Support team of theme is really very bad. I am facing issue in this theme and sent various replies in ticket created but issue not fixed and also not getting any reply. Please let me know if you offer refund option. Worst purchase on themeforest. Many errors and no timely reply.

The Dricub Driving School Core plugin is conflicting with the Elementor plugin. It’s literally just that, causing a critical error for WordPress. So the product is faulty. If you expect me to pay for support because mine expired when the product is defective, I will leave a bad review. Please fix it ASAP and update the theme accordingly.
Hi, this theme has been causing me so much trouble. It keeps crashing every few days and I am forced to load a backup. I get the “There has been a critical error on this website.” and it points to elementor having issues with the theme… i know this is a common issue, what is the fix?
I am really disappointed with the support team. I purchased the DriCub – Driving School theme expecting smooth demo import and professional assistance. Instead, the demo import failed (Customizer not imported correctly), and when I asked for help, the only response I received was a request for my FTP access.
I urgently needed my site to be fixed the same day, but the support team could not provide a fast or practical solution. Asking customers to share FTP details without offering any alternative solution (like guiding through WordPress admin access) is not professional.
Overall, the support is slow, not helpful, and does not match the expectations for a paid premium theme. I would not recommend this theme if you are looking for reliable and responsive support.

Thank you. I was using 3.4 and i shifted to 3.6 now, but we face this issue where the menu navigation does not open in the homepage only. If i disable the plugin name = Dricub Driving School Core. After we reactivated the license because you changed the license system, we updated the theme. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the core plugin as we constantly receive the following error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure” Can you please provide us with the file as soon as possible, as our customer’s website is now offline.

Theme looks good to me i have few question before I buy it,
is this theme fully customizable? if I want to customize the header ( logo, menu, etc ) with elementor its possible? this theme have a good cache system like many theme we made change but they arent visible on front end,

Hi, sorry I somehow missed that. You can edit all the pages except the header footer and template pages. The header is editable with redux framework theme options. And the footer can be edited from the widgets page. Thank you
