Awesome Theme and Support!

Wanted to share: 1) When we clone a post/page first time and again immediately clone that very page, the screen goes blank and a ‘0’ appears on the upper left corner of the screen. Eg. If a page “About us” is cloned for the first time, no error but if immediately the same page “About us” is cloned, the error appears. Upon clicking the back button in the browser does reveal the second clone.

2) The content of a container that is marked as “Draft” is still being indexed and displayed as a part of the meta text. Especially when sharing the URL in WhatsApp message. This has been observed with the top most container being marked as draft just below the slider. Is this normal or needs a fix?

Feature needed: In the Image Carousel widget, please provide interval for scroll where 0 would enable a smooth, non-stop scroll and secondly provide up and down direction for scroll as well.

This should also not be the case, you should not be seeing any container being a part of source here for example => view-source:https://ammartestsite.com/test-page/

Hi Theme Fusion support, We didn’t have any forms in the title bar section, so it shouldn’t be the form’s JS error that triggered it.

in fact the header where we did use form is showing correct.

I don’t want to get Avada Support at this stage because I don’t think it’s an individual case. It was working fine, and now it wasn’t, and we didn’t touch anything, so I’m guessing there might be a bug?

so just want to raise attention to Avada team so they can fix this issue not just for me but for everyone else who might experiencing the same?

Hello. With the newest update from today, 7.14.1, when the pagebuilder plugin is updated to 3.14.1, it makes all subpage headings revert to “Your Content Goes Here.” I submitted a ticket but wanted to bring this to attention here too in case it was see faster.

You do not need active support in order to manage your domain registrations. Log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/

Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code > https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

After testing many themes and most of them recently, I will say with confidence that Avada is the only theme that truly cares About Website Speed. With most themes, you’re forced to install multiple speed and optimization plugins just to undo the damage caused by the theme itself. The brilliance of Avada, it has performance built into the theme from the ground up. I am so impressed, I have spent the last 4 weeks struggling with other themes.

Avada even has critical CSS, you can’t beat that. The developers of this theme actually understand performance. Thank you team…

When adding a Google Calendar to my website and using Avada Iframe Lazy Loading, the calendar doesn’t render. However, if I use WordPress or disable lazy loading, it does render. Is this a bug?

The Avada template is great and I’ve been using it for almost a decade, but it always comes with conflicts that turns into frustration big time. This last version got stuck with the “Add Notification” button for the Forms with an issue that just can’t be solved. I tried to install it in different websites from different servers, same. To pay support for an issue that comes with the latest version template? So unfair. Feels like searching a new alternative template.

We have added a patch for this that can be applied by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Patcher. You can re-apply the patch and then clear all browser cache and it will address the issue. Clearing cache is very important or you will still see the issue

I have noticed an issue with the Lightbox of the Photo Gallery. When I open an image in Lightbox, then switch to Full Screen and navigate through the images using the left-right arrow keys, sometimes (not always) when I exit Full Screen, one of the images remains larger than the others or might even disappear entirely! In other words, it no longer appears in the Gallery!

This issue is happening on a brand-new website I am building for a client, but I have also noticed it on two other websites where I’m using the AVADA Theme, each with different plugins and versions.

It seems like this problem has been around for some time in the Gallery and hasn’t been fixed yet!

Unfortunately, my support period has expired, and I cannot send a ticket. That’s why I’m reaching out here, in case you’ve encountered this issue with another client and can assist me. I have already purchased 6 licenses for AVADA, and the latest one expired on 21/10/2025. If you can’t help me here, I will be forced to buy another license.

Hi, I really don’t want to sound difficult, but as a loyal Avada user for six years, I have to say that it’s very frustrating to have to pay for support every time something suddenly stops working. For example, custom field images that worked perfectly for years suddenly stopped working without any changes or adjustments on my end. I’m finding this increasingly annoying. Maybe you should just ask a subscription money just for support, because this situation isn’t pleasant and we end up having to pay every once in a while anyway.

When we do release any version of Avada, our team ensures that it has backward compatibility and no previously added features are affected. Our prebuilt sites make use of custom fields(some of them) to pull in images and we do not see this affected in any manner. There are also thousands of active installs that make use of ACF fields to pull in images and we have not got any reported issues
