Yes, the theme includes several built-in Custom Post Types (CPTs), such as Portfolio, Team, Testimonials, and Services.
At the moment, the theme does not include a dedicated Events CPT with start/end date and location. However, you can easily use any third-party events plugin if required.
The theme comes with bundled Slider Revolution, which allows you to create advanced sliders, hero sections, and animated carousels.

Hello! You do not need Elementor Pro. Our theme is fully built to work with the free version of Elementor and includes many custom modules and features.
WPBakery is not supported. The theme is designed specifically for Elementor, so all layouts and modules are optimized only for Elementor.

The webiste crashed maybe after updating your systems and now the code is not working while uploading the plugin to update the webiste.
Thats what I get. This purchase code has been registered. Please go to your previous working environment and deactivate the purchase code to use it again (WP dashboard -> WebGeniusLab -> Activate Theme -> click on the button “Deactivate” ).

Hi. Good looking theme. Couple of questions as I get started:
1) I see the WGL Double Heading Elementor element font seems to have to be set on the element, not a global setting? How can I modify the font, color, etc. Probably the same question with any other elements. Like how would I modify the WGL Menu?
2) You have prebuilt page sections like Portfolio, Team, etc., and they have settings like background image, etc. I want to have other top-level pages, so is there a good way to do this?

The latest theme version works well with the latest Elementor version.
i installed the domo content successfully but when i click in visit site from within the dashboard it get an error message.

Is there a widget for the portfolio items to display on the sidebar? I have using the portfolio as a temporary solution to products in e-comm site, yet cannot find how to display those portfolio items on the sidebar. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Hi. I like the theme and plan on buying it soon. I’d like to make two requests for future updates. 1) Popup modal for team members. I don’t think my team needs a full dedicated page for each person, so I’d rather just have a modal come up with their bio, etc., in it. This makes it quicker to see their bios. 2) For the blog or news landing pages with the list, I’d like to have the image on the left side, then the title, etc., on the right. Currently it’s doing columns and rows, and using flexbox, so I was able to sort of do it, but it would be nice if it was a proper template. Thanks.

PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the bighearts domain was triggered too early.
However, even after updating the theme to version 3.1.7, I am still encountering the same error.

Yes, I have made the recommended updates to BigHearts core, Woocommerce, and Rev Slider, but the problem still persists.
I have had this theme for a year now, and when attempting to submit a ticket, a message appears saying that I would have to get a new licence or extrend support 
It seems that your account is not recognized as having an active license for our theme. Please make sure that you have a valid license associated with your Envato account. If you’re using someone else’s purchase or a third-party installation, support won’t be available.
If you do have a license, please ensure you’re logged into the correct Envato account when submitting a ticket.

Hi. I like your theme a lot. Couple of questions:
1) Do you have pages that have smaller donation form? The design is huge and the user will have to scroll a lot to get to the details of the reason to donate.
2) I see with the different demos, there are many different designs. Are all of these done via Elementor?
3) For the elementor plugin, is this the free version or a pro version?
4) Do you have custom elementor elements??
5) Do I have to build everything on the pages, or are there sections that I can drag and drop? For example, a two column with image on left, and header then text on right. Or the Row of logos? I want to just reuse some items that I see you have built.
6) Is there a blog author page?
7) Every page has the hero area take up like 2 inches with a background photo. Do you have any other page templates where you can build a page to be different and not take up so much space on top?
8 ) How many Elementor elements are there in total? I don’t see your site uses that many, but I know Elementor has many elements

5. You can easily move and reuse any section between pages — including pre-built layouts like two-column sections with images and text, logo rows, etc.
