Hello. Over the past few weeks, I’ve encountered an issue with bookings synced via iCal Sync. Although the status is set to “Approved” under Theme Options > iCal Sync, the imported bookings are being recorded with a grey “Hold” status instead.

I’m unable to contact you through Ticksy as my support is expired. However, since this is a bug rather than a usage issue, I would appreciate your assistance in looking into it.

We will check this behavior with the iCal Sync feature on our side. If it is confirmed to be a bug (booking status showing as “Hold” instead of “Approved”), we will fix it in the upcoming update.

We’ve checked the iCal Sync behavior on our side and can confirm that this is indeed a bug. The booking status should follow the setting in Theme Options, but currently it is incorrectly being set to “Hold”.

Your theme (Nuss Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

Thank you for your notice.

The Nuss Child theme only contains the following files: functions.php, style.css, script.js, screenshot.png

It does not override any WooCommerce template files, so there shouldn’t be any outdated WooCommerce templates coming from the child theme.

Hello, In the last update , the minimum length of stay is no longer possible? I cannot find a way to choose it and that’s a problem because this option is mandatory for us. Do you have any update about it? Thanks

In the latest update, the Minimum Length of Stay option has been moved. You can now find and edit it inside each room’s settings.

Please go to: Room Settings → Facility

From there, you will be able to configure the minimum length of stay for the room.

hello! we’ve a problem just in the middle of worls wide congress. We close dates but people can book rooms anyway. Do you know why it happends? because now we have to cancell and return the money to the customers. thank you

If guests are still able to book rooms after you close the dates, it’s usually because the dates were not blocked at the room level.

To completely prevent bookings during a specific period, please go to:

Reservation → Blockeds

Then create a new block and make sure to:

Select all rooms

Set the exact date range

Save the block

When rooms are blocked in Reservation → Blockeds, the system will fully prevent any bookings within that selected time range.

Please check that the block was applied to all rooms and that the date range is correct. After that, no new bookings should be possible for those dates.

​In the reservations menu; I access the Blockeds tab. When I try to block a room for a specific period for exemple for maintenance purposes, and after filling all the necessary fields.. a clic on Add New doesn’t do anything. The room isn’t blocked and the table below the fields stays empty. For me this section isn’t working.

Hi, I am using Nuss on a wordpress network install.

When i try to update the theme on one website of the network, i have the following message : No update file in the directory.

And on the network (/wp-admin/network/themes.php) i cannot update the theme. There is nothing (no links) to update the theme.

Because you are using WordPress Multisite, the theme cannot be updated from Network Admin.

Please log in to one of your sub-sites and update the Nuss theme, then follow this update guide: https://uxper.gitbook.io/nuss/update-theme

Updating from a site-level dashboard will apply the change correctly across the network.

My client has three different hotels with this theme. Is it possible to manage three different establishments, each with its own rooms, or is it only valid for one hotel with its rooms?

Yes, it is possible. You can either set up three separate websites using the Nuss theme, or use WordPress Multisite to manage multiple hotels, with each site representing one hotel and its own rooms.

How do I add 2 or 3 related items? It works in your demo, but there’s only one related item in mine, and in the settings I can only show/hide related items; I can’t choose the number. Am I missing something?

Yes, the theme fully supports displaying 2 or 3 (or more) related items. They are generated automatically based on categories/tags, not manually linked.

If only one item is showing on your site, it’s usually due to the way content is categorized or customized, which is why we suggested support access.
