Hello i bought Motors App but the tutorial video is very old and we can not make many things like rendering!! so we can not setup app !! and https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-app-documentation/android-application-build/android-studio-setup-on-windows its dose not expalin everything so what we can do now?
Hello there!
Thank you for your message.
The Motors App purchased on CodeCanyon does not include any support from our team.
The most practical solution right now is to hire an Mobile developer on an outsourcing basis.
If you have questions specifically about the WordPress part of Motors (theme, listings, site settings), feel free to ask — we can help with that.
Best regards,
Hi, I can’t unfortunately deactivate motors from old domain I don’t use anymore, can you pls deactivate it so I can use it on another domain?
great theme
Hello there!
Thank you so much for the kind words about Motors!
To help deactivate the old domain from your license, could you please let me know the exact old domain name you want to remove? Once I have it, I’ll check everything on our side and take care of the deactivation manually so you can activate the theme on your new domain right away.
We’d be very grateful if you could leave a quick review and 5* on Trustpilot — it means a lot to us: https://www.trustpilot.com/evaluate/stylemixthemes.com

This theme is full of bugs. After the latest update, why can’t anybody log in? even WP dashboard? What is the System Maintenance page? What is account ID and security key?
Hello there!
Thank you for your message.
The System Maintenance page (also called Maintenance Mode) is not a bug, it’s a normal and built-in WordPress behavior that automatically turns on during certain updates, especially when the update involves core files, database changes or theme/plugin migrations. This protects the site from being accessed in a half-updated state, which could cause errors or data corruption. This is standard WordPress security behavior and has nothing to do with Motors theme.
The process usually finishes automatically within a few minutes. Once the update completes successfully, the maintenance mode disappears and the site becomes accessible again. If the page is still showing now, it most likely means the update process is still running in the background or was interrupted briefly.
Right now your site is opening correctly, so the update has already finished successfully. Please try clear your server and browser cache completely or deactivate cache plugin (including sever-side cache plugin).
If after clearing cache you still cannot log in or see any other issues please let me know exactly what happens when you try to access wp-admin. A screenshot would be very helpful. We’ll check everything on our side and help resolve it quickly.
Thank you for your patience — we’re here to help.
Best regards,
It’s now been over three days, and the WordPress login/dashboard is still stuck on this page. I’ve never experienced this on any other WordPress site before for more than a few seconds or minutes. Is this really considered normal?
On top of that, it feels like there’s a new issue every week — one day the slider images stop working, another day the login page is disabled, and now I can’t access the WordPress dashboard at all. This is getting really frustrating.
Please check the screenshot I’ve attached. I can send you an email with all the details you need to investigate this further.
https://limewire.com/d/UFkK2#Y6HUlt7nbaThank you for the screenshot. It was very helpful.
What you’re seeing is not caused by the theme or WordPress itself. This is a Cloudflare or server-side issue.
I recommend the following: if you’re using Cloudflare, please temporarily disable it completely. Additionally, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the case from their side.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Hello i can not activate my Email on Motors theme . i wrote my Email on Motors Plugin-Email template maneger ….. but after that its still not work! what i have to do to activate my email to send or receive email when make new sub or anthing?
best regards
Hello there!
Thank you for your message.
In most cases like this the issue is not with the Motors theme itself but with the WordPress site’s general email sending settings.
First please install the free plugin WP Mail Logging and try to trigger any email from the site. You can use WP Mail Logging plugin to check email logs. With the plugin you will see whether the system sends emails.
If emails are sent the issue is, probably, on the email server side, not in Motors. In this case install and configure the free plugin WP Mail SMTP. It fixes email delivery issues in the majority of cases by letting you use reliable SMTP providers.
If after installing WP Mail Logging you see that emails aren’t being sent by system, please open a support ticket with our team so we can check your specific Motors email template settings and any possible theme-related conflicts.
Best regards,
This theme DOES NOT work! It has lots of bugs, it breaks every now and then, it doesn’t rank… On top of that, I wrote to support days ago and they haven’t replied or fixed anything. They must be overwhelmed.
Hello there!
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — I’m really sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience with the theme and support. That’s absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have, and I apologize that things have felt buggy and unresponsive.
We do take reports like yours very seriously and genuinely want to get to the bottom of it. Our support team usually replies within 2 business days, but due to time zone differences and occasional high volume, there can be a short delay — I’m sorry if that’s what happened here.
Right now, I see your ticket has already been assigned to an agent who is actively investigating your case. They’ll reach out to you as soon as they have any updates or next steps.
Again, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and the stress this has caused. We’re here and focused on getting this fixed for you.
Best regards,
Hey hi
When a adding a car on the backend of the dealer side it does not pick the all title name as i enter it but it cuts the name. unless i enter the car listing item details and it picks the details from there like the model, condition, year then it makes the name from there. What should i do for it to be pick up the all car title name?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
I am sorry to inform you that currently, your specific demo layout does not include a default setting to increase the character limit for listing titles. Although I have already forwarded this request to our development team for consideration, unfortunately, I cannot provide an estimated timeframe for when this feature might be implemented.
Best regards,
Hi Envato, I purchased Motors premium theme December 2025, which was uploaded on my WordPress website. As Jan 21st, 2026, my website designer was to start customization and design of the website. We saw that the website was broken and not align properly which was as a result of broken theme. Note that no additional plugin was uploaded on the website. Kindly look into it and fix it. Also I will like to know what cause the issue and how it can be fix incase of any issue I await your response Thank you
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us out!
Your description is a bit too vague for us to identify the exact cause of the issue. To get this resolved, please submit a request to our support portal by clicking the ‘Support’ button below. In your request, it is essential that you describe in detail exactly what is not working, list any specific errors you are seeing, and provide a visual demonstration (screenshots or a video) of the broken layout. Additionally, our support team will need your WordPress admin access credentials to thoroughly investigate all cases directly on your site.
Best regards,
When I get next update version?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us out!
Unfortunately, the exact release date for the next update is not yet known. However, you can stay informed about all new releases by checking our changelog here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/changelog .
Best regards,
But your last update version is. not working that no additional plugin was uploaded on the website.
I am afraid I did not fully understand your request regarding the update issue. Are you having trouble updating the theme and its plugins? Please first check if you have correctly set up the token in the Envato Market plugin, and then proceed to update the theme. Once the theme is updated, you should be able to update the bundled plugins via the Appearance -> Install Plugins menu.
If I misunderstood you, please clarify the issue with updating the theme.
Best regards,
Please check the message Your theme (Motors) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Regarding the WooCommerce template notices, as we mentioned before, these are informational warnings and do not affect the functionality of your site.
However, the critical error you are experiencing is a serious issue that needs attention. Please first ensure that you are running the absolute latest versions of the Motors theme and all its bundled plugins, which you can verify against our changelog. Next, try temporarily disabling all third-party plugins (including server-side caching) and removing any customizations to check for conflicts.
If the critical error persists, please contact our support team via the form on our profile page at https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes . In your request, make sure to include a detailed description of the problem with screenshots, as well as your WP-Admin and FTP access credentials so we can investigate further.
Best regards,
Hello. Is it possible to create a car auction using your theme?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching us out!
I am sorry to inform you that our theme does not include built-in auction functionality by default. While you can certainly try using third-party auction plugins to achieve this feature, please note that we have not officially tested integration with any specific auction plugins, so we cannot recommend a particular one or guarantee full compatibility.
Best regards,
Hi Support Stylemix. I would like to use the template for a different domain that I have used before. Can you cancel the activation on my previous two domains? Unfortunately, my previous projects did not succeed, and I would like to use this template on a different domain. Unfortunately the template is locked on the previous two and those domains does not exist anymore. I am not able to cancel it. Can you cancel the activation on my previous domains, or can you tell me what my options are? Thank you.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
We have successfully deactivated the previous domains from your license, so you are now free to activate it on your new domain. However, I would like to gently remind you that according to Envato’s licensing policy, a single Regular License is valid for use on only one final end product/live domain at a time.

Installing Plugin: Motors Elementor Widgets
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
It’s your plugins issues not WooCommerce plugin issues. Please update your theme or plugins
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Regarding the critical error with the Motors Elementor Widgets plugin, please first ensure that you are installing the absolute latest versions of both the theme and its bundled plugins. I also recommend temporarily disabling all third-party plugins to check if the error persists.
If disabling plugins does not resolve the issue, please contact us via the form on our profile page at https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes . In your request, please include a detailed description of the problem, your WP-Admin and FTP access credentials, and preferably a debug log file, as we cannot reproduce this error on our end and need to investigate it directly within your site environment.
Regarding the WooCommerce templates notice, as we explained previously, outdated template files do not affect the site’s functionality. The updated files will be included in the next theme update. However, since theme updates and WooCommerce plugin updates are released on different schedules, even if we update templates today and WooCommerce releases a new version tomorrow, you might still see similar notices.
Lastly, I kindly ask you not to duplicate your requests across different comments to avoid confusion and ensure faster support.
Best regards,
In compare page I see
COMPARE VEHICLES
ADD CAR TO COMPARE ADD CAR TO COMPARE ADD CAR TO COMPARE
Where Can I find ADD CAR TO COMPARE in Loco Translate?
I tried selecting theme and plug-in but I can’t find this string.
Thanks!
hi can you tell me how to do now?
Hi there!
As a temporary workaround, you can try replacing the text by applying custom CSS in the Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS section. However, please keep in mind that this is a static solution, not a dynamic one, so we recommend removing this CSS once the official translation capability becomes available in a future update.
Best regards,
My support license ended 2 weeks … are many weeks that mobile menu (hamburgher) is not visible on mobile. I changed nothing in layout.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
The there and its plugins are outdated on your site.
Please update the Motors theme and all related plugins to the latest versions. After updating, temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins, clear your browser cache, and check the mobile menu again. In most cases, this completely fixes the issue.
If the hamburger menu still doesn’t show up after these steps, please let me know — we’ll investigate further together.

Installing Plugin: Motors Elementor Widgets
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Those are simple warnings of the WooCommerce plugin and they don’t affect the proper work of your website. Whenever the WooCommerce authors release the new version, the plugin templates become outdated in the theme even the new version of the theme was released a day before. We can’t control the releases of the plugin, as WooCommerce can be updated twice a week.
The new version of the theme will contain the updated templates of WooCommerce.
Best regards,
It’s your plugins issues not WooCommerce plugin issues. Please update your theme or plugins
I would like to clarify that we regularly release updates for our theme that include the latest template versions. However, as mentioned previously, WooCommerce updates quite frequently; for example, even if we release a theme update with the newest templates today, and WooCommerce releases another patch just a few minutes later, you will still receive a notice stating that the templates are outdated. It is important to note that these notices generally do not affect the theme’s functionality or performance in any way. If you are experiencing actual functional issues on your site, could you please specify exactly what problems you are facing so we can investigate them properly?

Hi A Pre-sales question: Seasonal pricing and inventory limits in Rent-a-Car layout
I am interested in purchasing the Motors theme for a car rental business. I have two specific requirements and I want to confirm they are supported out-of-the-box:
Seasonal Pricing: Can I set different daily prices for different periods of the year? For example, can I have a ‘High Season’ price for July-August and a ‘Low Season’ price for the rest of the year for the same car?
Inventory Management: If I have 5 units of a specific car model, can the system automatically stop accepting bookings for specific dates once all 5 units are rented out?
Discounts: Does it support different prices based on the duration of the rental (e.g., cheaper daily rate for 7+ days)?
Please confirm if these features are included in the STM Rental Plugin that comes with the theme.
Thank you
Hello there,
Thank you very much for your interest in the Motors theme for your car rental project; we are happy to answer your questions.
Regarding seasonal pricing, yes, the theme fully supports setting different daily prices for specific date periods, such as High Season or Low Season, and you can find detailed instructions on how to configure this here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/car-rental-layout-features/pricing-system#price-for-date-period .
For inventory management, the rental system is built on top of WooCommerce products, which automatically handles availability, For example, if you have set the stock to 1 unit and it is booked for January 15-20, the system will block those dates for other customers while keeping the car available for different periods.
As for discounts based on duration, this is also a built-in feature, you can set discount based on amount of rental days as described here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/car-rental-layout-features/pricing-system#discount-by-days .
Additionally, I invite you to test all these functionalities yourself on our Live and Backend demos available at https://stylemixthemes.com/motors/ .
Best regards,
I bought this theme about 8 months ago, so I know my support period has ended. Still, it’s really frustrating that your system won’t even let me submit even a ticket!!! My problem: After the latest update, the login panel is disabled and just keeps redirecting back to the login page. No one can log in suddenly!
This is honestly ridiculous — the theme feels very unstable with too many updates, and I’ve never experienced issues like this with other car dealership themes on ThemeForest (bought more than 10 themes before). Please let me know how I can get support, because I’m really disappointed with this theme right now.
Hello there!
I understand your frustration, but I would like to clarify that according to Envato’s policy, once the support period expires, access to the ticket system is automatically restricted, so to regain the ability to open tickets, you would need to renew your support license.
Regarding the specific login loop issue you described, I want to reassure you that our team is already aware of this bug, and a fix will be released in an update scheduled for today. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and instability this has caused you.
Best regards,
Okay, thanks!!! This is what happened to my website after the update:
https://limewire.com/d/p881F#mFPsqiNymUThis is the second time it’s happened, and now I can’t even access wp-admin. If I try to restore a backup, I’ll lose the users’ listings… I’m honestly really frustrated. Please email me so we can fix this mess.
We have just checked your website and everything appears to be loading correctly on my end, as you can see here: https://prnt.sc/zylBUku9uIAy . However, based on the screenshot you provided and your description of being locked out of wp-admin, this behavior strongly suggests a potential virus or malware infection. I highly recommend scanning your website immediately using a security plugin like Wordfence Security, and also checking your own devices for any threats. If the plugin scan comes back clean, please contact your hosting provider urgently and ask them to perform a server-side security check.
Best regards,
Thank you for checking this on your end and for the detailed feedback.
I’d like to clarify the current situation. The data has already been restored, as it was critical for the business, and at this point the website is no longer showing the problematic page that appeared in the screenshot I previously shared. Also, Wordfence Security has been installed on the WordPress site before and is currently active.
I should also mention that a similar issue occurred earlier with the mega menu items (specifically the Dealers page). As part of the troubleshooting process, I removed the mega menu entirely, which resolved that behavior at the time. Based on these repeated patterns, it seems more likely that the issue is related to a conflict or malfunction within one of the plugins used by the Motors theme/template, rather than a persistent malware infection.
Thank you for the clarification.
While I understand your suspicion, it is highly unlikely that the Mega Menu is the root cause of the redirects or the malware-like behavior, as the Mega Menu function simply displays the content and links that already exist on your site.
It doesn’t generate external redirects on its own. To rule out conflicts definitively, please ask your hosting provider to perform a deep server-side scan, as hidden scripts can sometimes evade standard plugin checks. Additionally, to understand the situation for sure, I recommend trying to install the theme and its plugins from scratch via demo import on a local environment (localhost) and checking if the case reproduces there, which would confirm if the issue is environment-specific.
Best regards,
Hi there, I’m on the latest version and the login panel is not working again…!
Hi there! Kindly please ensure that the Motors Elementor Widgets plugin was updated to version 1.6.13 and contact your hosting provider to check your site and server.
Best regards,
Hello Motors Theme Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding my recent purchase of the Motors theme (Purchase Code: ab298a34-71bf-402c-9e6e-0fdc1f5a2904).
I am setting up my car rental website (https://nolinrent.com) and I am facing two major configuration issues that I cannot resolve:
1. “My Account” and Header Link Issues The “My Account” link in the top header is broken. It redirects to a page that does not exist or wasn’t created. Additionally, all the dropdown menu items under “My Account” seem to point to a wrong root URL: https://www.nolinrent.com/blog/*. I have not set up a blog page, and I need these links to point to the correct WooCommerce/Account endpoints.
2. Rental Booking Flow / Checkout Issue When I select a car to rent and try to proceed, the system does not take me to the standard WooCommerce checkout or cart page. Instead, it redirects me to a narrow page displaying only the “Refund and return policy”.
Could you please check my configuration? I suspect there is an issue with the permalinks or the page mapping in the theme settings. Looking forward to your quick assistance.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
This is very likely related to how your core pages are mapped within the WooCommerce settings. I recommend that you navigate to your WordPress Dashboard, go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Page setup, and verify exactly which pages are selected for the ‘My Account’ and ‘Checkout’ options. Please ensure that valid, published pages are assigned to these endpoints, as incorrect mapping here would cause both the header link errors and the booking redirection problem you described.
Best regards,
Hello and a happy new year !
Last night I received a scary mail saying : New user. New user Registered. Nickname : xxxxxxx In fact, this guy created an account in our wordpress !!! In Motorcycle template (front), there is no way to create a user account.
In Wordfence I found his IP and first attempt to connect via wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Next step, he connected with a login.
I spent my day looking how this was possible, for WF always blocks these attempts. Then I saw in your plugin the Email Template Manager and found New User Template:| New user Registered. Nickname: | [user_login] |
I don’t know how the hacker did his job, but he did it well. Same thing for New User Email Confirmation, Password recovery etc.
These things are not visible on website and I don’t know how he could fill in these formulars, but I’m sure, this is a vulnerability and really dangerous ! I suppose the only way to get rid of this, is to delete the content of each email template ???
Thank you.
Hello there!
I understand your concern, but I would like to clarify that the Motorcycle demo, and generally all demos based on the Dealership layout, do not have a built-in front-end authorization or registration form by default. However, please note that user registration can often be handled by other third-party plugins installed on your site, for example, WooCommerce, or even the core WordPress settings. Bots can often bypass front-end visibility and target standard registration URLs directly. Therefore, I strongly recommend reviewing your plugin settings and your general WordPress settings to ensure that registration is disabled if you do not require it.
Please note that deleting the email templates will not stop the registrations; it will only prevent you from receiving notifications about them.
Best regards,
Hello there,
Not using Woocommerce ! All settings in Wordpress are disabled concerning inscription in Réglages=>General, as well no comments. In Theme Options Motors the “enable Login/Register” is disabled. Third-party plugins (except rocket, wf) are not used either.
For I get the email notification from Email Template Manager, I suppose this notification is called from a registration form within Motors. I had a look at files within motors but it is hard to find amongst all those files. Perhaps in plugins – motors-wpbakery-widgets – templates – stm_login_register.php ?
I don’t know the steps the hacker did to be able to register via motors. If I knew, I would try to replicate it and find the issue. Would be nice if you could take this serious and do some research as well, please.
Thank you
To clarify: The registration functionality in the Motors theme (including any forms or widgets like those in motors-wpbakery-widgets/templates/stm_login_register.php) is not active by default and requires explicit setup. Specifically, unless you manually add and configure the login/register widget or shortcode on your site, there is no built-in registration form exposed through Motors that would allow users to register. If this widget isn’t placed on any page or other site parts, it shouldn’t be accessible or trigger any registrations/emails.
That said, could you please share more about how you concluded that the issue originates specifically from our product (the Motors theme or its plugins)? For example, are there any logs, error messages that point directly to Motors? This would help us narrow it down and replicate the scenario on our end.
Additionally, in your WordPress core settings, there’s a key option called “Membership: Anyone can register.” If this is unchecked (disabled), user registrations should not be possible through standard WordPress means, regardless of themes or plugins.
Please let us know more details, and we’ll check them promptly!
Best regards,
Hello,
Thanks for your reply. Like said in previous comments, in Wordpress the “Membership: Anyone can register” is unchecked. No Woocommerce, and no login possible on my front. I explained all above.
When creating a new user in backoffice, you get a notification mail from Wordpress which is absolutely different from the notification I got (from your Email Template Manager). That’s why I concluded that the hacker was able to send a request to access motors registration form that triggered the Email from your template. Of course, that is my conclusion, sorry, if I’m wrong, I was in panic and spent days to clean all up.
Here are the logs :
51.89.148.165 – - [04/Jan/2026:18:34:59 +0000] “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1” 200 6628 ”-” “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36” 51.89.148.165 – - [04/Jan/2026:18:47:03 +0000] “POST /wp-login.php HTTP/1.1” 302 5478 “https://mydomain/wp-admin/” “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/90.0.4430.85 Safari/537.36” 51.89.148.165 – - [04/Jan/2026:18:47:11 +0000] “GET / HTTP/1.1” 200 24065 “https://mydomain/wp-admin/” “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/90.0.4430.85 Safari/537.36” 51.89.148.165 – - [04/Jan/2026:18:47:22 +0000] “GET /wp-admin/ HTTP/1.1” 403 1692 “www.google.com” “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/90.0.4430.85 Safari/537.36”
With that, he created a user-account. Perhaps you understand what happened ?
Thanks.
I would like to inform you that we implemented additional security measures yesterday to enhance the protection of your site. Please update the Motors plugin to the latest version to ensure these new security protocols are active and fully effective.
Best regards,
You are welcome !
I much appreciate your “Sorry for security troubles caused”, sorry for the time you spent to do research, insisting on the issue and cleaning everything up, as well your sweet “Thank you for helping us to find this vulnerability issue”.
Best regards.
We truly appreciate your vigilance and the effort you put into investigating this matter. Security reports from our community are vital for us, and we take every potential vulnerability seriously. Your detailed feedback has been noted, and we will continue to monitor this area closely to ensure the safety of all our users.
Thank you again for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Also I am encountering a JavaScript error related to a missing file, specifically the following:
Error: Uncaught TypeError: $(...).cascadingDropdown is not a function
File: jquery.cascadingdropdown.js?ver=1.6.10
Error Location: app.js?ver=5.6.86:1580
This error occurs because the file jquery.cascadingdropdown.js is missing from the theme folder (wp-content/themes/motors/assets/js/). As a result, the cascading dropdown functionality is not working properly on the site, particularly in the filters section.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Specifically:
Is the file jquery.cascadingdropdown.js part of the latest version of the Motors theme?
If so, could you assist in providing the missing file or help me find a solution to restore this feature?
If the file is deprecated or no longer part of the theme, could you suggest an alternative solution to achieve cascading dropdown functionality?
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Hello there!
Thank you for reporting this JavaScript error. To help us investigate this case in detail and identify the root cause, could you please clarify exactly which specific widget is generating this error on your site?
In the meantime, as a quick workaround to resolve the issue immediately, you can manually copy the missing script file. The file jquery.cascadingdropdown.js is actually located within the plugin folder at wp-content/plugins/motors-car-dealership-classified-listings/assets/js/frontend/jquery.cascadingdropdown.js, so please try copying it from there and pasting it directly into your theme directory at wp-content/themes/motors/assets/js/, which should fix the functionality.
Best regards,
Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I have recently installed and imported the Classified Five theme from your website (available at https://motors.stylemixthemes.com/elementor-classified-five/ ), and I have encountered an issue with the mobile header.
The mobile header does not appear to be working correctly after the installation. I have checked the website demo, and the same issue is present there as well— the mobile header does not function as expected.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on troubleshooting or fixing this problem, as the mobile header is a crucial part of the theme’s functionality.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Hello there!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have investigated the Classified Five demo regarding the mobile header issue you reported, but unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the problem on our end as the header appears to be functioning correctly. You can view the recording of our test verification here to see how it performs for us. Since we cannot replicate the error, could you please send us a video with step-by-step instructions demonstrating exactly how to reproduce the issue so we can investigate further?
Best regards,
