WELL A DAMN SHAME. I was going to purchase your theme but the booking part keeps saying CART IS EMPTY AFTER I ADD A ROOM TO THE CART. and other weird little glitches with the booking form. what a shame. You lost a sale buddy. Fix your booking mess and it might be a good theme

I have created some custom post types with JetEngine, but on these pages the mobile menu isn’t working on a mobile phone..

Hi, I was interested in purchasing your Theme for a client of mine, but first I have a question…. If my client would not want to use your booking but use his own, which is implemented with a simple banner, are the room pages editable at will or are they pre-set pages to which you can only enter data? Because if so we would need the ability to edit elementor style pages to insert our own reservation banner… Please let me know, thanks!
We are currently using the WP Hotel booking plugin for booking functionality, however it is possible to add custom code to embed your other booking displays.

Hello, i have a pre sale question. About the Sync with Booking, Airbnb… How it works? Have in mind that i’m new in the market, actually i’m a investidor in B&B and Hostels Market.
We use the BA Booking plugin and import data directly into the website, all data is managed through the plugin on the website, does not support synchronization through 3rd party services

Hi there, you take too long to anwser to tickets and also do you limit the ticket to just 1 per purchase code? If you take one day to anwser to a ticket and we only can place one each time we’ll need months to finish our project

Humm very strange, this is the response we got from you on your ticket system “2. Yes, we are limiting the number of tickets a customer can create. While you are opening a ticket, you will not be able to create another ticket. Either you will have to add a question to this ticket, or you will have to wait for this ticket to complete and close the ticket to open a new ticket. We do this to avoid customers spamming our ticket system, sorry for the inconvenience” and you are efectivelly limiting the number of tickets so can’t understand this anwser here. You take up to 2 or 3 days to anwser any issue on the ticket system so having the option to place one ticket per time is frustrating.
So many hours do you need to close a ticket so that we can creat a new one?
