Hello, I just purchased your Archi WordPress theme but unfortunately it does not work on my WordPress installation.

Every time I activate the theme or try to load one of the pages, I get a complete black screen, with no content displaying at all.

I have tried:

reinstalling the theme

deleting and reinstalling the required plugins

importing the demo again

checking my hosting environment

But the problem persists: the website shows a black screen only.

Could you please:

Check if the theme package I downloaded is correct/not corrupted

Provide me with a solution or updated version so I can get the theme running properly?

On my website, the 404 page that appears is the one included with the Archi theme. I would like to replace it with my own custom 404 page, because the current one doesn’t match my design. Could you please explain step by step how to connect or assign my own 404 template instead of the default one?

On the Portfolio page (here is the link: https://nippondom.com/portfolio/), the page title displays the word “Archives” before the portfolio name. Could you please tell me how to remove the word “Archives” from the title so that only the portfolio name is displayed?
