Overall, the template is running great, except for the Search function, which I haven’t been able to get working. I’ve already tried clearing the cache (both on the server and in the browser), and I also removed plugins that aren’t being used. At this point, I could really use some advice. I’m reviving the Blessing template I purchased some time ago for my church’s website, which you can see at iasdhdbilingue.org, and pretty much everything is working well. However, I’m having trouble with the search function. I’ve already tried several suggestions I found online, such as clearing the cache (both on the hosting server and in my browsers), disabling unused plugins, resaving the permalinks, and so on. Still, I don’t get any results when I try to run a search.

Can the CTA button be added to the mobile menu? Currently it only appears in the desktop version of the website.

Perhaps a commonly asked question here… the template comes with the Slider Revolution plugin. However, WordPress doesn’t allow to update it without buying a key, (which is a bit expensive, especially when having several sites to support). Do you people have an agreement that waives that fee with the purchase of the template allowing us to receive a key somehow?

As far as I’ve seen, OceanThemes’ technical support is slow and not very helpful. I’m not very pleased so far. Of three submitted tickets, they responded to one, and the response was no longer than one phrase.

Can you think on what I missed since the Google map is not being displayed at the contact page? I entered the coordinates and completed the rest of the fields (saved the section and updated the page of course).

I purchased the “Blessing | Responsive WordPress Theme for Church Websites” a few months ago; however, I have not been able to get it to work properly on wordpress. I’ve followed the youtube video instructions provided, including installing and activating the required plugins and importing demo data. However, alot of the features do not show up when I try to customize the theme. Can you please explain how to fix this issue?

P.S. The WPBakery Page Builder plugin requires a separate license purchase and I’m not sure if this is part of the problem.

I just purchased and installed your Theme “Blessing” and I encountering some problems importing the demo.

Wordpress says I need a plugin called “OT One Click Import Demo”. However, this plugin was not included in the download files and cannot be found in the Wordpress plugins directory.

So, I can’t import the demo, which I need to pre-format the site. Please help!
