1) XStore works with WooCommerce, so it supports all WooCommerce-compatible payment gateways. This includes the default WooCommerce options (e.g., PayPal) and popular gateways via plugins such as Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net, Square, as well as many local gateways depending on your country. In short: if a gateway works with WooCommerce, it will work with XStore.

2) Yes, this is possible. WooCommerce supports add-ons/extra options using dedicated plugins (for example “Product Add-Ons”, “Extra Product Options”, etc.). XStore is compatible with WooCommerce functionality, so you can allow customers to select a product and then choose additional add-ons (extras, upgrades, custom options, checkboxes, etc.).

Once this plugin was disabled, the site behavior returned to normal.

These Demo look like old version , should be more attractive and modern. I am searching good theme and so many theme I have tested they have modern demos but they have different different issue and You have a great theme . Please make some modern demos .

XStore theme is compatible with Gutenberg (block editor ) or Bricks builder . if I do not want to use Elementor and wp bakery . Then Which page builder compatible this theme.

At the moment, we are working on adding ready-to-use demos built with Gutenberg to make the setup process even easier.

Regarding Bricks Builder, it has not been officially tested with XStore, so at this point we cannot confirm full compatibility.

If you prefer to build websites without Elementor or WPBakery, Gutenberg is the recommended and supported page builder for XStore, and we continue to improve integrations for it.

I can’t seem to list the products in a specific category. When I try to select a category, nothing appears in the search results; I don’t see any categories.

- the Product Categories taxonomy is disabled;
- products are not assigned to any category;
- the page is cached and not updated properly;
- a plugin conflict blocks the category selector;

Hi, I have off-canvas widget in product archive where I use product filters. When it is set to 100vh the last items in the product filters appear under mobile panel and it becomes impossible to clear the set filters. How can I get mobile panel sit behind offcanvas menu. Setting z-index for off canvas menu to 9999 doesn’t help.

The AMP version is crashing again.

I bought this theme because it included an AMP version. Unfortunately, it has bugs. All AMP pages are invalid in Google Search Console. I didn’t care much about that, but the “Order Now” button was throwing an error. Ever since I purchased the theme, these errors kept appearing — and support told me not to use AMP. After I explained that AMP was the only feature I was interested in, they fixed it very quickly.

Now, without touching anything on the site (except updating the plugin), AMP has crashed again, and I no longer have the option to contact support. It seems I only had a working AMP theme for six months. After months of work, I’ll now have to change the theme because of the broken AMP.

We’ve checked recent AMP and WordPress updates, and it looks like there have been a number of changes on the AMP side that could affect theme compatibility. To investigate this properly, we’ll need a bit more detail from your side so we can reproduce and fix the issue.

Could you please provide the following:

Exact AMP errors you see — screenshots or copy/paste from the AMP validation report would be perfect.

Any error messages from logs on your hosting (PHP error log / AMP debug log).

URL examples of pages that are marked as invalid.

Also, please note that the checkout page has not been AMP-compatible for quite some time due to AMP restrictions. So if the issue is specifically related to the “Order Now” button on the checkout page, we’ll need to check where exactly it appears and what triggers the error.

Once we have all the necessary details, we will proceed further.

Thank you for your reply. However, this doesn’t really help me — as I already mentioned, I no longer have the option to contact support. I understand that everything eventually becomes outdated and needs to be replaced, but I didn’t expect this to happen in less than a year. I also didn’t know that updating the theme would break the AMP feature. If I had known, I wouldn’t have updated it at all.

Rolling back WooCommerce or WordPress to old versions is unfortunately not a sustainable solution, as both platforms receive frequent security and compatibility updates. Modern websites need to be updated regularly — ideally at least once every 1–2 months — in order to remain secure and stable.

Our theme has been updated consistently for many years to stay compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, so the recommended and most stable approach is always to keep the theme, WordPress, and WooCommerce up to date.

If you encounter any specific AMP bugs, please kindly create a topic on our support forum and our world-class specialists will be happy to investigate and fix them for you. Good news — we’ve already released a patch with the fix, so you don’t have to wait for the next theme update.

After the recent update, the menu functionality has broken. This issue occurs only when we are already on the category page on mobile devices, the category closes immediately after tapping the parent arrow icon.

Hi 8Theme team,

I have three websites uses your Xstore theme, but after update the newest version theme, when open the mobile menu, then select a dropdown option, the menu opens and then closes immediately. This issue only occurs when you use the menu from a WooCommerce category page and does not have an issue when using a normal page, blog post or category tag page. How should I go about it?

Hi, After update to 9.6.1 with bakery builder a lot of issues. 1. Filters from sidebar with deafult widget filter or xstore filter on mobile don’t open 2. Massive widget on page like: Grid images gallery and video etc. on page don’t load 3. Pages more often freez and need refresh 4. Search form with Fancy select it shows double button category tab Please upload an new update.
