Hello a company I had as a host ruined my site and it is gone. Now my license says it is already connect to ‘wphosting.com that’s the company I no longer use and I would like to use it on my other domain I am with GoDaddy now. Help please…This is a nightmare!

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare!!!!!!
After I’ve provided a screenshot of my purchase, the error I was getting etc, I was told I didn’t purchase the theme, I was told they can’t find any record of me receiving a purchase code, I was told Envanto might have given me a bad code, I even provided a screenshot that my theme in fact is using their activation code now…And no reply SMH! Companies these days are nothing like they used to be.
We couldn’t add the possibility of a server issue to the list; there are many possibilities. Do you have any other issues that require assistance?
The fact that I sent numerous screenshots of proof of purchase and screenshots of the error message that clearly reads (The code was being used on another domain) Just as other customers (shaynartker & zrweber) had similar issues with the code in this support chat and my issue couldn;t be found, not even me purchasing your product is simply pathetic! I clearly have a license code from you because I GOT IT TO WORK and I also provided a screenshot. NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN!!! RED FLAG EVERYONE!!!

ok thank you! I Have another question. We are a church looking to purchase this theme. As of right now we are looking to purchase the regular license. I am just trying to make sure we wont lose anything (quality wise) from the product by purchasing the regular version instead of the extended license. Are there any major differences in the packages? I couldn’t get a good understanding based off the description. Lastly, if we go with the regular version, it is a one time payment right?
