Same problem with marabane, I just updated from v11 to v12.0.3 and am facing “Failed to load content”. I just recently started getting this message:

Failed to Load Content!

We encountered a problem while trying to load the Customize Style page. Please check this forum for troubleshooting

I know that this refers to my strict-origin-when-cross-origin in the Referrer Policy but I have that set in my Referrer Policy and I reinstalled the theme and I still get that message. The theme has been activated a while back and like I said everything was fine until yesterday. Never had this message before.

Hi Good Morning! I have been using the J News theme for almost two years and love the theme. I have an issue recently!. Whenever I publish a post, it is not reflecting in any of the homepage modules or category page modules. Everytime I am deactivating and reactivating the elementor plugin for the new post to reflect. If you are using an optimization plugin or a cache feature on your site, please try clearing the existing cache first so that the changes you made can be reflected on the frontend.

If you are still in the development stage, it would be best to temporarily disable all optimization or cache features on your site so that any changes you make can be seen immediately without needing to clear the cache.

Aside from that, Elementor also has a built-in cache feature that may cause this issue. You can disable Elementor’s built-in cache in the Elementor settings. Additionally, Elementor provides a feature to regenerate all Elementor data to resynchronize it with the latest data. would like to know is this possible now with JNews theme to have: - Sticky post A appear at top of module 1 - Sticky post B appear at top of module 2 when both modules use Show Sticky Post = ON, and both modules are on the same page (homepage)?

I know that previously when I was using Jnews theme I had situation where I had one module to query posts only from category#1 and other module to query posts only from category#2 (both modules were using Show Sticky Post = ON).

But I really struggled to have the scenario described above: - Sticky post A (from category#1) appear at top of module 1 - Sticky post B (from category#2) appear at top of module 2.

So bassically does JNews treats all sticky posts as global? —not category/module/unique content group specific?

The Include Sticky Post option in the Content Filter menu of the JNews theme is not affected by other filter options (such as Include Category, Exclude Post ID, etc.). This option will fetch your WordPress sticky posts and display them at the top of the post list. You cannot filter sticky posts by category.

If you want more control over which posts appear at the top of the post list, you can use the Include Post ID option instead of the Include Sticky Post option.

let me please describe it in more details so you could see what exactly I meant :)

In my homepage I have 3 Jnews modules. Module 1 is displaying posts only from category, let’s call it “Flash #1”. Module 2 is displaying posts only from category “Flash #2” Module 3 is displaying posts only from category “Flash #3”. All 3 modules have “Show sticky posts” under content filter turned ON.

Now what I expect to have is when I publish new post in let’s say “Flash #3” category (so it displays in module 3 ofc), and when I check the checkmark “Make this post sticky” for that post, I expect that post to be sticky in the module 3.

But instead what happens is that it jumps at the top of the module 1, that displays “Flash #1” category….

So question is, is it possible to lock posts that are in particular module, (in this case module 3 – “Flash #3” category) to stay in that module, and not to jump to the top of another module that is at the very top (module 1 in this case). Especially when module 1 is set to display only “Flash #1” category…

I know that it’s possible maybe to do it with Include Post ID, but that requires to open elementor every single time and change that settings in there, and that is not good workflow, esspecially since journalist don’t have access to elementor. They should do it from the posts dashboard.

Please note that any features (along with their data) that come specifically from the Truemag theme will no longer be used once you migrate to JNews.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. You can use any source as long as the URL is a valid direct video URL. Typically, this type of URL ends with the video file format.

We previously tested this by uploading an MP4 video to AWS S3, then using the generated object URL inside the link option, and it worked properly. The video URL format should be similar to the example above.

If I decide to purchase your theme, can I incorporate the podcast and video functionality into any of the design templates I choose, or do I need to choose a specific template for video and another specifically for podcasts?

In other words, let’s say we choose to create our magazine with the “The Senakers” magazine template. Will I be able to add a video section that takes full advantage of your video system’s functionality? Will I be able to do the same with the podcast functionality? Ultimately, will I be able to incorporate all the features of your theme into any template I choose?

On the other hand, if I decide to buy your theme and I’m currently using another theme that uses Elementor, will I be able to keep the pages I’ve designed with Elementor if I replace my current theme with yours?

Finally, will I be able to use all the Paywall functionality regardless of which design template I choose from your theme?
