Hi, we are using the Phlox Pro v5.17.12. When I try to edit a page in Elementor, the widget column does not load, and I can’t add or drag any widgets to the editor. I tried deactivating plugins, and the culprit was the Phlox Pro Tools v1.7.0.

When the Phlox Pro Tools is deactivated, the Elementor widget column loads.

Currently, the Phlox Pro Tools is deactivated. Can you please provide us with a solution for this without deactivating the Phlox Pro Tools? Thanks.

When i try to import a demo receive this message. Something went wrong while connecting (https://demo.phlox.pro/api/v2/info/): cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 15001 milliseconds. Thanks for your help.

What is going on with section importer? It’s importing the wrong section (I downloaded a Contact Us section and it’s opening up an About Us section) and another one won’t let me edit in Elementor. It’s asking me to put it in Safe Mode. i don’t have any additional plugins other than yours. FRUSTRATING!!

Demo don’t work, elementor don’t work, depiter don’t work. Theme don’t work

I installed theme and import demo on two wordpress installation different but the results is the same. Don’t work.

From what we can see, the issue does not appear to be caused by the theme itself. The demo, Elementor, and Depicter are working correctly on our side and for other users. In your case, it seems related to how SVG files are being processed on your server/environment, which can cause images in the demo to load incorrectly.

Hello, We are using the Phlox Pro Theme and the Elementor + ElementsKit Pro plugins. The ElementsKit plugin’s widgets do not work with the Phlox theme. (tabs, accordions, etc.) When we change the theme, everything works fine. Everything works.

We also tried it on a different website. It works. All the widgets are working perfectly.

We turned off all plugins except Elementor, and increased the server memory, but it still didn’t work.

What can we do? How can we fix this?

I currently have a website running:

- Phlox Pro theme version 5.8.0 - Phlox Core Elements plugin version 2.11.2 - WPBakery Page Builder version 6.9.0 (it does not allow me to update)

I am planning to update the theme to the latest version. However, I noticed that the theme now appears to be primarily built around Elementor, which I am not using.

Before proceeding with the update, I would like to clarify:

1- If I update the theme, will I encounter any issues for not having Elementor installed?

2- Will I still be able to continue working with WPBakery Page Builder (version 6.9.0)?

3- Does the latest version of the theme include an updated bundled version of WPBakery that would allow me to update the plugin as well?

The website is fully built with WPBakery, so maintaining compatibility is very important for me.

I have an update notification on my plugins about Element Pack Pro which is part of your recommended bundle plugins. The update can’t be made because is not available to update. This is a sensitive security issue for hackers to gain access to websites. Is there any fix for this issue? I wouldn’t like to deactivate this plugin because I’m currently using some widgets. Hi, I was contacted by a customer who already had your theme because his site crashed after the Elementor update. This is the debug:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “Elementor\Core\Schemes\Typography” not found in …/plugins/auxin-shop/.../advanced-recent-products.php:719

I just wanted to let you know that Elementor has permanently removed some old programming classes (“Schemes”) that had already been declared purged some time ago. Your Auxin Shop plugin is still trying to use that old class, and not finding it, is crashing the site.

Since the crash is caused by the “Advanced Recent Products” widget, I had to make a manual edit to the /wp-content/plugins/auxin-shop/includes/elements/elementor/widgets/advanced-recent-products.php file.

My only Gripe with this theme is the choice to use Depicter and then give us master slider pro. It makes very little sense. Id like to use each page of the slider for a different page but can only use two on free version. Yet if this was made in master slider rather then Depicter then this wouldnt be an issue! Very confusing design idea IMO.

Hi There, Thanks for your feedback, please note that both Master Slider and Depicter are our products, but our latest product is Depicter, it is far better than all the other Slider plugins and it is beyond that, you can create Popup, Sticky bar, survey and a lot more. We tried to keep the price as low as possible plus add a 40% discount special for Phlox users. So I recommend you to stick with Depicter.

Yes, we?re still actively working on the theme. We’ve recently released a Phlox update + 23 new demos, and several more updates and improvements are already in progress. Some releases take longer because we focus on stability and quality rather than rushing updates.

Please update the theme. I can see performance has been not quite good since last few months. The last major update was around 7 months back.

Hello, This issue refers to support ticket #3196270884. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any response, despite having active paid support. Elementor is still not working correctly — when trying to edit the Portfolio, it loads only a blank white page. It appears that some scripts or part of the theme code may be stuck in a loop. This would explain why increasing the PHP memory limit helps only temporarily, for a few days. So far, I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: Deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one by one — the issue persists, which suggests a script or code conflict. Switched the theme to another one and then back to Phlox — no improvement. Migrated the website to another trusted hosting provider (where I manage 10+ websites without similar issues) to rule out hosting configuration problems — the issue still occurs. This problem has been present from the very beginning and currently makes the theme unusable for my project. I would really appreciate your support and a prompt response. Thank you.

Hi,

After updating the plugins, every H1 in the Modern Heading element has changed to H2.

Resetting them back to H1 does not solve the problem.

Now all sites that start with a Modern Heading element have no H1 tag.

This is really bad for SEO – please fix this ASAP.

It’s been more than two months since the vulnerability I mentioned in my last comment (https://patchstack.com/database/wordpress/plugin/auxin-elements/vulnerability/wordpress-shortcodes-and-extra-features-for-phlox-theme-plugin-2-17-12-sensitive-data-exposure-vulnerability) was first reported by Patchstack but it remains without a fix, and a new one gets reported around a week ago (https://patchstack.com/database/wordpress/plugin/auxin-elements/vulnerability/wordpress-shortcodes-and-extra-features-for-phlox-theme-plugin-2-17-12-broken-access-control-vulnerability) which also remains unfixed.

This is extremely irresponsible behavior from developers.

Responsible developers act quickly upon vulnerability reports and fix them within hours, if not a day or two.

Extremely disappointed.

Patchstack has reported a sensitive data exposure vulnerability in the “Shortcodes and extra features for Phlox Theme” plugin (https://patchstack.com/database/wordpress/plugin/auxin-elements/vulnerability/wordpress-shortcodes-and-extra-features-for-phlox-theme-plugin-2-17-12-sensitive-data-exposure-vulnerability), and despite the fact that the vulnerability was reported in October, there doesn’t seem to be any fix available even now, as we approach the end of December. Please fix this security vulnerability ASAP.
