Hello,

I installed your template and I had issues immediately. Took me a couple that I was hoping I would not have to spend. However, another user posted about the error “Loading the stylesheet ’<URL>’ violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “style-src ‘self’ ‘unsafe-inline’”. Note that ‘style-src-elem’ was not explicitly set, so ‘style-src’ is used as a fallback. The action has been blocked.Understand this error (index):71 Loading the stylesheet ” and they are correct. I got the same error error. The problem is true your template, it is caused by Authorsy. It is very strange and unusual it is setting CSP headers, when it is an Author box and bio link for Wordpress.

Now, I have other issues, in short, the menu in your demo is not the same menu I see in he template. Your demo has a styled menu, whereas one-click install demo has a basic Wordpress menu. I’ve been unable to find a setting to change it, therefore, must be another problem with the template.

Also, in addition to the menu problem, the magnifying glass is not position correctly. Can you fix these things?

On single blog posts, the font for the main menu, buttons, and text elements unexpectedly defaults to Times New Roman on the live site. This happens even when other fonts are correctly set in Elementor and throughout the rest of the site. It’s a noticeable inconsistency for blog content.

I’m using your theme together with the ElementsKit Header/Footer builder, and I noticed that the header menu looks fine, but on the live site, the links aren’t clickable. The cursor doesn’t switch to a pointer, and nothing happens on click. Strangely, it all works perfectly in Elementor’s preview mode.

This has to do with the issue at:

/wp-content/themes/instive/components/editor/elementor/widgets/insurance-service.php

Our support period has lapsed, but I feel that it is realistic to request an updated theme link. Much appreciation in advance! If that is not available, the needed tweak/update to that file. If you need login, I can provide that…but it isn’t necessary to have anyone login at this time. ​

I do not feel like we need to repurchase to get the updated theme when they are normally available. You had replied to a previous comment that a download link is available somewhere.

I made the payment, installed the demo, immediately on the site “There was a serious problem with your site.” I didn’t expect to get an error so fast. You are not doing your job well.

I tried to install in online both with one click and manually XML importing but it gives several errors. If there is a secret in importing the demo please share that.

I added my license to a subdomain for developing purpose; now that i’m ready to migrate to the main domain, i can’t use the same license anymore. I even tried to leave a ticket but i’m not able since my support expired. What to do ?

I’m disappointed that every time I update the Elementor plugin, I lose the header and parts of my website. There is no issue with the host configuration, like the PHP version or upload_max_filesize…

I want to remove the url slug on the services pages. So I want it to work as domain.com/business-insurance instead of domain.com/service/bussines-insurance. I found slug replacement but that’s not my problem, I want to remove it completely.
