“The mobile screen is frozen dead. You can’t scroll on a mobile, only desktop. I’ve seen somebody else had the same issue, when will you release a patch?” THE ABOVE ISSUE IN QUOTE WAS REPORTED BY ANOTHER USER. IT IS THE EXACT ISSUE I HAVE WITH THIS THEME!!! I bought it long time ago but never used it until now, so the support time has expired. However, I expect you guys to release a patch to fix this particular issue instantly, not expecting users to create tickets and you resolve individually. You should release a patch immediately as it’s a general problem. You have to use two thumbs to pull hard several times to scroll – it’s simply unusable on Android phones – only scrolls smoothly on iPhone. Aside this issue this theme is very okay to use. It’s generally a good theme I’ll recommend.
Pre-purchase question: Can we use sell courses through Woocommerce and use Woocommerce compatible payment gateways?
header> login popup > if u dropdown, the list my courses, lessons etc. by clicking staying on same page. U should update! since 1 week is the problem happening. The same problem is on all of your demo themes
Hi smokep, Thank you very much for your feedback. We have identified the issue and fixed it. Please check again and let us know if everything works as expected.

Hi there, I’m “—” this close to migrate to Eduma, but I’m still waiting for you to fix the weak password issue. I’ve seen a few people complained about security and other stuff. For me, literally having to type password “12345” is a bit annoying – meaning spam & bots will always prevail. Where is the roadmap or something to understand whether you consider it or not?
Right now it’s like this > create account > type pass 123456 – it creates it. No difficulty, no extra symbols, no nothing. As far as I understood Learnpress has 1 million addons non of them address this issue properly.
Really weird, but yeah, who cares I guess. Just curious whether it’s something on your roadmap as some point in time
Hi Lateralus578, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your input. We will review this issue and consider improving the password mechanism to ensure better security in future updates. In the meantime, to help prevent spam registrations from bots, you may consider using additional solutions such as CAPTCHA for the registration form. This can significantly enhance security.
Best regards
There are issues with the theme, the support keep asking you to create tickets, and keep creating unecessary questions, just to buy them time. One examploe Im facing this time, there are a lot of clients complaining about the error while importing the demo, and they pretend its always something new. They have problems with their IP to access sites that are protected by Cloudflare, and say that the problem is always in the client side. Until the client notice that is not, and only then they may try using a vpn. Having the deal with the support its exausting. At some point they will solve, but only when the client gets really upset.
Been having issues for more than 2 years already. If you are considering this theme for comercial purposes, please think about. Also make sure that when looking at other themes, they are not from the same seller. They have the same theme with small changes and different names accros the platform.
BTW, before asking to create a ticket, there is one in place already #4867. Please resolve.
Dear HiddenUserPivate,
We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience with our support. Your feedback is valid, and we’re taking steps to improve how our team handles issues like this — no more unnecessary back-and-forth.
We’ve already resolved your issue and responded to your ticket #4867. Please check it when you get a chance.
If you need anything else, feel free to reach out directly. We’ll make sure it’s handled properly.
Best regards
Hi, I’d like to know if it’s possible to change the colors in the sending emails in the LearnPress settings? Thank you
Hi cuatroenred2023, Currently, LearnPress doesn’t have a built-in feature to change email colors in the settings that you might need. However, you can still customize it by editing the code.
Hi, How can I change the buttons on the website? What I mean is: for example, I want to see the buttons in a 3D style?
Hello, thank you for contacting us.
Regarding your question, “How can I change the buttons on the website?” => You can change them using custom CSS to style them as you wish.
Hi there, Interested in the theme, but I have 2 questions, Is the h5p add-in included or a separate purchase? 2. Is there an add-in where you can book an instructor at and hourly rate, check and view his available slots and book them and include a zoom or google meet link to the booked slot?
I pulled the trigger, I saw H5p is included, I have one problem however, My h5p content isn’t resizing dynamically, Could you please assist with this?
Hi Renier 1982,

https://help.thimpress.com/Thanks for your quick reply, Ticket opened. For my other questions, is there a addon or a way to book single instructors according to their available slots per hour etc?
Hi Renier 1982.
Please provide the ticket code you generated so we can assist you in checking and resolving your H5P issue as quickly as possible.
Regarding your question about scheduling appointments with individual coaches according to their availability, unfortunately, we currently do not have any add-ons that support this feature.
Hi, here is my ticket #4848
Hi, I’m looking for a template that allows me to create three 30-video courses, but without any paid content. Once the courses are finished, I need the page to display a count of participants. These are more like spiritual retreats for a client of mine. These retreats are free. I don’t need to show any prices, but I do need the number of people who have participated. Is there an easy way to configure the template to do exactly what I need?
Thanks.
Hi MarcSCJ,
If you are using the Eduma interface, you can create courses and add videos here. You can set up a free course by leaving the Price field blank. If you want to display a list of students enrolled in the course, you can install Eduma’s free Student List add-on. The list of students participating in the course will be displayed directly on the course page showing the user’s learning progress.
Below is a screenshot I took to create a similar course as desired. You: https://jam.dev/c/87da0426-a54a-4072-9530-f54bc4ab4aaf https://jam.dev/c/bce24bdf-2547-4467-ba38-eace7a3ab789 https://jam.dev/c/68420c9f-e4eb-45f5-8cfc-e4cd78ac814b https://jam.dev/c/5f5bf8dc-176e-4676-8f96-6f0a02be09e4The issue is that these aren’t students, but rather people who have participated in a spiritual retreat. For privacy reasons, we also don’t want to include the names or usernames of those who have taken a course, as this isn’t a course. We want to show the number of people who have participated in this retreat, more as a number that is growing.
Hi MarcSCJ, “We also do not wish to publish the names or usernames of those who have participated in the course” .Currently, we have a feature that allows users to access and view lesson content and quizzes without logging in.
However, because users do not need to log in, the system cannot accurately identify and record the number of people who have participated in or accessed the course. Therefore, we cannot currently display the total number of participants in this case.
Hi, it is possbile to have quiz without log in?
i think yes in princing i can check Students can see the content of all course items and take the quiz without logging in. correct?
in this way tho, admin can have some data about how many times quiz is been completed etc? how?
Hi IVIadvagency, Yes, if you enable the “There is no enrollment requirement” option for the course, any user can study and take the test without logging in.
However, because there is no login, the results will not be displayed, and therefore administrators will not be able to view the results.
a) documents in lessons can be visible without logging? i tried with demo but i see a lock on them.. b) quizzes instead are always with log in, correct?
2. And the tests always require logging in, right? => Yes, for tests, you need to log in to view the content and take the test.
Hi, 1) trainer can see results of user quizzes?
Hi IVIadvagency,
1. Can instructors view users’ quiz results? => Instructors can view users’ quiz results.
If you are using the Eduma interface, you can download the free GradeBook add-on to check the results users have taken for that quiz. https://prnt.sc/KMwSemcCx9tz https://prnt.sc/_Gw6ERSThxYL https://prnt.sc/VE29dB-Np3UaThree questions:
1-can i use the theme with the “mercado pago” brazilian payment plugin to buy the courses?
2-And it’s possible to have recurring membership payment using the “mercado pago” with the theme?
3-Can the student receive notification from the site in the whatsapp?
Thanks!!
Hi there, Thank you for your questions.
1.Eduma supports payment integration via WooCommerce. If Mercado Pago is supported by WooCommerce in your country, then it can be used as a payment gateway on your website.
2.Recurring/subscription payments depend on whether the Mercado Pago WooCommerce plugin supports recurring payments.
3.WhatsApp notifications are not included by default. Could you please clarify what kind of notifications you would like students to receive via WhatsApp (e.g., order confirmation, course enrollment, reminders, etc.)? We will check and advise you accordingly.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards.
I have the following website: www.aact-web.com. When I try to select a course and add it to my cart in the paid courses section, the “Add” button doesn’t respond. Please advise on how to solve this problem.

Please guys come to my aide, how can I enable first and last name on this registration form? Thank you. https://imgur.com/a/1E9NPq5
At the moment, the default registration form in Eduma / LearnPress does not include First Name and Last Name fields. This is the expected behavior, not a bug.
I know its not a bug. I need help to add first and last name it.
Kindly point me in the direction to get this done even if its adding a snippet to function.php
Thanks for reaching out.
By default, the WordPress registration form does not include First Name and Last Name fields. This is normal behavior.
If you would like to add these fields, you will need to customize the registration form by adding custom code. You can refer to this guide for step-by-step instructions: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/261387/how-to-add-first-name-last-name-to-default-registration-formThank you for your prompt response and help, I truly appreciate it, just to clarify, will this reflect in the register pop-up form? If not kindly guide on that as well. Thank you team.
To achieve this, you will need to modify the theme files directly, as adding those fields requires custom coding.
For further assistance, please submit a support ticket at https://help.thimpress.com. Our team will investigate the request and provide you with specific guidance on how to include those two additional fields in the registration pop-up form. Thank you.

I have setup payment via woocommerce with WooCommerce Add-On for LearnPress. It’s working for logged in users. But for logged out users nothing is happening whenever the buy now button is placed. I’ve done all the recommended settings like check guest users in wocommerce, tried both learnpress and woocommerce checkout pages etc. But for logged out users nothing is happening yet working woocommerce products. I intend to use DPO payment that doesn’t have learnpress addon. So best option sell via woccomerce
Waiting for the feedback, is WooCommerce Add-On for LearnPress working?????
Thank you for the detailed explanation. Based on your description, this issue requires a closer check of your site setup, as the LearnPress – WooCommerce Add-On should still allow logged-out users to add courses to the cart and be redirected to checkout when configured correctly.
To help you properly, please create a support ticket at https://help.thimpress.com
Our technical team will check it
Hi Thimpress,
I am interested in your Eduma themes with course marketplace demo.
https://eduma.thimpress.com/demo-marketplace/But have some questions, we need to collect some information from users during their registration for course purchase and display them on students / instructors user profile page.
Here is a screenshot of the information we want to collect before enrollment process: https://postimg.cc/9zBz8S8t
Let me know the best possible way to do this when using your Eduma theme and Learnpress plugin. I see you have a paid membership pro addon for learnpress.
https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/user-fields/
And PMPro supports custom fiels for user registration but how they can be displayed on registration steps in Eduma and then display them on the user profile page in Eduma theme.
Also is their native way of using custom fields during course purchase without using any other plugin.
Awaiting your prompt reply in this regard. Thanks
Still waiting for your response.
Thank you very much for your interest in our Eduma theme and the Course Marketplace demo.
Regarding your questions:
– To add custom fields to the registration form (before course enrollment or purchase), this currently requires custom development. By default, Eduma and LearnPress do not provide a built-in option to add custom fields to the registration form without customization.
– If you use Paid Memberships Pro, it does support custom user fields during registration. However, to display those fields in the Eduma registration flow and show them properly on the student/instructor profile page, you would still need custom code to integrate and customize the form and profile templates.
– At the moment, there is no native feature in LearnPress or Eduma that allows adding custom fields during course purchase or enrollment without using a third-party plugin or custom development.
In summary, your requirements are achievable, but they will require theme customization and development work, especially for adding fields to the registration steps and displaying them on user profile pages.
Thank you again for your interest in our product. If you have further questions or need technical guidance, please feel free to let us know.

When I enter the activation code, It doesn’t work. It says there is an error.
Please let me know how to fix it.
Please try activating the code again.
If the issue still occurs, kindly create a support ticket at https://help.thimpress.com our team will check it for you.
How do I create private courses with learnpress. Users will only see courses manually assigned to them. For this course, Restrict Public Access and Self-Enrollment.
When you do it this way and manually assign it to a user. It will show 404 error when the assigned user tries to open it.
