As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated. Note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning.

Why is the header nor footer not showing up on newly created pages? All settings are the same as the imported demo pages.

This could be if you are using one of the page templates without header and footer (like landing page template). Please make sure that you are using Default or Fullwidth template which have header and footer templates included.

Working with this theme is very very very frustrating. Your last response says to open a ticket, the link sends me to a page to login, when I login it says my password is incorrect, if I try forgot password, the link in the email sends me back to the same login in pages which says my password is incorrect it does not give the option to create a new password. You do not have a live chat. I just need some answers about this theme, which I bought and as nice as it seems I am now regreting with a deadline looming in 8 days.
This is usually related to cache. Please clear your browser cache and try once more.

Unfortunately the instagram feed isn’t working anymore (regardless wether personal or business account), even after the latest wanderland theme updates. Error messages like “invalid platform app” appear and I can’t connect. That’s really unfortunate.

Due to the frequent Instagram API changes, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes. The default one that comes with our theme will most likely be discontinued.

I am interested in buying this theme because of the map feature; however, I found out afterward that it requires a paid service from Google. I would like to know if the theme allows me to upload my own SVG and make specific areas clickable. I understand this might require custom design, but I just want to know if there are any limitations before I ask someone for help.

The Image Map functionality is not a feature of the theme, however, you can use some 3rd party plugin to add this feature.

Hi, one question before buying your theme: I was wandering if it’s possible to change/limit text width of single posts but still have full width images in them? I can’t really tell for the documentation?
P.S. Specifically for single posts (without sidebar). The text paragraph width is quite long here.

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to also update Wanderland Core plugin which will be listed there.

Theme is lovely and it really boosts the website’s appearance. We are pleased with how everything looks. One negative from our side is that we cannot have links on our blogs with underline, as by default they do not stand out. The option on the menu (fonts/text/links/decoration/underline) changes it for ALL links in the template, meaning menus, titles and even icons! Looks ridiculous

Can this be modified within the settings please to still show the feature image on the summary page but show a more appropriately sized image on the blog post itself please? You can set feature image with proportions you need. It’s not necessary to have featured images with “portrait” proportions.

There is no way to install the DEMO content, I have installed everything from scratch, including the installation of Wordpress, I have verified that in the PHP configuration there are the values that indicate the response time, I have followed the installation steps, but there is no way to install install the DEMO content to start the project, when I click on the installation button it does nothing at all.

We couldn’t reproduce this on our end.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

hey there, we have the core plugin updated to 1.3 but its causing 503 errors with our werbsite, we have had the engineers look at it and they worked out “After testing for plugin conflicts, we found that the site performance improved significantly with the Wanderland Core plugin disabled.
When the plugin is enabled again, we observe a drop in performance”
what can we do to fix this?

We’ve checked and we see that your purchase is linked to the domain which is no longer active. Do you want us to deregister it so you can register it on your current installation? Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

hey its currently registered to our live site https://bigozexplorers.com/ , we setup a staging envorment yesterday https://bigoz.flywheelstaging.com/ so we can try and fix the 503 issue, and found the plugin that is giving us the problem is the Wanderland Core plugin. hope that helps

The errors seem to be related to Woocommerce PayPal Payments.
When it comes to 3rd party plugins, please understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.

Is it possiblle to use Alternating Post layout with 1 category of blogs only? If so, how do I do this?
I have 2 main categories of blogs. Under each I have a range of subcategories. I wish to create a Masonry blog page like your Alternating Posts layout that only shows blogs of 1 of the categories.
Your documentation suggests Alternating Posts layout cannot be used with a single category. Your theme posts that support single categories appears limit to a Standard Blog Roll format only.
I see other Qode themes however do not have this limitation so I’m unsure what is possible.
