Hello ThimPress Support Team, I’m experiencing an issue with WooCommerce variable products not displaying size variations on single product pages when using an Elementor template with Eduma. My Setup:

Theme: Eduma Version 5.8.2

Using: “Single Product Elementor” template (Thim Elementor Kit) Product Source: Gelato Print-on-Demand (synced via Gelato integration)

The Problem:

Variable products are correctly configured in WooCommerce backend (attributes set, variations generated, all enabled and in stock, prices set) Template conditions are correctly set to “Include → All Products” Product Add to Cart widget is present in the Elementor template However: Size dropdown does NOT appear on the frontend

Changed Blog Page Name to “Analysis” but Page Title Still Shows “Blog”.

Hello ThimPress, I changed my blog page name to “Analysis” – the URL now correctly shows /analysis/, but the page title heading still displays “Blog” instead of “Analysis”. I inspected the page and found it’s coming from the Thim Ekits Page Title widget:

I’ve checked Thim Elementor Kit → Templates → Archive Post but cannot find where to change this text. Question: How do I change the page title from “Blog” to “Analysis” to match my page name?

Hello. I purchased the theme some time ago to use on a domain. A few months ago, the client decided to redesign their site in Systeme. Is it possible to reinstall the theme on another domain since it has not been used?

I have performed the following steps: Installed a fresh WordPress site. Installed and activated the Eduma theme with a valid license. Installed and activated all the required plugins. Successfully imported the Demo content.

The Issue: After the import, the website’s layout and design appear correctly as per the demo. However, all the courses are missing their lessons. When I check the “Lessons” management section in the dashboard, it is completely empty.

My Question: Is it a policy of the Eduma theme not to include lessons in the demo import, or did an error occur during the process? Please advise on how I can get the full course content including lessons.

I am writing to formally report a critical and repeated security breach affecting my website imaptutors.com, which is using your officially purchased theme from Envato Market (licensed and activated).

This issue is extremely serious and has occurred twice, resulting in complete deletion of theme-related plugins and files, forcing the website to fall back to a default WordPress template and breaking the homepage layout entirely.

Incident Summary

First Attack:

-Date: [approximate date 8th to 9th December, 2025]

-All theme plugins were automatically removed

-Theme layout collapsed and default template appeared

-No manual changes were made by us

-Confirmed malicious activity via security logs

Second Attack Date: [approximate date 2nd to 3rd Jan, 2026] (After Hardening):

-Occurred again despite:

=XML-RPC being blocked

=Passwords changed

-Theme and plugins were again removed

-Website reverted to a basic WordPress state

This clearly indicates the issue is not due to weak passwords, hosting misconfiguration, or user error.

Important Clarification

-This is NOT a free or nulled theme

-Theme was legally purchased from Envato Market

-All WordPress core and plugins were kept updated

-Despite all this, the same destructive behavior occurred again.

Serious Concern

The nature of the breach strongly suggests:

-A theme-level vulnerability

-Or a plugin bundled with the theme exposing a security loophole

-Or unsafe file handling allowing unauthorized deletion

If this can happen on my site twice, it raises a serious concern that:

Other customers who purchased this theme via Envato Market may also be vulnerable without realizing it.

This is not an isolated visual bug — it is data destruction and security compromise.

What I Expect from ThemePress

I am not asking for basic troubleshooting.

I request the following actions:

1- Immediate security investigation of the theme and bundled plugins

2- Confirmation whether this is a known or newly discovered vulnerability

3- A permanent fix or patched update addressing this issue

4- Clear security guidance for Envato purchasers using this theme

5- Transparency on whether other customers are affected

This is the first time I have experienced repeated security breaches with a licensed Envato theme, which makes this situation unacceptable and alarming.

As a paying customer, I expect:

-Security responsibility

-Accountability

-A timely and professional response

I want to create a multivendor website where I can add my own courses, and most importantly instructors register on my website and can upload their courses after I manually review and approve them.

Instructors will pay a membership fee to me let’s say I will have tired membership to allow them to list their courses and they pay through my payment gateway to access their accounts and courses.

Students can register for free accounts to start learning and pay instructors directly for courses so the students pay the instructor directly not me, while I take a percentage or fee from those payments.

The site should only feature approved courses and be scalable for future growth.

Courses can be in the form of slides with voice-over or video recordings. Is it possible to achieve all this using existing theme, even if additional plugins are needed and what I will need?
