theme MOTORS with Wordpress 6.9 ? Thank you.
In your answer to @SonharPT, you say :”Regarding built-in listing templates: they have always been available only in Motors Pro and have never been included in the regular Motors theme”
Of course they were included ! Years ago, when we bought THEME Motors, there was a build-in single listing template for WPBakery users that we could adjust and change. But at least, there was a template loading.
Now, with “New” Listing Manager, there is NOTHING loading (for WPBakery) We still have to use “Old” Listing Manager to load our own template that we created. Only using “New” LM, nothing is shown on front (no photos, no details, no price) only the description in Summary.
So you focus so much on Elementor and selling your Pro-Plugin, that all your Bakery templates are completely forgotten and left behind ! (I’m talking of templates that you did not change to Elementor)
Thanks for your understanding !
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Yes, we can confirm that the Motors theme is fully compatible with WordPress 6.9.
Regarding the templates, I believe there might be a slight confusion with the terminology; the specific feature technically called ‘Built-in Templates’ was developed quite recently, so what you are referring to from the past is likely the Default Template that came with the specific demo. Additionally, please note that each demo built on WPBakery has its own separate single listing layout, and unlike Elementor demos, WPBakery demos actually have the advantage of allowing you to create a separate template for each individual listing. However, you are correct that currently, the Global WPBakery template is not working as expected. Our team will definitely fix this, but since our developers are currently very heavily loaded, it may take some time. While the team is working on the fix, you can use a temporary workaround by manually copying the template into the Description field in the new Listing Manager.
Sorry for inconvinience and thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Hi,
I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with this issue and I’m hoping you can help.
I have carried out multiple fresh installs of WordPress and the Motors theme, clearing cache before, during, and after each install as advised. However, no matter what I do, the “Select Your Listing Features” options keep disappearing from the Add Listing form.
I have deleted all Additional Features in the backend, yet after a fresh install they still appear on the frontend. As soon as I edit, add, or remove any feature, they immediately vanish from the frontend altogether, leaving only the section title visible.
I have contacted support twice over the past few days regarding this issue but have not received any response so far.
All I am trying to achieve is a fully working website, but at the moment this does not seem possible using the theme out of the box. I would really appreciate clear guidance or a fix for this issue.
Thank you in advance for your help. Kind regards, Ashley
Hello there!
Please accept my sincere apologies for the frustration you are experiencing and for the delay in hearing back from our support team. We have investigated your website just now, but unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the issue you described. On my end, the features list is displaying correctly, as you can see in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/7hjQQmiV_0g6 .
Since the section appears to be working fine for us, we need more specific details to understand what triggers the disappearance. Could you please provide a video demonstration showing the exact steps you take that lead to the problem? Once we can reproduce the issue, we will be more than happy to resolve it for you immediately.
Best regards,
Thank you very much for the video, it was extremely helpful as it finally allowed us to investigate the case properly, although we found that it was reproducing specifically on your site environment only. After further checking, we discovered that the issue was triggered by the ‘Optimized Gutenberg Loading’ option located in Elementor – Settings – Performance. We have disabled this setting for you, so could you please check the website now to verify if everything is displaying and working correctly on your end?
Best regards,
Hello dear Support_StylemixThemes team i have send email please fix this problem Thanks Regards

Plus all the optoins for “Select Your Listing Features” have disappered I just have the title and no options to add yet they are all in the backend
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Please note that Plans will appear by default as long as the Subscriptio plugin is activated on your website, and I can currently see that there are active plans on your site.
As for the ‘Select Your Listing Features’ section, I checked your page and the options are displaying correctly on my end, as you can see in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/cY6T9U4nJk4m. This indicates a likely caching issue, so please try clearing your browser and server cache and check again.
Additionally, we kindly ask that you please refrain from duplicating your questions across multiple tickets or channels, as this slows down our support process and makes it more difficult for us to track and resolve your issue efficiently.

Reported Issues / Bugs Found 1. “Show More” Button Not Loading Vehicles on User Dashboard
The “Show More” button on the user dashboard inventory page does not load additional vehicles for the user. This issue appears to be theme or theme-plugin related, as further testing shows that the same button works correctly in the User/Dealer Garage section of the dashboard.
User Dashboard (Not Working): https://pasteboard.co/dYiXZV7XRXUi.png User/Dealer Garage (Working Correctly): https://pasteboard.co/RITirR0tIHyJ.pngKindly investigate why the button behaves differently between these two dashboard sections.
2. “Select Plan” Option Disappears When Listing Slots Are Low or Exhausted
When a user has one slot, two slots, or no listing slots remaining, the “Select Plan” option disappears from the Add Listing dashboard.
Additionally:
If a user has no listing slots left, they cannot edit existing listings, because the Select Plan section is missing, making it very difficult to update or manage listings.

3. Featured Listing Does Not Activate After Successful Payment
A test was carried out where a user purchased a Featured Listing. Although the WooCommerce payment was completed instantly, the listing was not marked as featured.
WooCommerce payment completed successfully: https://pasteboard.co/fkFcMm0yRpRK.png Featured listing status remains incomplete: https://pasteboard.co/CPfMqiPnQ5iw.pngAs a workaround, the listing had to be manually edited from the Admin panel and marked as featured:

The featured status only works when manually applied by an admin.
Please fix this so that featured listings are automatically activated once payment is successfully completed.
Conclusion
Kindly review and resolve the above issues, as they directly impact:
User dashboard functionality
Listing management and editing
Paid featured listing services
These issues significantly affect user experience and monetization. Thank you for your assistance.
Hello there!
Thank you for the detailed report. We have carefully checked all the cases you mentioned.
Regarding the first issue with the ‘Show More’ button, we were able to reproduce it, and I have already forwarded this case to our dev for further investigation and a fix. However, regarding the issues with the disappearing ‘Select Plan’ field and the automatic activation of the Featured status, we were unable to reproduce them on our test environments; everything worked as expected on our side. I recommend that you try re-saving your Motors settings and permalinks first. Additionally, if you have any third-party plugins installed (especially caching plugins) or any custom code added to the site, please temporarily disable them to check if a conflict is causing these specific behaviors.
Please let me know how it goes!
Best regards,
How do i resave the motor themes settings and i know how to save permalinks (settings-permalinks-postname / postname /) how do i save motor settings for all
You can save it in the Motors Settings section https://prnt.sc/89uuweWflRRq

Hi,
1 have 2 licences, but both says “This purchase code has already been used.” and I don´t see “Used domains section”. From where can check these domains? Thank you!
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
I have checked your license details and I can see that one of your licenses currently has two domains attached to it. Please note that according to Envato’s licensing policy, a single Regular License can be used for only one final end product. Regarding the second license, please ensure that you are attempting to activate it while logged into the correct account. If the problem persists, please send us the second license key via the contact form on our profile page at https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes so we can investigate your case securely.
Best regards,
On one page of my website, I’m using the STM Classic Filter plugin from WP Bakery. In the settings, I entered the values Posts per page on grid view = 24 and Posts per page on list view = 24. After saving changes and refreshing the page, 9 posts are always displayed, whether in grid or list view.
Hi, i noticed none of the links you posted on this page works .. I.e Live preview, Theme changelog etc
Hello there!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have checked the links on our side, including the Live Preview and Changelog sections, and everything appears to be working correctly with no availability issues. It is quite possible that your internet service provider might be blocking access to these resources for some reason. I recommend trying to access the links using a VPN or a different network to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, could you please send me a specific example of a link that is not opening for you so I can investigate further?
Best regards,
Import progress stops at 70% and never ends
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us out!
Please first verify that your website’s system configurations fully match our recommendations found here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/general/system-recommendations . Additionally, if you have any third-party plugins installed, I strongly advise disabling them temporarily during the demo import process. This is particularly important for any cache or security plugins you might have active, and please also double-check that no server-side caching or security firewalls are interfering with the connection.
Please let me know if the issue persists after taking these steps so we can assist you further.
Best regards,
Hi, I want to be able to get registration number of the car/bike in the listing page but cant see how to add a custom field for this, any help would be great Many Thanks
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
You can certainly add a custom field to display the registration number on your listing pages for Classified and Dealership demos. To do this, follow the steps outlined in our documentation: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/search-filter/inventory-listing-categories
Please, let me know if you have additional questions.
Best regards,
Yeah I understand this step but it will not allow me to add numbers and letters on the same output, its either numbers or letters
Yes, there is currently no default setting allowing users to input both numbers and letters simultaneously in the same field, except for the dropdown option which does not fit your specific use case. As an alternative, you might consider using the VIN Decoder within the Additional Info section of the Listing Manager, as it is designed to hold and display comprehensive information about a listing.
If this workaround does not meet your needs, I highly recommend submitting your request to our official feature board at https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/motors-car-dealer-rental-classifieds . Our product managers regularly review these submissions and prioritize new developments based on their popularity among our users.
Best regards,
I noticed there’s an “Unlock Pro” button under the list of Motors Plugin Settings. When I clicked it, I was redirected to this page: https://stylemixthemes.com/car-dealer-plugin/pricing?utm_source=wp-admin&utm_medium=push&utm_campaign=motors&utm_content=gopro My question is: for users who purchased the plugin from CodeCanyon, do we still need to buy the Pro version from your website? It seems like we already have access to most of the listed features, except for “Autocomplete by Make, Model, and Year.”
Could you please provide more insight and a detailed explanation of the difference between the CodeCanyon version and the Pro version?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out! I would be happy to clarify this for you.
The Motors Pro plugin is actually a standalone product that is sold separately from the Motors Theme. Please note that this specific plugin is not available on CodeCanyon; it is sold exclusively on our official website at https://stylemixthemes.com/car-dealer-plugin/ and on the DealFuel platform.
The Motors Pro plugin package includes exclusive premium addons such as Social Login, VIN Decoder, the Car Info Autocomplete feature you noticed and more. Additionally, the package provides access to Motors Skins and updated designs for certain Motors elements. I also want to highlight that all upcoming new features will be available exclusively for Motors Pro plugin users.
You can view and test all these features directly on our website to see how they work.
Essentially, if you find that the standard functionality included with the Motors Theme is not enough for your specific needs, you have the option to purchase the Motors Pro plugin separately to unlock these advanced capabilities.
Please, let me know if you have additional questions.
Best regards,
Hello, before buying, can I find out if a lessor can publish their ads themselves from the front end and access a dashboard to validate their ads and view their history?
Thanks
Hello there!
Thank you for choosing the Motors theme!
Yes, absolutely. You can test all these functionalities yourself on our website. We provide both Live (Frontend) and Backend demos where you can explore the user dashboard and the ad submission process: https://stylemixthemes.com/motors/Let me know if you have additional questions!
Best regards,
Thank you for your response.
1) So I can add custom fields?
2) Is there a check-in/check-out system with photo proof that the rental is finalized?
3) How are invoices managed?
4) Can I use Stripe and its marketplace feature so that invoices are sent directly from the dealer to the user without going through the platform?
Thank you
To give you the most accurate answer, I need to clarify which specific business sphere you are referring to. If you are asking about the Car Rental layout, vehicles are added as WooCommerce products, where you can add attributes such as color or transmission. Regarding the payment process, checkout, invoices, and payment gateways like Stripe are entirely handled through the WooCommerce plugin, not directly by the theme. If I have misunderstood your request or if you are planning to use a different layout, please provide more details.
Best regards,
Actually, I’d like to create a bike rental marketplace connecting professionals and individuals, where the professional invoices the individual directly and integrates their terms and conditions. The professional makes bikes available, and the individual reserves them directly through a booking module. I’d like payments to be managed by Stripe and for invoices to be available in the dashboard for both the individual and the professional. I’d also like rental contracts to be sent automatically and, at the end of the rental, a validation system to confirm that the rental went smoothly.
That sounds like a really great idea!
However, I must clarify that our default Rental functionality does not support a multi-vendor model where multiple users (professionals) can publish vehicles themselves. Since the system is based on WooCommerce, only users with access to the Admin panel can publish vehicles on the site.
As a workaround, you could create a form using Contact Form 7 for professionals who want to offer their bikes for rent. Once you receive a request, you can manually add the bicycle to the site. Please note, however, that in this scenario, payout for the professionals would need to be handled manually.
Essentially, in the Rental demo layouts, vehicles are added as WooCommerce products. WooCommerce has excellent integration with Stripe, so you will not face any issues with the payment gateway.
Regarding invoices. The Motors theme does not control payments; this is handled entirely by WooCommerce. For invoice generation and management, WooCommerce has separate plugins that you can try installing to achieve this.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in feature for automatic rental contracts in our theme either, but you can also look for a third-party plugin to fulfill this specific purpose.
Please let me know if you have more questions!
Best regards,
Hi, are app versions available? If not, are there any plans to develop them?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Yes, the mobile app is available here: https://codecanyon.net/item/motors-car-dealership-classified-listings-mobile-app-for-android-ios/24219339However, please note that, unfortunately, we currently do not have plans for its further development.
Best regards,
How could your theme be set up in the location with four level-four dropdown menus (Country > State/Province > City/County > Neighborhood) or three level-three dropdown menus?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
If I understand correctly, are you referring to the dropdowns in the search filter? If so, unfortunately, this specific hierarchy cannot be achieved with the default theme settings. It would require customization of the filter to work that way.
However, if you are referring to the main navigation menu, you can easily set up multi-level items in the WordPress dashboard under Appearance > Menus.
Best regards,
Take a look at a rising star author’s four-level dropdown menu: https://amuli.axiomthemes.com/home-5/. It also features a multi-functional search menu with collapsible links to more dropdowns, range selection, and checkboxes. His main search area has five options: the leftmost is a text box for entering the specific location, and the rightmost is the main feature—four four-level dropdown menus (Country > State/Province > City/County > Neighborhood). Users must first select the country dropdown before the State/Province dropdown can be selected, then the City/County option appears, and finally, Neighborhood. Below the main search area is a collapsible section, which includes: status, type, labels, date-price-title, and order by. The range selection area includes Bedrooms, Rooms, Area size, and Price. Finally, the checkboxes at the bottom allow selection of many additional items. When can you upgrade your Multi-listing template to have such a multi-functional search menu?
Thank you for the detailed description and the example.
In our Motors theme, you can achieve similar functionality using a slightly different approach. You can create custom fields and add relationships (parent-child dependencies) between them to create multi-level dropdowns.
You can find more details on how to set this up in our documentation here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/search-filter/inventory-listing-categories You can also test this functionality yourself in our Backend Demo here: https://stylemixthemes.com/motors/free-trial-demos/ Additionally, I noticed the example you shared is for real estate. We actually have a dedicated theme specifically for Real Estate called HomePress, which might be of interest to you: https://themeforest.net/item/homepress-real-estate-wordpress-theme/23980909?s_rank=3Best regards,
Hello Motor Themes
Regarding the Pay-Per-Listing option, I raised this issue a long time ago. The problem is that when a user has already used up all available free listing slots and chooses the pay-per-listing option, if the payment fails or the user abandons the transaction, the listing is still submitted to the admin dashboard as Pending.
To prevent accidental approval of listings that require payment, such listings should either:
Be clearly marked as Pay-Per-Listing, or
Not be submitted for approval at all unless payment is successfully completed.
Because the theme does not currently identify or flag these paid listings, a user who has no available slots can continue creating listings and simply abandon the payment. This results in loss of revenue and effectively allows the user to commit fraud without the admin realizing it—since the admin may unknowingly approve listings that should have been paid for.
I’ve identified two issues with the Dealer List element on the website that need attention:
1. Duplicate Dealer Entries After Clicking “Load More”
The first 12 dealers display correctly on initial load.
However, after clicking the “Load More” button, some of the same dealers from the initial set reappear in the extended list, resulting in duplicate entries. ➡️ Please review the pagination or query logic to ensure each dealer appears only once in the list.
2. STM Dealer Role Not Appearing in Dealer List
When users are switched from Subscriber to STM Dealer, some appear on the dealer list while others do not.
Even after updating their profile information (logo, description, and other details), certain users still don’t show up in the public dealer list. ➡️ It seems the role change isn’t fully registering those users as dealers within the listing query.
Kindly investigate both issues and advise on the necessary fixes.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Regarding the Pay-Per-Listing logic, I completely understand why it might look like a loophole to you, but we actually designed it this way intentionally. From a business perspective, blocking the submission before payment is counterproductive because if a payment fails due to a bank error or internet issue, deleting that data would result in a lost customer. By keeping it as “Pending,” it acts like an “abandoned cart” where you still have the lead and can contact them to save the sale. Plus, technically, the system often needs to generate the Post ID first to attach the transaction properly. So this status is really there to protect your potential revenue and give you control, rather than letting the system blindly reject data.
As for the duplicate dealers issue, we have asked the team to prioritize this task and speed up the review process, though I still can’t give you an exact ETA on when it will be finalized just yet.
Regarding the issue where the dealer isn’t appearing in the list, I wasn’t able to reproduce this on my end as it seems to be working correctly here. Could you please make sure that your theme and plugins are fully updated and try temporarily disabling any 3rd-party plugins or customizations? After that, please try creating a new test user, change their role to Dealer, and see if they appear in the list. For those users who were already changed to Dealer but aren’t showing up, try simply re-saving their user profiles to refresh the data.
Please let me know if this helps!
Best regards,
