Document does not have a main landmark.

You can add subheadings under the main heading. This feature was working perfectly, but now whatever I add to that section disappears when I click save or update. Is this caused by the theme or related to WordPress updates? Note: I am using the Classic Editor.

The new update has broken the UI responsiveness when there’s a widget on the section and a slider as the content. It was perfectly aligned with the height of the widget, but now you see a white space under the slider, which breaks the UI/UX on the site. It seems like the sliders are FIXED now and not responsive. Please fix ASAP.

I don’t know if this is a theme bug, but it has happened and occasionally happens in mobile browsers, even when all plugins are disabled.

Basically, all the theme text, including article text, becomes completely bold. This has been happening for some time.

I have been using your theme for a long time now and for some reason we started getting a message saying it is now licensed. THERE ARE 0 OPTIONS WITHIN THEME OPTIONS TO ACTIVATE IT. PLEASE SPECIFY IN DETAIL WHERE TO CLICK TO FIND THE ACTIVATION SECTION? I don’t understand why the theme all of a sudden became deactivated.

I checked under my account and there are no domains tied to it and my license is unused.

I just ran a PageSpeed test on your official demo and got some results that concerned me a bit. The demo URL I tested was https://jannah.tielabs.com/demo/2018/10/27/after-all-is-said-and-done-more-is-done

The LCP came in at 2.9 seconds which is above Google’s recommended 2.5 seconds threshold. TTFB was 1.5 seconds and FCP was around 2 seconds. The CLS and INP scores were good though.

Since this is your official demo running on what I assume is optimal hosting, I’m a bit worried about how my site will perform. I’m planning to use Jannah for a news site that needs to appear in Google Discover and these Core Web Vitals scores really matter for that.

Are there any specific optimization steps you recommend or plans to improve these metrics in upcoming updates? I’d really appreciate some guidance here.

Hi Tielab I’m a loyal customer of your theme for around 10 years, the theme is great and I even bought 2 licences for 2 different sites. in both of them, I’m now getting a red error message that my license is not valid. When trying to reconnect it I’m transferred to your tielabs.com site ,only to discover that it’s down (“Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access tielabs.com.”) I also try it in different ip addresses and pc’s and tried to visit it on its main root page but nothing…

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to report a persistent issue in the current version of Jannah regarding the JSON-LD schema output for single posts, specifically the Breadcrumb markup.

Even when Breadcrumbs are completely disabled in the theme settings, Jannah still injects the following incorrect JSON-LD field inside the Article schema:

“breadcrumb”: {@id“}

This output violates Schema.org specifications, because:

It creates a partial BreadcrumbList without the required itemListElement field.

It conflicts with Yoast SEO’s native BreadcrumbList, resulting in a critical error in Google Search Console:

Missing field “itemListElement” (BreadcrumbList)

The injected field appears inside mainEntityOfPage, where Breadcrumbs should not exist at all.

Multiple tests confirmed that disabling Breadcrumbs in Jannah does not remove this JSON-LD field. The only workaround for now is to manually remove it using custom code in functions.php.

Could you please fix this issue in the next update so that:

Disabling Breadcrumbs in the theme fully disables all related JSON-LD output

The Article schema follows Schema.org standards

No conflicting Breadcrumbs are injected when users rely on Yoast SEO

This update will help all users avoid structured data errors in Google Search Console.
