The sticky menu on mobile when scrolling up is not working. To reproduce on iOS with Chrome only Latest theme version Latest wordpress Latest woocommerce

To help us reproduce and advise the right fix, could you please share: - Your site URL (or a staging URL) - Your header settings: Theme Options → Header → Sticky Header (is it set to Smart / Hide on scroll?) - Whether any caching/minify plugins are enabled (LiteSpeed / WP Rocket / Autoptimize, etc.)

As a quick workaround, please try switching Sticky Header to Always (and disable “Hide header on scroll” if enabled), then clear all caches and retest on iOS Chrome.

If the issue persists after that, open a support ticket via our support portal and include your WP login + a short screen recording—then we can check if a script conflict is preventing scroll-direction detection on iOS Chrome.

Thanks for the suggestion! Flatsome’s payment icons are handled as a set, and adding a new/custom

Just wanted to point out that the menu icon on the flatsome theme is broken for mobile. I can’t seem to open it when clicked. If possible, take a look at the flatsome icons for the next update. Aside from that, flatsome is awesome.

This is usually caused by aggressive caching settings or a plugin conflict. Please perform basic troubleshooting as guided here.

How to add 5 columns in a row or link gallery images to a custom link?

Create a total of 7 columns in a single row. Set the width of the first and last columns to 1 unit and the others to 2 units. Leave the first and last columns empty.

Hi, support tickets are handled via email.

After submitting the form here (https://themeforest.net/item/flatsome-multipurpose-responsive-woocommerce-theme/5484319/support/contact), Envato sends you a confirmation email and all replies will arrive in the same email thread. Please check your inbox + spam/junk for the confirmation (search for “ThemeForest”, “Envato”, or “UX-themes”), and whitelist our support email so responses don’t get filtered.

If you still can’t find it, please re-submit the ticket and mention the email address you used, or reply here with your ticket ID (if you have it) and we’ll locate it for you.

Hello, I want to decrease number of product to 4 per line on desktop on product categories (desktop). When I do that I have only 3 product so I cannot set 4 precisely. My setup is left side bar, equal images height 100, product per page 100. Can you replicate this glitch?

We were unable to replicate this issue. It’s highly likely that a third-party plugin or a caching conflict is overriding the loop_shop_columns filter, forcing it back to the default (3).

When someone clicks on Registration to create a new account on my website, it doesn’t let them create account, only gives them an option to put in their email and passcode. I submitted a ticket twice but haven’t got a response, does anyone know if i have the settings wrong? I made sure to check the box “show registration” or do i need a separate plug in?

This setting is handled by WooCommerce. You can enable account registration via WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Account creation.

Thank you very much!

Will breadcrumb navigation be added to blog pages and blog post pages in version 4.0?

Isn’t this a feature that the theme should already have? I contacted your support team and they said it would require a plugin.

Yes, v4 will support breadcrumbs on the main blog page and blog posts.

Hello do you have a live demo i can test this theme?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a live demo available at this time. However, you can explore Flatsome’s features at https://demos.flatsome.com .

Are you offering this theme on sale soon?

Flatsome goes on sale during Cyber Week / Black Friday seasons.

May I ask when Version 4.0 will be updated? Will it support highly flexible customization of product pages? For example, adding an image upload feature for reviews and allowing the review section to be placed as a block anywhere on the product page—instead of being confined to the current tab format. I purchased this theme initially because of its high sales volume, but after buying it, I found the features to be outdated and the responses to after-sales inquiries to be perfunctory. I haven’t been able to use it at all so far, and it’s really disappointing.

UX Builder offers extremely poor customization capabilities for product pages. It only provides basic functions, which is vastly inferior to the functionality offered by Gutenberg or Elementor.

While we’re not setting a fixed public release date to ensure core stability, the Alpha Playground is live for a reason: we want you to see that progress is tangible. We’re transitioning from Alpha to Beta as we speak.

In Flatsome v4, we’re moving away from the rigid, fixed product layouts of the past. By transforming our elements into Gutenberg-compatible blocks, you will no longer be confined to the standard WooCommerce tab system.

For example, ‘Reviews’ will now be a standalone block. You can drag and drop it anywhere—above the fold, in a sidebar, or at the bottom of a custom layout—all while maintaining the native performance of WordPress.

While our current focus is on the builder’s architecture, meaning we cannot guarantee built-in ‘User Generated Content’ features (such as photo reviews) for the initial 4.0.0 release, this new foundation makes it significantly easier for third-party plugins to integrate seamlessly without breaking your layout.

We recognize that the current UX Builder has grown dated compared to modern tools. This is why we didn’t just ‘patch’ it; we rebuilt it as a Gutenberg fork. You will get the flexibility of a page builder combined with the SEO and speed advantages of the native WordPress block editor.

We understand the wait has been long. Our goal is to make sure that when you finally launch with v4, the performance and creative freedom make that wait feel entirely justified.

We highly recommend testing the Alpha Playground to see our new direction and joining our official Facebook Community for the latest v4 updates.

Hi there,

I am already working with Flatsome for one of my clients and considering to purchase the theme for new projects, but have some urgent questions before making the final decision:

1.) Is there any way (within regular theme options) to get HORIZONTAL filters, for example with drop-down menus, displayed above the product grids on category (“shop”) pages? If NOT, is there a (preferrably easy-to-use and free) plugin that you recommend that works accurately and looks good with the theme?

2.) Is there any way (within regular theme options) to get the QUANTITY (with -/+) displayed next to the “Add to cart” button for products in the product grids on category (“shop”) pages? This has been standard for most of the “better” themes for quite some time already and absolutely essential for good conversions. If NOT, how can I get this displayed easily?

3.) I noticed that the total number of products at the top of category/shop pages is NOT displayed as soon as one doesn’t use the “standard” category top area such as here:

https://demos.flatsome.com/product-category/women/

But it disappears, when other top area layouts are used (I tested it on a client site), for example:

https://demos.flatsome.com/product-category/men/?style=layout-freelancer https://demos.flatsome.com/product-category/booking/?style=layout-mega-shop

Is there any way (within regular theme options) to get the total number of products displayed at the top of category (“shop”) pages with those other top area layouts, too? If NOT, how can I get this displayed easily?

These 3 issues alone would be absolute deal breakers for me, because they are standard options in other “popular” WooCommerce themes. There are other important things that I really like about your theme, but I need to know how to go about these three points before using the theme for more clients.

Thanks!

Oh… and I forgot another important point:

4.) For SEO purposes it is absolutely necessary to be able to set an “alternative”/custom heading H1 for category pages (other than the Category name that is displayed as the default H1). And it needs to be in the SAME POSITION where the default H1 (Category name) is usually displayed, of course.

I did not find this option within your theme, or did I miss anything? What would be the easiest way to achieve this with your theme?

Thanks again, I appreciate a quick and conclusive answer.

Everything ok? Would appreciate an answer. Thanks!

Flatsome is a flexible theme, but like any robust WordPress theme, specific niche requirements often rely on how WooCommerce works natively or may require standard workarounds.

  1. Flatsome doesn’t have a built-in horizontal filter layout. For true horizontal dropdown menus (like Amazon style) above the grid, this is not a theme-specific feature but a plugin territory. We highly recommend FiboFilters or FacetWP. They integrate seamlessly and provide the exact “horizontal dropdown” UX you are looking for without custom coding.
  2. You can use a “WooCommerce Quantity Field” extension. Please remember, Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.
  3. The WooCommerce result count is hidden on category pages that have featured-title styles. You can easily display it with the CSS below.
    .featured-title .woocommerce-result-count {
      display: inline-block !important;
    }

  4. You can use HTML, UX Blocks, or shortcodes within the “Description” or “Top Content” fields in the category editor. However, there is no built-in option to display these exactly in the default category title position automatically. You can repurpose an unused field (such as Description, Top Content, or Bottom Content) to achieve this result. Our support desk can guide you on the implementation details when the time comes. Please remember, just as the theme overrides WooCommerce templates, you can always override theme templates via a Child Theme for total control.

These are all standard implementation details rather than theme limitations. Flatsome is fully capable of handling them with the methods above.

Regarding the long-term viability of your new projects, we’re currently finalizing the major Flatsome v4 update, which transforms the platform into a high-performance Hybrid Theme with native Blocks support. You can preview this next-generation system right now at flatsome.com/playground.

Unfortunately, there have been no updates in the Flatsome Studio section for an entire year. We can always design things ourselves, but we chose this theme to benefit from their ongoing development. However, unfortunately, they do not provide any real improvements, and all updates are limited to compatibility and integration with WordPress and WooCommerce only.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We completely understand your frustration regarding the lack of visible feature updates in the Studio section recently. You’re absolutely correct that our recent updates have focused heavily on compatibility. But there is an inspiring reason for this silence.

Our entire team has been working non-stop on the most significant evolution in Flatsome’s history: Flatsome v4. We are transforming Flatsome from a standard theme into a powerful Hybrid Theme.

We are introducing the Flatsome Builder (a custom Gutenberg fork) alongside Flatsome Blocks. This means you will retain the familiar UX Builder experience while gaining the performance, SEO benefits, and flexibility of WordPress Blocks. Consequently, the Studio section hasn’t been updated as we rebuild the entire library to ensure seamless integration with the new high-performance system.

This isn’t just a plan; it is already in Alpha. You can try the Flatsome 4 Alpha Playground right now at flatsome.com/playground to experience the new builder.

We invite you to join our official Facebook Community to stay up to date on our regular progress updates and demos. We promise the wait will be worth it, as we are building a future-proof foundation for your projects.

All my Flatsome themes are activated with valid license keys. Currently, 4 separate Flatsome themes are activated, and the system shows the status as “Activated with a valid theme license key.”

However, the latest theme updates are not appearing in the WordPress admin panel. There is no update notification, and I cannot update the theme to the latest version.

The auto-update notification you see on your dashboard is a core WordPress feature, not part of Flatsome. So, we don’t have direct control over it.

If you don’t see any updates appearing there, please refer to this guide for alternative methods to update the theme.

We’re investigating two failed WooCommerce orders with Klarna via Stripe. WooCommerce support suspects a JavaScript conflict related to checkout template overrides preventing Stripe from injecting the payment field (missing “payment_method”). Could you please verify that the following Flatsome WooCommerce templates are fully up to date and compatible with Stripe/Klarna: woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php, form-coupon.php, terms.php, order-received.php, thankyou.php, as well as woocommerce/cart/cart.php, cart-shipping.php, and mini-cart.php etc.

All Flatsome WooCommerce template files are up-to-date and fully compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce. Many other Flatsome users use a similar payment gateway configuration without issues. Please recheck the issue after:

  • Switching to the parent theme
  • Switching to the official WooCommerce theme ‘Storefront’
  • Retesting on staging

Hello,

I have strange character on Safari while displaying this code. [product_brand_list show_empty_brands=”false”]. Is it related to Flatesome? Thanks.

It looks like a ‘Smart Quotes’ issue. The quotation marks in your snippet are typographic (”) instead of standard straight quotes (“), which often causes parsing errors or display glitches. This usually happens when copying and pasting code from a formatted webpage. Please try replacing your shortcode with this corrected version:

[product_brand_list show_empty_brands="false"]

Hello, I installed Flatsome version 3.20.4. The message still indicates outdated template files: flatsome-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php version 9.9.0 is deprecated. The major version is 10.4.0. Your theme (Flatsome Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Show affected templates: Please check! Thank you Fred

Your child theme contains outdated custom templates. These need to be updated manually by you or the developer.

Hi, are we ready for WC 10.4.0? or should we wait for a Flatsome update? WC update comes with lots of fixes, updates and additions. Thank you!

We’ll release Flatsome v3.20.4 shortly.

Perfect, thank you!
