When adding a Google Calendar to my website and using Avada Iframe Lazy Loading, the calendar doesn’t render. However, if I use WordPress or disable lazy loading, it does render. Is this a bug?

The Avada template is great and I’ve been using it for almost a decade, but it always comes with conflicts that turns into frustration big time. This last version got stuck with the “Add Notification” button for the Forms with an issue that just can’t be solved. I tried to install it in different websites from different servers, same. To pay support for an issue that comes with the latest version template? So unfair. Feels like searching a new alternative template.

We have added a patch for this that can be applied by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Patcher. You can re-apply the patch and then clear all browser cache and it will address the issue. Clearing cache is very important or you will still see the issue

I have noticed an issue with the Lightbox of the Photo Gallery. When I open an image in Lightbox, then switch to Full Screen and navigate through the images using the left-right arrow keys, sometimes (not always) when I exit Full Screen, one of the images remains larger than the others or might even disappear entirely! In other words, it no longer appears in the Gallery!

This issue is happening on a brand-new website I am building for a client, but I have also noticed it on two other websites where I’m using the AVADA Theme, each with different plugins and versions.

It seems like this problem has been around for some time in the Gallery and hasn’t been fixed yet!

Unfortunately, my support period has expired, and I cannot send a ticket. That’s why I’m reaching out here, in case you’ve encountered this issue with another client and can assist me. I have already purchased 6 licenses for AVADA, and the latest one expired on 21/10/2025. If you can’t help me here, I will be forced to buy another license.

Hi, I really don’t want to sound difficult, but as a loyal Avada user for six years, I have to say that it’s very frustrating to have to pay for support every time something suddenly stops working. For example, custom field images that worked perfectly for years suddenly stopped working without any changes or adjustments on my end. I’m finding this increasingly annoying. Maybe you should just ask a subscription money just for support, because this situation isn’t pleasant and we end up having to pay every once in a while anyway.

When we do release any version of Avada, our team ensures that it has backward compatibility and no previously added features are affected. Our prebuilt sites make use of custom fields(some of them) to pull in images and we do not see this affected in any manner. There are also thousands of active installs that make use of ACF fields to pull in images and we have not got any reported issues

It is not a bug, it appears that the wrong menu is added there somehow and it can be simply fixed by following the instructions here and yes you are right about the second part of your query.

Hello Avada Theme

I have multiple webpages using the Instagram Element, however the element is not updating pictures anymore. I have no clue why, no logs, no cache folder i can empty (sorry the instagram reset cache button doesnt work. just keeps spinning for ages). I can connect Instagram with my account but thats it. Pictures are same as 3 months ago.

I dont see the point buying support if you guys have issues implementing instagram properly.

Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account here -> Licenses – My Avada  You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?

Bought a license in 2014, tried once, never published a website with the theme, now that I want to use it, it says my license has been used, but doesn’t say where. It’s been more than 10 years, your dashboard is quite poor and slow and if I can’t use the theme with the lifetime license I purchased, what’s the point of having the theme in the first place?

Ok, I am a web designer, and I selected .webp as the image format for my modern images and converted my library of images, mainly .jpg and .pngs under the status page. But for some reason, they were converted to .avif. So they have a file extension that says they are .avif, but the file type says they are .webp, and the original image says it was .webp? I am the only one who has access to this site, it’s under construction for a client, and I am 100% positive, without a doubt, that I converted the library to .webp. My other five client websites that I convert are correct and read as .webp. Is this a bug??

Please ensure you are applying the full size image when selecting the media from the media library.
Also, do ensure you have lazy load set to Avada by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Options → Performance
